As a foreign visitor, I found the hotel incredibly welcoming and easy to navigate, with staff always ready to assist. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, close to everything. I am currently pregnant and came back to Hong Kong to visit family before giving birth. The hotel staff is very accommodating and considerate, they upgraded me to a hardwood floor room for better safety. The room is much bigger than a normal hk hotel room. Room services are available everyday and the cleaning ladies are very nice. The environment is quiet and convenient, as there’s lots of restaurants just right downstairs in the shopping mall. Delivery is also available and can be picked up at the hotel 24 hours reception. I extended my stay 3 times 6+7+3 nights. Recommended

Everything is good for the price. Room is clean, well maintained. Thou the bed and room size not as I expected. Staff are efficient and prompt in replying my email. Free shuttle service to/from airport, tung chung which bring much convenience. Just the room size - with 2 26 inch luggages too small to move around. Bed not as comfy. Linens not bad thou. Didn’t manage to visit pool and gym as it’s just a layover for us.

My overall experience was remarkable. We had fun in Hongkong and because of our hotel location help us to reach those amusements easily. As well as the restaurant at the ground floor of hotel. A Truly Reliable Hotel My family and I have just returned from our fifth stay at the Regal Hotel Kowloon, and it consistently exceeds our expectations. It has firmly become our go-to home whenever we're in Hong Kong. First and foremost, the value for money is outstanding. In a city known for its compact spaces, the rooms at the Regal are surprisingly spacious and always well-appointed. You truly get more room to relax compared to other hotels in this category. What truly makes the Regal special, however, is its people. The staff are exemplary in their professionalism and courtesy. From the housekeeping team to the porters, everyone offers a warm and polite greeting. A special commendation must go to the Front Desk staff—they are efficient, incredibly helpful, and always have a solution-ready attitude that makes check-in and any queries a complete breeze. The location is another massive win. You are immersed in a vibrant local neighbourhood with a fantastic array of authentic Hong Kong restaurants right on your doorstep. And when you're ready for some retail therapy, the prime shopping districts are just a short and pleasant walk away, making it the perfect base to explore from.

We stays at Royal Plaza Hotel Mongkok every time we visited HK. The hotel is spacious and clean. Friendly staffs and great service. They provide daily housekeeping. The location is perfect with MOKO mall is connected with the hotel. MTR station Mongkok East accessible to everywhere. This is our No. 1 choice to stay in HK for all good reasons.

Service is great. Ladies at front desk are awesome. Bring your universal plug. Charging port is at the foyer by check in. Toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Slippers provided. Towels provided. unlimited Coffee at 3rd floor by check in ... suitcase storage available. Room service ladies are also 👍 good. Ask for a room away from the elevator, the elevator can be noisy at night. I enjoyed my stay here. I recommend this hotel.

Location: Although it's a Disney hotel, it's still quite a distance from the park entrance. You need to take a free shuttle bus, which runs approximately every 15 minutes. Getting to the park is fine, but coming back after the fireworks show often means a very long wait for the bus, and walking isn't really an option. There are no supermarkets around the hotel or the park, and dining at the hotel is exorbitantly priced. I strongly recommend stocking up on essentials at the airport or in the city before heading to the hotel. A taxi from the airport to the hotel cost 200 HKD. Facilities & Hygiene: The hotel's environment, facilities, and cleanliness were all excellent. There was no bottled water, but a water dispenser was provided. The bed was very large and comfortable. The hotel also has a Disney store, and guests receive discount coupons, which might make prices slightly cheaper than in the park. Service: The hotel does not provide complimentary toiletries. Having to pay 40 HKD for them during check-in felt a bit unreasonable.

Very spacious clean suite. Surprisingly comes with powder room. Bathroom with both shower and tub. Microwave and Nespresso. Added bonus they installed a filtered water sprout. I wish I had more time to enjoy those amenities. Location very convenient to Wan Chai station. Lastly, all my encounters with the staffs were met with efficiency with enthusiasm to make my travels easier. So nice of the staff and my appreciation. Must stay longer next time. Kudos to Trip.com for ease of booking and search this gem of a hotel through their app.

It’s a hidden gem in the city! I stay at Royal View Hotel for 3 weeks, staff are so nice and helpful. Especially the overnight front desk staff really help me a lot! The best thing is the shuttle bus, every 15 minutes from 7am to 11pm, no need to worry about no convenience store nearby! The room was upgraded and the view is stunning. Definitely will stay here again!
