New York Public Library
The first time I got here I was here before it was open, I should have taken more photos then because once it was open the crowd arrived. Even so there is a park next to it where you can get a drink and relax. When you go in your bag will be checked, much like most free buildings I entered in New York. There area with the books, which was where I wanted to go, was reserved for people who actually need to study which I like. The spaces you could go were beautiful and there were exhibits but I didn’t visit any. As a solo traveller I always like to find free spaces I can sit down, get wifi and use the washroom so I always map out a couple libraries as well.

New York Travel Trustworthy Library
The New York Public Library on Fifth Avenue is the largest public library in the United States. In 1895, it was formed by the merger of the Astor Library, the Lennox Library and the Tilden Trust. There are still many people who come here to study, but I am going to take pictures of hahahahaha as tourists, here Still very good, but remind everyone to turn off the flash when taking pictures, the library should not be loud, civilized sightseeing.
Tips:
Thoroughly browse the recommendations for more than half a day, but if you only want to take a photo for an hour or more
, sometimes you need to carry out a simple manual security check bag, please open the bag to cooperate with it. .
The opening hours are not the same every day, the shortest on Sunday, it is recommended that 10 during the day

The biggest public library in the United States is the New York Public Library.
Believe it or not, but the first movie to the “Spiderman” series had a fleeting scene filmed here at the public library as well!
The library is home to some of the earliest copies of classic pieces of English and American literature, famous drafts from writers and other precious, valuable antique works of literature. This location also served as the central research library for New York’s public library system. It oversees 3 research libraries and 84 library branches, spread across 3 regions in New York. There are over 3 million books in the branches’ collection.
What’s worth visiting the most in the public library is actually the reading room. This is room no. 315. It is 90.5 m long, 23.8 m. wide and 15.8 m high. All around you’ll see open bookshelves and long windows. There are large chandeliers dropping from the ceiling. There are long reading tables and very comfortable chairs in the room. On the table, you will find copper lights. There are computers in the room, connected to the internet.
But for some reason it’s been switched off. I could only look at photos on display. It felt like you’re traveling to a Harry Potter movie, much like the dining hall in Hogwarts.
Everything in the library is free. Many famous writers come here to research and find information. During the Great Depression, a lot of people self-studied here at the university level. This is why nowadays there are still many shared rooms for citizens to use.

Ten years ago, when "Sex and the City" was put on the big screen, one of the most touching pictures was the stun of the heroine Carrie's public library in New York: If the European palace is as grand and solemn, the dome is painted with giants. Oil painting. As a writer and a book-lover, she decided in an instant that this is the most suitable place to hold her perfect wedding. The
New York Public Library is set up on Fifth Avenue, erecting a magnificent spiritual world in the most expensive areas of the world, and no ethnic group will be rejected. It is a city's cultural landscape, and it is a spiritual landmark with more than 100 years of history and sustainable value.
JOJO’s wonderful trip.
I have been secretly conceived in my heart, heaven should be the appearance of the library, I will slowly and quietly investigate, with the hesitant cane! No matter which city I go to, I will basically go there if I have a better library. I dont want to do anything. I like to stay there. Especially the New York Public Library, which is a beautiful place that does not accept tickets and is built. When you go in, you must be a little whispered, don't bother people who read books.
Desperado.
If you say the New York Public Library, you can use it to tremble. It is a collection of the magic weapon of the founding of the United States the Declaration of Independence, the first book of European movable type printing the Goodburg Bible, Goethes paper cutter, and even the worlds first teddy bear. However, the real feelings of many, in addition to rich and heavy collections, gorgeous decoration, is the soul of countless knowledge: people read all kinds of books here without charge.
However, careful inspection revealed that many people are watching videos, there are comics, and there are four calculations within 100. . .

📍New York Public Library- Stephen A. Schwarzman Building
Passed by this beautiful building while in New York City and decided to pop in and left us in awe! Such a lovely public library, indeed a true gem in the bustling New York City! The interior is so pretty and classic, from the artsy ceiling to the marble walls! The atmosphere is serene and inviting, a perfect place to chill and take a few photos as a tourist. The entrance is free, but they do have a security check before entering the library. Some of the reading rooms are not opened to public, and only those who are gonna work or read are able to enter. Anyways, this library is definitely worth a visit!
I would like to travel to Hong Kong to have some Portuguese egg tart and Hong Kong style breakfast!

New York Public Library
New York Public Library - this is a space that is completely different from the bustling downtown New York, it feels like entering another world. It is a place full of ambition, a place where immigrants and children seek knowledge, information and spiritual comfort.
Writer Calvin Trillin called the New York Public Library "the most egalitarian place among New York's great cultural institutions, no tickets needed, no membership required; it is also the highest level place, anyone entering and leaving the library can feel they have the same qualifications as Harvard University students."
In front of the library information desk, volunteers guide the endless stream of visitors, and the flow of people is constant all day. The main reading room in the library is one of the largest column-free rooms in the world today. When it was first designed, the first librarian, John Shaw Billings, requested that the reading room be set on the highest floor, so that it could take natural light and be far away from the noise of the street. Today, some of the rooms in the library still maintain the layout when they opened. Readers still use heavy wooden tables, with Tiffany-designed table lamps on them.
The New York Public Library is the largest municipal public library in the United States, consisting of the main library and 85 branches, with a collection of books, periodicals, manuscripts, maps, pictures, including the earliest versions of British and American literary masterpieces, precious ancient books and materials, etc.
It's very worth a visit, to feel this majestic and heavy momentum.

Visiting inside the Crown of statue liberty
#newyortrip
The Statue of Liberty Enlightening the World was a gift of friendship from the people of France to the people of the United States and is a universal symbol of freedom and democracy. The Statue of Liberty was dedicated on October 28, 1886, designated as a National Monument in 1924, and restored for her centennial on July 4, 1986.
It was an honor and a great experience to visit the sculpture of the Statue of Liberty in New York. 💗💗💗#mytripvlog #travel #place#urbanexplorer#awesomepic#summervacation#2023travelwish#celebratewithtrip

A Quiet Night at the Library @ New York
This is not a scene you will see everyday. Well, at least not in New York City. A city that never sleeps, one would be lucky to find any time of the day when pedestrians, New Yorkers and Tourists alike are in a rush, barely taking notice of the many things New York has to offer.
Sure, there are those typical tourist spots you wouldn't miss, either because of their imposing presence or through the crowd that flock them.
While walking along Broadway back to my hotel, I in a rare moment of New York City silence, I came across The New York Public Library. It was almost late and it was almost empty. but I walked inside and and just allowed myself wander with no particular thoughts nor predisposition. I spend some time looking at titles, one rack to the other until I realized it was time to go.
Those rare moments are what I wish to capture. The true joy of exploring more than just traveling.

In the movie "The Day After", people use the library as a refuge, and they have to burn precious books for heating. In fact, the New York Public Library will not suffer from this misfortune. ~
This marble structure and elegant atmosphere was completed in 1911. The two large lions at the entrance are very eye-catching. There are many famous writers' manuscripts and ancient books in the museum. Some reading rooms are not accessible to visitors, and the spacious large reading room is open to everyone. Come here to participate in a free guided tour in the museum, or to have a temporary access permit with your passport. There is an introductory video in the media room that gives a more general understanding of the library.
