Free trip to Zhuhai Chimelong (reservations required, one shuttle limited to 6 people, first come, first served). The driver was very enthusiastic and gave a brief overview of Chimelong. There are many restaurants downstairs, all within walking distance. The hotel offers breakfast, which was included as part of an activity. The room had a strong musty smell and needed ventilation, but given the price, you get what you pay for.

The hotel environment is excellent, and it's close to Chimelong. The room is spacious and very clean. There's a food street right downstairs, which makes dining very convenient, especially when traveling with kids as there are many options. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Chimelong. The surrounding area of the hotel is also very pleasant.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations for the price! The location is fantastic, right next to a food court. The service was also excellent; my child got sick and threw up on the bed, and the staff were so thoughtful, immediately changing the sheets. It's also super convenient for Chimelong Zhuhai, with a shuttle service that gets you there in just over 10 minutes.

After staying at various hotels in Guangzhou and Zhuhai, including brands like [Hotel A], [Hotel B], and [Hotel C], this is the only room I've encountered that didn't have any lingering cooking smells. The hotel has three floors, and I chose the top one. While the room facilities aren't brand new, they are very clean, and I especially loved that there was no carpet. They also provided kids' slippers and toiletries, which was a nice touch. Downstairs, there are plenty of convenient dining options. It's only 5 kilometers from Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, a 9-minute taxi ride costing around 12 RMB. For those not staying at the park's own hotels, this is definitely worth considering. The only minor drawback is that the air conditioning, while incredibly powerful, is quite noisy; otherwise, everything else was great.

The hotel rooms have large balconies, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea. However, the hotel lobby is quite cramped and gets crowded when there are many guests. There's only one elevator, and the carpets are no longer very clean. The mattress is a firm spring type, which was uncomfortable. Plus, in the king room, the entire bed would shake and creak whenever I turned over, making it hard to sleep. Improvements are definitely needed. There was also a constant humming sound from the air conditioning unit (or something similar) behind the hotel at night, disturbing my rest. The AC wasn't very effective in early October either, making the room a bit warm.

The location is the biggest highlight; it's just a ten-minute walk to the port, which is perfect for travelers going to and from Macau. The hotel is very close to the border crossing, which made immigration incredibly convenient. The room and bed were surprisingly spacious, much larger than anticipated, and the overall environment was quite pleasant. The service was also excellent, with all the staff members being very friendly and helpful. I didn't take any dedicated photos – this was just a quick snap before I left – but you can clearly see how large the room is and that there's plenty of storage space for your belongings.

Food delivery could be brought directly to the room door, which is much better than the hotels within the Chimelong scenic area. I booked it on Ctrip for a higher price (491 RMB), and later found it was cheaper on JD.com (426 RMB), but I didn't dare to cancel and rebook for fear of losing the room. The Central Hub Food Court is right next door, offering plenty of dining choices. Getting a taxi to Chimelong was also very convenient. The next day, I stayed at the Hengqin Hotel, which was about a 10 RMB taxi ride away. That evening, I took the Macau Island Tour Cruise, which was fantastic. A taxi to Wanzai Pier cost 20 RMB. Overall, I was very satisfied and would highly recommend it.

A great hotel with a very convenient location, right by the border crossing. Parking is free, which is perfect for those driving to Macau. The rooms are very spacious and even come with a projector, so you can enjoy a movie. The breakfast was also delicious, offering a wide variety of food, including vegetables and Cheung fun.

Perfect location for Chimelong Theme park traveler. Leas than 10 minutes travel time. Can take a bus back don’t have to worry about getting a car back to the hotel after close. The room also equipped huge screen projector which we use for a movie with eng subtitle

We checked in very late, and the hotel service was excellent; the staff were very polite and soft-spoken. Breakfast was also good; although the variety wasn't extensive, the serving hours were long, and all the essentials were available. The preserved egg and lean pork congee was particularly delicious. They also arranged a complimentary transfer to Chimelong for us in a 6-seater business van, which we had all to ourselves, easily accommodating our two suitcases. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a commercial street, featuring cafes, restaurants, convenience stores – basically everything you could need. Super convenient!

Second, the front desk staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. They proactively greeted guests, were very accommodating to all requests, and handled everything efficiently. Third, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat despite its lively surroundings. The rooms are a good size, well-equipped, spotless, and the bedding is soft, guaranteeing a comfortable night's sleep. We particularly appreciated the bathroom's wet and dry separation, with a separate toilet and shower/bath area. This design was great, as it allowed three people to use the facilities simultaneously without any inconvenience. Fourth, the breakfast was tasty and satisfying – plenty to eat to start the day. Overall, for anyone visiting Chimelong, this hotel offers excellent value for money. It's particularly well-suited for families and those traveling by car. I would definitely recommend it to friends.
