"Fantastic room and quality hotel.we were greeted by the hotel staff very politely every time we entered. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We stayed in a room without a window. I loved the nook created on the wall where a window would normally be. There was a backlight, which gave you a feeling of having a window. The room was very comfy. The hotel provides necessary hygiene products in case you need them. They also provide a quality shampoo and conditioner (worked great on my curly hair!), and a body wash. The bathroom towels are soft and absorbent. The bed is the perfect amount of soft with 2 pillows that seem like a different firmness. It makes getting comfy very easy. My room was spotless and I loved the numerous lighting options as well as the projection wall. This hotel also provides a washer/dryer, steamer, clothes hanging rack, and free clothes detergent. I felt like I had all the comforts from home. I was also grateful they provided excellent WiFi service, as I am a very WiFi dependent person."

Or go all the way to find the first touch? These fragmentary definitions seem insufficient to explain growth. These revitalized rooms seem to be looking for answers. Who doesn’t walk all the way, discard all the way, and then pick up all the way? I am reminded of a poem by Kahlil Gibran, which is suitable to be used here: Don’t forget why we set out just because we have gone too far.
"I loved the localization of this hostel. It's inside of the Muslim quarter, so you get the full street food experience and there's a lot to see. I feel like the Muslim quarter was the most lively place in the city, and there's always a reason for it: people like me love it! The rooms were very clean and tidy, I liked that there where places for you to but your stuff in the bed space, it felt cozy. The air conditioner worked well, but turned off after some time, which was not super nice. The bathrooms were kind of dirty, with lots of hair in the ground. I get that people shower in the bathroom, but I noticed that even after cleaning staff had just cleaned, there was still hair, and the bathroom was super wet, making it difficult to use. The staff didn't speak english at all, but used translation devices when necessary, which is ok. Overall, it was a good stay and I would do it again, but there could be more attention regarding toilet cleaning."

"The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well. The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening. The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean. The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions. Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be."

The front desk service was warm and the location was excellent, right by the Bell Tower subway station, making travel very convenient. The only downside was the complimentary afternoon tea, which was practically useless. We were always out exploring during afternoon tea time, so we never got to try it, and I imagine most other guests are in the same boat."

"I was genuinely surprised to find such a quality hotel at this price point, definitely a five-star review! It was quite late when I arrived, but the front desk staff were still incredibly welcoming and attentive, not just going through the motions. The room was spotless, the bathroom had no strange odors, and the towels were fresh, dry, and soft. All the amenities were brand new and sealed. The air conditioning unexpectedly stopped working in the middle of the night, but after I called maintenance, a technician arrived within five minutes and fixed it quickly, maintaining a polite and courteous demeanor throughout. I even ran into a cleaning lady in the hallway who greeted me warmly and offered to help when she saw me carrying heavy bags. Parking is free with plenty of spaces, which was very convenient for driving. The soundproofing exceeded my expectations; I couldn't hear any street noise even though my room faced the road, and I slept soundly until morning. Downstairs, there are plenty of snack shops and a supermarket, so you don't have to go far for food or essentials. While the facilities aren't luxurious, they are well-maintained and look brand new. The service is meticulous and thoughtful, with no hidden charges. Both cleanliness and service are top-notch, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay."

"The front desk brother service is good, the disadvantage is that it has been written for 26 years. The door of the room was almost rotten, and I was too lazy to take pictures. The smell in the room was very heavy. The bathroom was also very old. I didn't know the sound of the air conditioner at night, or what machine was turned on. The sound was always buzzing. She even said they'd send it up to my room after heating it. Sure enough, a robot delivered it shortly after – truly heartwarming! Her attitude was consistently gentle and polite throughout. Et Fei, a brand co-created by Hyatt and首旅如家 (Shou Lv Ru Jia), truly lives up to its reputation. The public areas are incredibly well-designed and comfortable. The Lobby Innovation Space is perfect for working or relaxing, and the 24-hour coffee bar is a fantastic bonus. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding. The bathroom features a dry/wet separation, and the in-room smart system is easy to use. The mini-bar is also well-stocked. The hotel offers a self-service laundry room and a gym, which is a must-have for long stays and very convenient for business travelers or those on an extended trip. The front desk and housekeeping staff are all very friendly, responsive, and meticulous with their daily cleaning. The location is great for getting around, with plenty of dining options nearby. I stayed for over a week straight, and overall, it was consistently good with no unpleasant surprises. The value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely prioritize Et Fei for my next visit. Highly recommended!

