"I booked this hotel in early April for a June stay. My friend arrived much earlier than me on the day of check-in. I gave her the Trip.com confirmation letter and my name, but when she tried to check in, the hotel said they couldn't find any reservation. My friend, a young woman, was left stranded. I was on a flight at the time and couldn't receive messages or handle the situation. She was scared and had nowhere to rest or go. My flight was also delayed, landing around midnight. As soon as I saw the messages, I immediately contacted customer service. They contacted the agent, and the agent contacted the hotel. The whole process was drawn out. Of course, I understand that Trip.com isn't the direct booking party and has to wait for the agent's reply. Finally, almost an hour later, they resent the exact same confirmation slip. My friend then tried to check in again and it was successful. Later, upon verification, it turned out the hotel had entered my name incorrectly when putting it into their system. So, I have to ask: if the order was incorrectly entered and essentially not booked, why did I receive a confirmation letter in the first place? Is there an issue with Trip.com's supplier management and process confirmation? I'm currently still waiting for a confirmation and reply from customer service."

The water pressure was great, and they even thoughtfully provided a universal adapter. It's super easy to find, located right near a metro station, and there are tons of great food options nearby. The location is fantastic, making it really convenient to get around. It's only about half an hour to Disneyland and Central. The price was incredibly affordable. "The reception hall is absolutely enormous. The hotel has a robot receptionist for pre-check-in, but rooms aren't available until 3 PM regardless, so the lobby was packed with people waiting. We got an upgrade, and I was pleasantly surprised to get a room over 30 square meters in Hong Kong! The pool looked good too, but we were just passing through Hong Kong so I didn't get a chance to swim. It's also quite convenient to the MTR and bus stations. You can just scan with Alipay or WeChat to pay for your ride! Facilities: Pretty good Hygiene: Clean Environment: Good location Service: All pretty decent"

Hotel near Hung Hom and Kowloon City,Hong Kong
Offering unrivalled views of Victoria Harbour, Harbour Grand Kowloon is a deluxe hotel conveniently situated on the Kowloon waterfront, just a few steps from MTR Whampoa Station (Exit D2). The hotel is also adjacent to Hunghom Pier to North Point.Features include spacious and well-appointed guestrooms including Tower rooms and suites, a grand lobby with marble staircases boasting panaromic harbourviews from grandiose 2- story windows, five distinctive restaurants with diverse dining options, a rooftop glass-framed swimming pool, soothing spa and beauty services, a top-floor Fitness Centre equipped with state-of-the-art fitness machines. Offering excellent service and timely offers to the guests, Harbour Grand Kowloon is the perfect place for leisure or vacation getaways.

"Staying at the Harbour Grand Kowloon this time, I was immediately drawn to the hotel's fountain and modern design. The room view was fantastic (even though I only booked a city view room), offering a partial glimpse of Victoria Harbour's night scenery, which was more than I expected since I thought a city view wouldn't offer any harbour views at all! Next time, I definitely want to experience a sea-view room; I'm sure it'll be amazing, I'm really looking forward to it! After dinner, I also took a lovely stroll along the new Hung Hom Promenade. During the day, you can also see the high-rises on the opposite shore. The service was attentive, the hygiene was impeccable, and the transportation was convenient, with Whampoa MTR station not far away. It's really suitable for business trips or couples, and compared to other five-star hotels in the area, the price is quite good. However, they don't provide complimentary disposable toiletries, so you need to bring your own or buy them. Now I know for next time! The only minor drawback was the toilet placement in my room (room 1113); it was installed too close to the wall, and the toilet paper holder on the right was too close to the toilet, making it very cramped and inconvenient! It would be much better if it were installed on the wall directly opposite."

