Monkey Park Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
Peaceful few hours out
I can’t help but think that the monkey park gets the experience it provides spot on. We were probably there for an hour in total, which was perfect and didn’t leave us lugging around in the heat for too long. Plenty to do and look at in the park without being too expansive or exhaustive.
€10 pp for entry is brilliant for the experience provided, and I must assume this as one of the best excursions available on the island in terms of value for money. A further €3 for animal food made the experience greater for my partner, who was extremely excited to be able to feed the monkeys personally, as well as the lemurs, some tortoise, and guinea pigs. Little to no queueing allows you to enjoy the experience that bit extra also, so kudos for that.