This is a wee gem of a hotel. Close to the old part of town and close to restaurants and bars, well a very short ten minute flat walk. The wonderful thing about this hotel was my room on the sixth floor was absolutely quiet which is a rare thing for a hotel room these days. The room very modern, big TV, toiletries and even free laundry ,8 pieces a day not included is underwater and socks. Breakfast is adequate with fresh fruits,cereal yoghurt and a large range of Asian dishes. You won't go hungry. The gym is very small, two treadmills take up most of the room so only enough space for one to do weights but I managed and even has cable machine and free weights up to 20 kgs. The hotel provides a free bus to and from the amazing terracotta warriors and also to the airport. Amazing value ,you won't be disappointed. English is limited but one star was Anna who spoke English and was so helpful.I also dealt with Shu when I checked in and she was delightful and professional. Great valued wee gym in an amazing part of China. I took advantage of the bus to the warriors but got a Didi taxi back to the hotel for around $13USD. If you are outside of China make sure you set up your Ali pay, link your credit card, get the metro. Ard if you intend to use it on the app. Google doesn't work or any google related apps unless you are on a e sim. I got a local number and sim as all wifi require a china +86 number. One last thing to walk the walls amazing but 14klm. If you are over 65 they won't rent you a bicycle ☹️☹️☹️

The homestay we stayed in this time really exceeded our expectations! Opposite is the Daming Palace National Park, with a superior location and prosperous business. It is close to the subway entrance, and is a few stops away from the Bell Tower and the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, which is more convenient than driving. Nearby is the lively night market street of Wanda Plaza, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The community is of high quality, the lobby is luxurious and atmospheric, the rooms are spacious and bright, with a light luxury style and exquisite design. The large flat with five bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms is very practical, and it was just enough to accommodate our group of more than ten people! It is also equipped with a fully automatic mahjong machine, which added a lot of fun to our leisure time. It was as warm and comfortable as at home, and it was a very pleasant travel experience.

The Staffs were very very helpful in helping to recommend tours, local travelling to tourists' places , what to see for tourists i.e. us. They recommended where to taste local authentic foods even to beware of fraudsters, eat healthy and spend worthy etc. The hotel, Ibilis was wonderful and up to standard for locals and international tourists. We appreciated the staffs' courteous ways of dealing with tourists (both local and international i.e us included. The hotel is at the right location to many touristic places and local /international food places too. We like to stay again in this hotel, Ibilis Hotel when we come as a family again and also recommend to our extended families, friends and travel companions! Bravo!

I booked two rooms, one directly facing the hallway entrance and the other next to the equipment room, at opposite ends of the same floor. They claimed this was to keep us on the same floor. Is this how you treat long-time customers? Do you call two twin beds pushed together a 'king room'? And then claim it's an upgraded room type? Why didn't the front desk mention this at check-in? It's not like I'm stingy about a few extra bucks. No one paid any attention when we got in or out of the car, or when entering/exiting the hotel. I know you don't lack guests, but I will definitely not choose Renaissance Hotel again when I come to Xi'an in the future. Regarding the Minibar & Welcome Drinks: The front desk specifically told me they were chargeable. After calling the duty manager, it took multiple confirmations for them to finally admit that my booked room type included them for free.

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

This hotel is absolutely divine! If you're coming to Xi'an, I'd even say it's a must-visit in itself. First off, it's right by the Huaqing Palace, with a private entrance for free and unlimited access. Every room also has its own hot spring pool. They include complimentary tickets for two to Baoji Pool. The complimentary travel photoshoot is super popular; we couldn't book it when we arrived, so definitely reserve in advance. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic. For a room costing just over 1000, it felt like an absolute steal. The service is miles better than a certain hotel in West Lake where I paid over 3000 before. In the evening, they even have staff escort you to see the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance, with a hotel-exclusive通道 (access), so no need to queue up early. At this time of year, the first show at 8 PM is already completely dark, allowing you to fully experience the lighting effects. The complimentary sweet soup in the evening was delicious too. Honestly, with all these value-added services, it felt like the room itself was free, haha. Also, the hotel restaurant is genuinely delicious! I usually don't like eating at hotel restaurants, but the food here is really good and highly recommended!
