The Beauty of Angkor | One of the Seven Wonders of the World, Angkor Wat

Angkor Wat, located in Siem Reap, Cambodia, is the largest temple complex in the world and one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Before arriving in Siem Reap, I watched 'The Beauty of Angkor' on the plane to get a brief understanding of Angkor and its religious background. This time was quite tight, so I chose three of the many temples: Angkor Wat - The representative of Angkor Bayon Temple - The famous 'Smile of Khmer' is here Ta Prohm Temple - Here you can see huge tree roots crawling over the ancient temple, which is very magnificent and spectacular. This is also the location where 'Tomb Raider' was filmed. In the evening, I went to see the sunset at Phnom Bakheng. Siem Reap is really hot, and you can get soaked just by walking through one temple, so it's essential to be prepared for sun protection and hydration!
