Everything was more or less good including some good vegetarian items in breakfast...the major thing that was promised in the booking and not delivered was "a beautiful view"...my room faced the back alley...

The location is perfect for the travelers who want to be away from noise. The room is clean, bed, pillows and linens are comfortable and the best thing they have a bidet. It’s big plus for us. The guy in the reception went beyond to help us and very patient with us. He even help us to order our food, help us book tickets and didi. The other hotel staff were also very helpful and I appreciate all their efforts. The breakfast is also good. The only negative thing i can say is the smell of cigarette in the reception. It would be better if they allocate separate area for smoking.

The room was clean - everything worked, and it was spacious. The service was excellent - the staff really went out of their way to assist us with our visit to Zhangjiajie. Would definitely stay here again if I return to the area

Surrounding amenities include supermarkets, Xiangxi restaurants, and pharmacies within walking distance. At night, the night market gradually comes to life, allowing you to enjoy Xiangxi flavors and local souvenirs. Such a convenient location makes planning your trip less stressful! ● The window is a never-ending landscape painting: the room's window frame frames the lake and mountain scenery into a dynamic painting of "Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains." You don't have to rush around; the most beautiful scenery is "on display" daily, even changing with the light and shadows of the sky and clouds. ●Light is the day's gentle accomplice: The room is perfectly lit. In the morning, sunlight steals in, casting a dappled play of light and shadow on the floor. The lighting design is also thoughtful, with a warm glow that's not glaring. The room was very clean, and the Baofeng Lake scenic area was right outside the door.

The location is excellent and very convenient, right in the heart of Wulingyuan. The rooms are exceptionally clean, with a modern Chinese style, and offer great value for money. The service staff are all incredibly welcoming. Hotels these days truly deliver on their emotional value.
