This is the third time we've stayed here and we always like it because it feel’s like Home when we arrive. The direct Connection to the Mall is very convenient. There is a Macrocenter (Supermarket) on the first floor and many small nice restaurants / bakeries / specialties where you can eat delicious food such as at Lime Alaçati.

This hotel is super convenient, right in front of the train station. The airport shuttle bus stop is also just around the corner. The facilities are new and comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the doorknob on the first room I was assigned was broken and couldn't be locked, and it seemed like it had been left that way. It was resolved quickly when they moved me to a different room, so it's not a big deal. The photo is of the breakfast buffet.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service quality was outstanding from the moment I arrived until check-out.
The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The amenities were great and everything exceeded my expectations.
I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

The location is fantastic, the cleanliness is okay, the bedding is a bit rough, and there's a wardrobe for convenient storage. The only downside is that it's on a busy street, so there's constant traffic noise. If you prefer a quiet environment, this isn't the place for you.

Very friendly and helpful :) breakfast was very nice!
Delicious food and great service. Also in room fishing was tasty and nice(see pic below!).
Location wise perfect to walk anywhere around the area(old market) or more vibrant area full of restaurants and cafes.
I was busy so couldn’t enjoy the pool but my mum went and she was very happy.
Only thing missing I would say toiletries products. We only got shower caps.
Cannot wait to be back!

The room itself was pretty good overall, and the location was convenient for getting to the subway station. It was also very quiet at night. However, the hot water wasn't very reliable. The front desk told me I'd have to let the water run for ten minutes before it got hot, but it only ever got lukewarm. For a winter trip, the water temperature wasn't quite hot enough for a proper shower.

This small and cute hotel is something like a jewel! The one staff we met was adorable and so kind and caring that we felt right at home and even felt sorry that after only one night we had to leave for our next spot to visit! The hotel is gorgeous, the service impeccable, the breakfast!!! OMG!!! Just look at the pictures and you'll know what I mean! The breakfast was a piece of art made with love 💕
But, originally, the hotel is called Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery, because all the sculptures you can see on the pictures were made by the owner - it vibes so well with the whole Ephesus area and it's beautiful ancient buildings, ruins, ...
We got a nice upgrade to a bigger room that we could directly leave through a door to the inner courtyard where breakfast was served - super convenient! The courtyard was so peaceful that we felt like hearing ancient whispers coming from all around us... So much history!!! So much to see and having this wonderful hotel as the base to discover from was the best choice we could make! No need to mention that the room was simple but very nice and clean, comfy and big bed, nice lighting, spacey bathroom with very modern standard. Aircon as well, but we preferred to use the big fan on the ceiling instead ... There was a little fridge in the room and the beverages inside were free to take, so we were happy about the water after a hot and sunny day ... ☀️ Also, whenever we were on the way in or out, we were offered coffee, tea, water, juice, fruits ... you can see the fruit plate that we happily enjoyed as a mid-day snack ...
If you ever visit Selçuk and Ephesus Ancient Town - and you should because it's ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - you should definitely book one, or even better two or three days at Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery!!!
Btw, it's also in easily walkable distance to the Ephesus Archeological Museum, the İsa Bey Mosque, St. Jean Church, the Ayasuluk Citadel, ...
Another great plus was the fact that we could park the car right in front of the hotel.
Last but not least, we received a beautiful little gift from the hotel employee who was taking care of us so kindly - she had sculptured the little elephant that you can see on the last picture by herself! A very special gift for us! 🎁 ❤️

Rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and quiet, making it easy to relax. The location is convenient for getting around Izmir. Overall, an excellent experience and great value for money. I want to point out that your behavior is inappropriate and disrespectful. I felt insecure from the moment you told me, and I quote, ”if you were single, I'll show you more places.” I replied that I wasn't, and you knew that, and you added, laughing, ”No, but when you come back to Turkey and you're separated”. You're crossing three boundaries here. The first is as a guest at your hotel. The second is because of my age. I'm the same age as your son. Imagine if you had a daughter, would you like an older man to behave with her? And the third is as a woman, do you even know what goes on in a woman's head when you receive this kind of remark, even though you weren't suspicious? As a woman, you feel scared and you're measuring the level of danger that the man in front of you represents, because you are alone, vulnerable, not in your country. When you criticize truck drivers who only want to pick up female hitchhikers because they are interested in sex with them, you are no different from that kind of person by behaving like that with me. It's 2025, I'm a woman, and I no longer accept this kind of inappropriate and disrespectful behavior from men. You must NOT do this, whether it's with your clients or with young women, any woman, and even if you say this as a “joke”. Just DON’T.

The Wi-Fi was very weak and there was no daily cleaning. This hotel is good for people who want a cheap place to stay.

1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı.
2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel.
3. Free breakfast is provided.
4. The hotel is clean.
5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing.
Negative Points:
1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited.
2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests.
3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons.
4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool.
5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked.
6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests.
all in all I will choose it again.
