Hotels With Parking in Selangor, Malaysia

Beautiful hotel. Will definitely book here again. The only problem is sometimes grab had a problem sending us back to this hotel due to confusing route.

The room was big and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast had many choices. Good location. Walking distance to the Curve and IPC shopping centre. LRT station is just opposite the hotel.

The room itself is nice, but there are several issues that significantly affected our stay. The blanket was quite thin, bed very low, and the location is difficult to find using Google Maps. What should have been a 10-minute drive took us around 40 minutes due to navigation issues, and the car park was also hard to locate. The lobby has water on floor, no cleaner and maintenance, my daughter slipped and fell when we arrived. The biggest concern was the lift. It is extremely slow, stops at every floor, and has poor ventilation. It took about 15 minutes just to go from level 36 to B3, which is unacceptable. Overall, due to these inconveniences, I would not return.

This is where I stay in and around KL when I need to stay for longer for less money. There’s good amenities and attractions near by, decent food is close and the studio apartment perfectly fits my needs. The only downside is the fact that they do not clean rooms or even offer to during the stay. I have to ask for stuff to be delivered and do it myself.

Nice place but roads are abit confusing for grabs drivers. Other are all acceptable & above average. Shoplots at empire city is getting more and more. Checkin time can be improved to 2pm other than 3pm

Very convenient location Check in was seamless. Very friendly & helpful staff. I requested a last minute change to room type and the hotel gladly obliged Infinity Pool & gym facilities clean & world class

The room was just excellent for such price, the hotel staff was very professional. The automatic check-in system isn't working perfectly yet - for example, my bank card wasn't recognized. It's good that the hotel accepted cash and that the employee was very helpful. Furthermore, the hotel is quite far from the terminal, about 20 km. This should be taken into account when planning your trip. However, the hotel does offer a shuttle service, and the journey to the airport takes about 15-20 minutes. In general my experience was positive, but it is better to have some cash / different cards and understand that this hotel (despite the name) is not in the terminal and not even really close.

NICE AND GOOD

Even though this hotel is near KLIA 2, it doesn’t matter if your flight is in KLIA 1. Everything is accessible with free shuttle to T1 (every 2hrs) via the hotel or the one provided by the airport itself (every 10mins). You can also do some last minute shopping in Gateway inside T2. The room I booked is enough for a short stay. Its big and kinda nice view. They also have a resto beside lobby with a garden vibes-its cozy and good for a night drink. I highly recommend this hotel. Faulty bidet, ie pipe without spray head. Basic amenities not available ie shaver, dental kit. Requested for dental kit and 2 bottles of water at 9am and not delivered when I returned at night. The Merchant was quiet but staff rather enjoyed themselves watching tv then observing the needs of patrons. Stayed twice and this will be the last.
