The transportation is very convenient, there are tram stations, bus stations, and a large parking lot, which is self-driving friendly.
The room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the bath water is super large.
The receptionist is beautiful and enthusiastic, with good English and smooth communication. The Izmir Grand Elevator and the museum in the hotel are very close and can be reached on foot.
There are sea view rooms with a view of the Aegean Sea, and the view is great

Great location but the room wasn’t clean, specially the bathroom, there were two cigarette butts in the shower that seemed to have been there for a while from previous guests.

The location is super central. We checked in late at night after a long journey, and the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly respectful, welcoming, and attentive. I had requested a quiet room when booking, and it was on the top floor. We didn't hear any noise at all. The rooms were quite spacious, bright, and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were soft. The bathroom was spotless. We were able to get a very restful sleep after our long journey. Breakfast was included in the price and was perfectly adequate. The breakfast offered 3-4 types of jams, chocolate spread, cereals, börek, simit, a variety of cheeses, fresh tea, and freshly brewed coffee. This is definitely a hotel that offers excellent value for money.
I had the most comfortable stay during my trip to Turkey at this hotel. It is conveniently located within a commercial complex, right next to a modern, large shopping mall. The mall’s basement houses a food court with a variety of delicious options. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from metro and tram stations, providing direct access to the city center. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast was absolutely delightful. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!

Mitte Port Konak Hotel's infrastructure is very new and they have a great breakfast, they have a local variety of cheese very good pastries and some roasted mushrooms and potatoes. So big variety of jams and fruits.
Their spa and Turkish bath was closed when we try to visit normally they say it's free to use for every guest.
The room had not enough windows but the AC was working powerful to the cooldown. Only problem beds are a little small. Wi-Fi is working well. There was a mini fridge. They have safe lockers in the room. They have TV. The bathroom is very good, hot water and water pressure was perfect. Except toothbrush they provide everything.
The location of the hotel is good if you travel with your car or take a taxi but walking to public transportation is a little hard. It may cost 50 TL from the Konak Meydan to the hotel by taxi better not talk during the night.
The hotel staff was very nice to us and other guests. There are many local customers and abroad from a variety of countries from France, China, Iran, France etc.
The location is on a slope. It is more convenient for us to drive by ourselves. We can park at the door. It would be a bit troublesome to drag the suitcase from the bus station. The boss is very nice. We had a problem with the ticket payment app and he helped us pay for it in advance.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. As soon as I sat down in the lobby, they politely asked if I wanted a drink, coffee, tea, or water. They also provided a complimentary breakfast. Having traveled extensively, I've rarely seen a hotel offer such a generous breakfast. I highly recommend it! Outside the hotel is the downtown shopping street, lined with restaurants, making dining very convenient.
They are driving those who want to enter the sea to the convened beach. Or you have to go to another beach with your own possibility. The black-viewed rooms look on the road are not stopped by noise when the window is open. The pool-viewed rooms should be preferred. The foods are so diverse and tasty. The staff were laughing and helping. Cleaning is good.

1118388****The hotel that made me feel the best, a home away from home, excellent location, 3 km from the scenic area, good facilities, good breakfast, convenient surroundings and very good dining restaurants. The warm and beautiful owner offered to personally give us a free tour of the Temple of Artemis and took us to the entrance to the ruins of Ephesus Mountain. Thank you so much,I'd like to come back sometime。
MMadjid MogharyLocation is very good . 100 meters to Basmane metro station. Staff where polite and helpful . Room was good in compare with the price . The only negative thing was breakfast . Breakfast was very poor . They had only tea . Not coffee . Not milk .
GGuest UserThis hotel in the old town is decent. It has an elevator and is conveniently located near the train station. Pamukkale is just a comfortable 4-hour train ride away. To get to the ancient city of Ephesus, simply cross the road to the parking lot and you can catch a direct ride from there for 50 Lira. The old town itself is fantastic; take your time wandering its streets, and you'll uncover many delightful surprises.
RReza_AzadiPositive Points:
1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı.
2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel.
3. Free breakfast is provided.
4. The hotel is clean.
5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing.
Negative Points:
1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited.
2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests.
3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons.
4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool.
5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked.
6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests.
all in all I will choose it again.
GGuest UserVery beautiful small yard, the boss and his wife are hospitable, the English is very good, there are questions and answers, take the initiative to provide a map of selkuk, will recommend a cost-effective delicious restaurant, and will remind you not to forget to visit experience museum in Ephesus. Room facilities are relatively simple, similar to domestic farmhouses. Breakfast is delicious, the boss will feed the cat during breakfast time, and the nearby cats will queue up from the gap in the flower bed to enter the yard to eat, too cute
SsabinasinparisI checked into marina hotel just after midnight and there was a gentleman there to meet me, the room I was given was pleasantly good, clean and fairly big, and even had a little balcony that looked out onto the main street. Big bonus that the air-conditioning worked well
The mattress was comfortable for me but the firm, however the pillows were like 2 sack of bricks really terrible.
Basic amenities provided and a mini fridge with some refreshments all reasonably priced.
Bathroom shower had abit of mould but that is not uncommon for these hot humid places.wotu not proper vent extraction.
My only 2 complaints, the wifi isn't the greatest struggle to video call my family using it as it kept cutting out.
And there was a vent between my bathroom and the next room and I could hear every time they went to the toilet, showered or blowdried their hair.
Otherwise I felt safe as a solo woman and it was a pleasant few days stay location was fantastic, right near (8-10 min walk Basmane station (which takes you directly to Ephesus, also close to the trams which take you easily anywhere.
HHakan 哈康I recently stayed at a quaint hotel superbly located near the vibrant Art Street, perfect for those keen to explore local art and culture. The hotel, housed in an old mansion, offers a charming, historical ambiance but comes with several trade-offs. The lack of on-site parking necessitates paying for nearby private parking, which can be inconvenient and adds an unexpected expense. Additionally, the absence of food services within the hotel could be a drawback for guests looking for mealtime convenience, though unlimited free coffee and bottled water are pleasant perks. One should note that the reception closes at 6 PM, which could pose challenges for late arrivals or those needing evening assistance. The rooms, while clean and maintaining the property's antique charm, do not have TVs and the old mansion’s thin walls mean sounds carry easily from room to room. Despite these issues, the hotel's cleanliness and prime location make it a compelling choice for travelers, particularly those interested in the arts, who don't mind a few inconveniences during their stay.

Bbarefoot_bohemian_Can't go wrong with Hilton. Brilliant as always! Excellent service, close to the airport, free shuttle. Comfortable clean room, 5 start breakfast buffet and warm cookie on arrival. My 'go to' hotel before a flight ❣️
