Dining at Mediterranea Restaurant by Kamil in Yogyakarta was an exquisite culinary journey that delighted my senses from start to finish. The Calzone Mediterranea, a savory delight, enveloped me in layers of perfectly baked dough filled with a harmonious medley of egg, ham and mozzarella cheese with tomato sauce. Each bite revealed the symphony and harmony of the ingredients. Truly sedap! The Insalata Caprese was a dish with ripe tomatoes, creamy buffalo mozzarella, and fragrant basil drizzled in olive oil. It was lighter in flavour and nicely balanced out the heavier Calzone. For the finale, we had the Apple Pie Tati, which was served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
