This is a very comfortable Japanese-style hot spring hotel. You need to take off your shoes upon check-in. There's a communal hot spring on the second floor, and rooms also have bathtubs with hot spring water. Free ice cream is available on the second floor, and breakfast is quite extensive too.

The hotel service was excellent. We easily obtained free tram passes from the front desk, which were very convenient for getting around. They also offer bicycles for guests to borrow. The only minor drawback is that the facilities are a bit dated. However, everything else was great, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a trip to Toyama. It's located on the 5th floor and above of a shopping mall right next to Toyama Station. You can just go downstairs and you're right at the station, which makes transportation and dining incredibly convenient. In terms of transport, since there isn't a huge amount to explore within Toyama city itself, and most attractions are within walking distance of the station (even Iwasehama is reached by train from Toyama Station), staying near the station is a significant plus if you're using Toyama as a base to visit places like Takaoka, Amaharashi, or Himi. For dining, you can find local Toyama specialty restaurants right at the station, and they generally have good reviews. Therefore, just the location alone makes this hotel highly recommendable. As for the facilities, the hotel has everything you'd expect, and the rooms are well-maintained. The public bath is decent, and the breakfast is quite good. Not only is the all-you-can-eat sushi (which is a main selling point) of good quality, but the other dishes are also noteworthy. I was very satisfied with the meal. Overall, if you're using Toyama as a base for a two-day trip to explore the surrounding areas, this hotel is a superb option.

I stayed for 4 nights in Toyama, and overall, this hotel had the largest room and offered the best value for money. It's just a 3-4 minute walk from Toyama Station, and you can see the hotel as soon as you exit. The room was very spacious for our family of three, and it even came with capsule coffee and snacks. The mini-bar drinks were also replenished daily. There's a large supermarket directly across from the hotel (mostly cosmetics/pharmacy items). Several restaurants recommended by Google Maps were also within walking distance, which was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was decent but didn't vary much over the days. All in all, it's a really excellent hotel, highly recommended.

The room was spotless and a decent size. It's definitely spacious enough for solo travelers and perfectly fine for two people. The location is superb, right by Toyama Castle and the Glass Museum, with a convenience store directly opposite and the tram to Toyama Station just to the right. Breakfast was also excellent – well worth buying a breakfast voucher for. I originally only planned to stay one night and then head to Unazuki Onsen the next day, but due to heavy snow, I ended up extending my stay in Toyama for an extra day. The front desk staff were very helpful, even though one of the ladies struggled a bit with English; another colleague quietly assisted with translation. In the end, with my half-baked Japanese and English, I successfully managed to extend my reservation for another night.

The hotel is super convenient, only about a 3 to 5-minute walk from the station. It offers great value for money, with fantastic photo opportunities overlooking the Kurobe Gorge. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet-style with a wide variety of dishes. For dinner, you can even choose a hotpot to cook at your table, and they also feature local Hokuriku specialties.

Stayed in a standard twin room for 2 nights. The room is slightly too warm as it operates on a central heating system. The rest of the hotel facilities are excellent. The staff are warm and friendly. If you do not want to have your room made up, they reward you with 2 QR codes which you can use at the vending machine behind the front desk. We chose this hotel as it was a street across the Shirakawago express bus stop operated by the Toyama Chitetsu Bus company. It was really convenient for us to use it to explore Toyama as well as take a day trip to Shirakawago.

The breakfast is pretty good, especially if you like sashimi. The location is very convenient for getting around. However, the room size felt smaller than what was advertised, maybe it wasn't the internal usable area. It might be better to book a 26 sqm room. The 29 sqm room is an end unit and not a square shape.

This hotel boasts a super convenient location, just a two-minute walk from Toyama Station, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere. The rooms are spacious, well soundproofed, and spotlessly clean. Although I didn't require daily housekeeping, fresh towels and amenities were thoughtfully left on the doorknob every day. Breakfast included local Toyama specialties, and there's a lounge on the second floor offering complimentary coffee and hot water. The coin laundry on the 5th floor was never busy, and the dryers were very efficient. Be sure to ask the front desk about any train tickets or passes you might need. Toyama offers an abundance of delicious food, and even if you're not planning a hike up Tateyama, exploring the city itself is highly recommended.

The hotel is unforgettable. One berth and two food choices should be the most common set meal, but it is still amazing. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, enjoy the breakfast in the courtyard snow scene, regardless of the tip of the tongue or the eyes, you have the ultimate enjoyment. Bibimbap snacks for breakfast have a variety of tricks, and Toyama famous things are worth trying. The exquisite presentation makes people unable to bear to eat, everything is ingenious. We did not book a private soup, because the scenery of the public soup is more beautiful! There are very few guests staying, and the hot spring in the snow is worth a try! As a paradise-like existence, you must accept the store's limited English output. Remember to bring your mobile phone translation software. Everything is not a problem.
