I only stayed for one night, but the price was very reasonable. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Basic amenities were provided, including an iron and drinking water. The only downside was that parking was a bit tricky to find, since there are two hotels in the same building. Make sure to park in the Paxton area for easier access to the lift or lobby.

Checking was straight forward as room had been rebooked by Trip.com. Direction after exiting. KLIA Transit station at Klia2 is non-existent and signage direction to Tune hotel is very limited. Who would've guess that u need to take the exit next to family mart to find the hotel. Hotel is quite clean but the towels in our room appeared a bit worn. The TV had an Astros sport channel, didn't try other channel as it was playing rerun of 2025 French open. Buffet breakfast selection has a reasonable wide selection of local fare.

The Mall listed in the building was not in business. The gym and the swimming pool was functioning ok. The small business centre was misused as meeting room for prolong period when we didn’t have a chance to use the computer. The views are fantastic. Location isn’t the best but thankfully we could drive around.

I had a very disappointing stay at Sunway Pyramid Hotel. The front desk check-in was extremely slow. Inside the room, I found a spider web in the bathroom — clear sign of poor cleaning. Even worse, at the 8th floor elevator area towards rooms 08140–08146, there was an actual mushroom growing out from the wall corner (see photo)! This shows serious humidity and maintenance problems. This is a hygiene and safety issue. I hope Trip.com can follow up with the hotel management and ensure proper corrective actions and a fair response to guests.

Stayed with my friend at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is very beautiful eventhough it looks a bit rundown from the outside. Love the amenities provided. The tv display was not so clear and there is a something smelly coming from the carpet when we got back to the hotel in the evening. The bed and pillow were not that comfortable. With the price n location, i can consider to revisit this hotel in the future. The location is just beside The Curve and Mutiara Damansara MRT station. The toilet is the best. Strong water pressure and good heater

Great Room but Bathroom Needs Improvement Stayed one night at Mercure Glenmarie — overall, I was satisfied with the room. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. However, there was a problem with the bathroom. When showering, water would leak out through the door, making the whole bathroom floor wet and slippery. It’s a bit inconvenient and could be a safety issue. Hope the hotel can look into this and improve the shower sealing or drainage. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Location wise it’s quite far from tourist spots but still okay as grab rates not that affects, just dont get out around 4pm onwards as all roads near to hotel is crowded. Very affordable and clean yet i think the front office staffs must wear some proper uniforms to recognize. I expected also a couple of coffee as amentiies as our flight by 8am morning and we prepared around 4am unfortunately convenience store down stares are closed so luckily i got some coffee from vietnam. Facilities are very amazing for its price but again the staffs needs to be presentable as most of them are indians/south asians (not for shaming but they will be more good if they act so good with that facilities)

Location is fine but you might stuck in heavy traffic if peak season. In house guest can entitled RM3 parking per entry (basement parking) just validate the card with reception area. During my check-in I noticed some unpleasant things from the reception staff like judgmental attitude towards me which make me uncomfortable. None of the front office greet or smile at me until Mr Arun the Duty Manager was there and assisted me. I’m glad he was there to assist me. Staff needed more professional training and don’t judge all your guest. Respect is utmost for every guest. He do listened to my request and assisted well. Thank you for that. Some hours later we requested extra bed which cost around RM100 plus and the front office staff called to ask for payment and I told them can I pay during my check out and she answered no because no deposit collected during my check in. I wonder why this happened. Because while I waited for my room key I do check with Mr Arun shall I pay the deposit with having cash with me he politely say no need deposit. So it was instructed by manager itself and why the front office still mentioned to me ? Like I will run away from paying? That’s was awful. When I told her can pay during my breakfast time she agreed and I made the payment on the next morning. For room part the bed, pillow and bathroom needed major maintenance. Hope the management team will take further action on this. I often encountered clogged sink and clogged bathtub. Although upon sending technician the issue still the same. It’s really unpleasant when we can’t enjoy the bathtub. We had buffet dinner and the F&B team was very polite and respectful to all of us. Keep the good vibes.. We do enjoyed some discount on our bill from Hilton Membership. The housekeeping team also very well deserved some credit. They do assisted us well when we need their service. Thank you for that. Breakfast was good but still can have more option since Hiton is 5 ⭐️ rank.. I was expecting more from them.. Buffet dinner also good , still can improved. They more to promoting local food then having international menu. During my stay Ms Susan from Hilton Reservations Team/Customer Service I wasn’t sure she from which department she do texted me while I staying at hotel to check everything was okay and I do reply to her too do have some issues to highlight and without hesitate she informed to relevant department and the front office staff contacted to my room to find out what was wrong. I appreciated her instant response about guest concerns. Thank you for your action. During check out Ms Lynn Duty Manager came out and spoke to us about our experience willing to listened to our feedback. And I have shared all my experiences and feedback to her as per my google review. Thank you for listening to us. Overall it’s wasn’t a pleasant experience and stay. But we will consider coming back since Hilton do care about their guest and I can see the action taken from people like Ms Susan and Ms Lynn and Mr Arun. Thank you for that. 2.5/5⭐️

Extended my stay. Reasonably priced hotel and on the whole, it is a good place to be. Location was very good in terms of getting to food outlets. There are so much food choices nearby! But the location is so ideal by public transportation to and from other parts of KL. Its location is a 3-4 depending on what you are looking for. Hotel was generally clean, water was refillable and appliances such as the heater, aircon, hairdryer were working except for the safe. There was no swimming pool or gym, I suppose that is expected at the price point. But the TV offerings was above expectations with some football. The toilet tiles could do with a scrubbing. Would stay there again if in the area.

Convenient location as it is linked to Subway Pyramid shopping mall, restaurants and shops are just a stone throw away. Love the bright hallways and room. However it would be great if the hotel provides ev charging point, currently it’s only available in the preferred parking section in the mall, extra fee needed to top up according to parking time on top of the daily parking fee.
