Location is convenient for city walks sightseeing and don’t want to stay in the traditional local hotels . We like to come back for a longer stay next time

This is one of the more unusual hotel experiences I have had. The lobby is located on its own floor and the design makes it feel as though it is open to the elements - probably due to the large windows? We stayed on the seventh floor And it shares the floor with some other business- unusual. All advertisements say there is a gym but there isn't. Bummer. The room itself is large and clean and well furnished. Unfortunately, the shower head nozzles are mostly clogged-making for a very unpleasant shower. The hand held wand water jets out of each nozzle are so fine and strong that you feel like you're being pricked by needles constantly. The overhead nozzle jets are spraying in all directions. That's my biggest complaint. Otherwise, the location is perfect for sightseeing.

I have requested non smoking room but I get a smoking room. You won’t get much help from the hotel reception because she doesn’t speak English and has no smile in any situation.

Rooms are spacious and clean. A good view of the shopping centre and bridge from the observation lift.

Late check in but it was all smooth. Only the room cleaning may need to be improved

Stayed at the Cinema Themed Room and it came with a Hi Def Projector and some 3D specs (which was useless). However you do get SVIP on few China streaming platforms. ~Room is big and spacious but a bit old. Do note also that u will need to pay for bottled water which was a bit strange. ~Stayed at the smoking floor, which would be a no-no for non smokers. Note to management: Just equip the smoking rooms with air fresheners or air cleaners ~Location is excellent as you get access to the Central Power Mall (1 min walk) and a host of F&B and retail shops all within short walking distances. ~There's a KTV just next to the Hotel which tends to be a bit loud til midnight. A no-no for light sleepers ~Despite some flaws, I would actually recommend this hotel as it's not expensive and especially it's great location.

The hotel is centrally located but doesn’t have any amenities or breakfast. The lift is quite slow and the room furnishings are average. It was clean bed but the walls were very scuffed.

everything is fine but the appearance on the ground floor where the entrance is.