"Our stay at The Emperor Hotel Causeway Bay in Hong Kong was absolutely fantastic! As soon as my daughter walked in, she said she loved it. I immediately started taking photos and posted on social media about how wonderful and elegant this hotel is. We were on the 29th floor, and the large window offered stunning views of Victoria Harbour. The ceilings are high, and they provided toothbrushes, soap, coffee, and tea. On the second day, we even received a complimentary bottle of mineral water. The front desk also offers free tea, coffee, and newspapers. This hotel completely shattered my preconceptions about Hong Kong accommodation being expensive and small. The Tin Hau MTR station is super convenient for getting around. On our last day, when we stored our luggage, they even gave us two Ferrero Rocher chocolates as we left – so polite and incredibly thoughtful! My daughter and I both agreed that we'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hong Kong! Several parents who saw my Hong Kong trip photos have asked me where we stayed, and I've been recommending The Emperor Hotel Causeway Bay without hesitation! You can really see how much we loved this hotel from my photos!"

Hotel near Prince Edward and Tai Kok Tsui,Hong Kong
Opened in Nov 2019, E Hotel Hong Kong is located in the Sham Shui Po District of Hong Kong, a district full of human touch and rich history. It is a trendy boutique hotel with nearby must-have food, Toy Street, Cloth Street, and a stroll through the streets. The hotel is just a two-minute walk from MTR Sham Shui Po Station. The excellent location is a great choice for exploring Hong Kong and its surrounding areas.

"I was very dissatisfied with my stay at Hotel E. Aside from the fact that it didn't match the price (I paid 672 yuan per night online) and their no-refund policy, I also want to share my thoughts. Firstly, the room was tiny. Two people had to turn sideways to pass each other, like two cars on a narrow road where one has to stop for the other to get by. A large bed was crammed into such a small room, with so little space between the bed and the wall that you had to walk sideways to get off. It was extremely uncomfortable. This is the 21st century! Secondly, in such a small room, one wall by the headboard was black with a large, bright red floral pattern in the center. Lying in bed, the black and red color scheme felt a bit oppressive and eerie, making for an unpleasant experience. I don't understand the designer's mindset. Thirdly, in the less-than-one-square-meter shower room, besides being cramped, the showerhead was in the wrong position and the fixture didn't work. I hope they fix this issue. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends for a vacation."

"This time, I didn't plan ahead. My return trip was suddenly delayed, and I needed to switch hotels last minute, so I just booked one nearby. I was genuinely amazed by this place! For around 1100, the room was incredibly spacious, completely unlike the 'every inch of land is precious' small rooms I always hear about. It had two bathrooms, a huge bed, two TVs, and a large bathtub with a separate shower. The amenities were also super comprehensive, including a universal adapter and complimentary bottled water in the room. I truly recommend room 1042! They also have all the disposable items for children, which you can ask for at the front desk. Highly recommended! It's also quite close to the MTR station. Just across the road is Kowloon Park, which is definitely worth a visit. Miramar Place is diagonally opposite, as well as Muji, and there's a Don Quijote import supermarket downstairs. Highly, highly recommend!"

The Royal Garden offers hotel accommodation ideally located in the Tsim Sha Tsui area of Kowloon, Hong Kong. A choice of contemporary hotel rooms, including spacious and luxurious suites offering elegance with facilities beyond expectations, also hotel install Drinking Water Filtration System in all guestrooms. Located at the 18th to 19th floor of The Royal Garden, Sky Tower Suites and Rooms feature with floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping views of the Victoria Harbour and skyline. Choose between seven restaurants and a bar and experience an array of awarded and stylish dining options. The 25 meters underwater music pool located at Sky Pool on the hotel rooftop radiating Mediterranean aesthetics has been a favourite among visitors. The hotel also equipped with a Gymnasium for guests to exercise and overlook the stunning view of Sky Pool.

"Choosing a hotel in Hong Kong is always a bit of a headache – rooms are either too small, the location isn't ideal, or the prices are just outrageous. This time, I carefully picked the venerable Royal Garden Hotel, and my overall experience was quite good! 👍 First off, the location is superb. It's just a two or three-minute walk from the Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station, there are plenty of dining options nearby, and Victoria Harbour is right across the street – a clear advantage. Secondly, the overall decor exudes a strong 'old money' vibe, especially the restaurants and the rooftop pool. It felt like stepping into a 90s Hong Kong movie scene. ❤️ While the room facilities are a bit dated, they are well-maintained. The sliding bathroom door was incredibly smooth, and the shower had great water pressure. Plus, the bedding deserves a huge shout-out – it was super comfortable! 🥳 Considering its star rating, prime location, and room size, the hotel offers good value for money. I'd definitely recommend it. The staff were also very friendly and didn't have the typical 'Hong Kong attitude' (a common complaint sometimes heard)."

GGuest UserService: The front desk service was polite and attentive, especially F/O receptionist Coco, who greeted me with a smile and processed my check-in incredibly fast. She even upgraded my room without me asking, which I only found out when I received the room card. It was a pleasant surprise! I've stayed at this hotel countless times, and they really make their loyal customers feel valued. Superb! Superb!

BB未South Nest was surprisingly good. Tucked away in a neat little area at the backside of Hong Kong but easily accessible from downtown by public transportation. The area is nice and offers some good local food options and there are a few art galleries nearby. Staff are friendly and quick and the rooms are not big but are actually quite perfect if you don't need extra space. The large window and the view are also nice, and the common area is cozy and clean.

GGuest UserWe was looking for hotel that was centralised to wherever we are looking (Disneyland, Ocean park etc) and we decided to look for hotel at Prince Edward or Mongkok then we found Starphire hotel. The price was affordable and room was clean, just that need about 10mins walk from Prince Edward MTR (Come out from Exit C left side out, keep walk straight till near underneath second highway or have to turn, then turn right and continue walking till see hotel, besides it is ”The Cloud”). Coffee and water was provided 24/7 at level 3 besides check in counter. Breakfast which was bread will be given if go to level 3 in the morning. Overall, it was a pleasant Stay and is happy to revisit if got chance.

NNomijI am writing this based on my experience. We all have different opinions, and satisfactions. So overall for me is a 10/10 experience, its near at the mtr, busses and taxi’s. Also, a place comfy enough to sleep with. On our 8 days and 7 nights experience, we never encounter any difficulties or problems. The Aircon (AC), heater, lights, and flush are working. If you are going on a vacation here at HK, and looking for a place that is comfortable to sleep with. Few walks, from the hostel to MTR station, and your destination. Its also, near at K11 Mall, and victoria harbour which make this hostel a good option. And also, the fist day, we noticed the notes and its kinda witty, and we loved it 😂. It doesn’t matter to us, what our hostel looks like, as long as it was nice and comfortable to stay with. Note: If you didn’t receive and towels, you’re out of plastics, tissue. DON’T hesitate to message them (they are nice and friendly) and ask for it. If i’ll go back again, I’ll probably choose this hostel! I’m writing this right while riding the bus, and some of you may not care. Anyways, the date is April 30, 2026. Very Recent. Good price, good experience. ❤️

AAnonymous UserI really enjoyed my stay here! It was especially cool for me to stay in this particular building because it's where the famous movie 'Chungking Express' was filmed. That alone makes the place special and gives it a unique vibe. The room was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool, which was especially important in the hot and humid weather. I also want to give a special shout-out to the host. He was very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Check-in was quick, and I was even able to check in earlier than the set time.

LlamlllThe hotel is nestled at the foot of the mountain, offering a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of areas near MTR stations. However, it's about a 20-minute walk to Central/Admiralty MTR stations, or a 6-7 minute taxi ride (around HKD 20-35). We were assigned a room on the 28th floor facing Central, and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a complete panoramic view of the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, the US Consulate, the Peak Tram Terminus, Government House, and even the distant Bank of China Tower, Standard Chartered Bank Building, and IFC. The staff were all very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They even helped bring up our food deliveries to the room. The room cleanliness was excellent. The soundproofing, however, was average; we could hear louder noises from upstairs and next door. In the mornings, we could also hear the birds chirping from the Zoological and Botanical Gardens below. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, but there was a kitchen available for cooking. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something a bit more unique. Compared to 5-star and 4-star hotels near MTR stations, this place offers a really good stay.
