Friendly hotel staff nearby folkart I came to do business and it was close. I expected the interior of the room to be more luxurious for the price I paid. I paid almost 200 euros for 1 room, so I expected a nice room, but I did not get this and the smell coming from outside is cat food smells very bad. They had put me on a low floor, unfortunately not a high one. so the price/quality ratio is poor, I wouldn't pay more than €90 for this room but unfortunately I paid almost €200 for this room. unfortunately i didn’t take pictures of the room because i were busy with business otherwise i would add pictures of the room that i paid too much for it’s defo not worth €200.
My brother and I stayed here for 4 days. The location is within walking distance to the bus station and right next to the Çeşme Castle, the location is central and very close to the minibuses that go to the beaches.
The rooms were small but clean, air conditioning is an advantage. The towels were changed every day. The breakfast is quite good. There are fresh products. It has 2 separate terraces, the view is magnificent. There are hangers on the upper floor terrace where you can hang your clothes after coming from the beach.
I stayed at a different place in Çeşme last year, this was the first time we stayed here, but it was much more advantageous in terms of price, location and breakfast. We are thinking of choosing this place again next year. Thanks to the hotel owners.
I recently stayed at Emens hotel in Izmir and was genuinely impressed. The service was outstanding — every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and welcoming.
It’s rare to find a place where the staff make such a big difference to the experience — and they certainly did here.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Izmir. I’ll definitely be coming back!
My wife and I stayed for one night. Check-in was very quick. They gave us excellent directions to our room. Our room had a sea view, and the hotel truly offers a magnificent view. It was genuinely a non-smoking room, which was important to us as neither my wife nor I smoke. We had messaged them after booking, and they arranged it accordingly. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and was served with a sea view. We were very pleased with how friendly all the hotel staff we encountered were. The location is incredibly beautiful. If we ever find ourselves in Izmir again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel.
I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service quality was outstanding from the moment I arrived until check-out.
The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The amenities were great and everything exceeded my expectations.
I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.
The breakfast is delicious. Most importantly, if there's no parking space on the road in front of the hotel, they'll pick up and deliver my car for me. They park it somewhere else and walk back, and then on checkout, they bring the car back to me. They are very kind.
I had the most comfortable stay during my trip to Turkey at this hotel. It is conveniently located within a commercial complex, right next to a modern, large shopping mall. The mall’s basement houses a food court with a variety of delicious options. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from metro and tram stations, providing direct access to the city center. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast was absolutely delightful. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!
With a stay at The Pilgrim Ephesus Hotel, you'll be centrally located in Selçuk, a 4-minute drive from Ephesus Ruins and 7 minutes from Ancient Theatre of Ephesus. This hotel is 14.5 mi (23.4 km) from Ladies Beach and 5.4 mi (8.8 km) from Pamucak Beach.
Make use of convenient amenities, which include complimentary wireless internet access and concierge services.
Enjoy a meal at the restaurant or snacks in the hotel's coffee shop/cafe. Wrap up your day with a drink at the bar/lounge. Local cuisine breakfasts are available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM for a fee.
The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
Make yourself at home in one of the 7 air-conditioned guestrooms. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include desks and complimentary bottled water, and housekeeping is provided on request.
This is the worst experience I have ever had when booking a hotel online. On the first day, I arrived at the hotel alone. The pretty lady at the hotel counter explained to me that coffee, tea, and water were all free, and everything else had to be paid. Also emphasized that the room is a non-smoking room. I was also asked to sign a document. It's a coincidence that it was very cold on this day, for me as a person from Taiwan. I don't know if I don't know it, and I'll be shocked if I stay there. Originally, I chose the most expensive room mainly because I thought the room was big enough, so it should have better sound insulation. I didn’t expect this weird room to be really weird. The kettle was filled with white scale. I tried to clean it at first, but later I found that it couldn't be cleaned at all, and it was all covered with white powder. I said I wanted to get a new one. I still had to wait until the next morning to go to the counter and ask for it to be replaced. What's even more exaggerated is that the air conditioner is placed in the kitchen. Then imagine that you can transmit the air conditioning from the kitchen to your master bedroom through the living room. As you can imagine, it's simply impossible. And the hotel staff didn't think this was a problem.
So in order to prevent myself from freezing to death, I took a Youyou card and inserted it in my room. I didn’t even dare to get up when I went out, for fear that the temperature in the room would drop. The next day, my boyfriend arrived. I asked him to go to the counter and get me two bottles of water. A boy's waiter told him 60 Turkish dollars, and the next day I thought to myself that I would find the waitress and she would return it. The result is really a pipe dream. After explaining a lot, I can give you a few bottles of water if you want. As long as the money goes into their pockets, they can never take it out. The sound insulation of the room is also extremely poor. Anyway, you can complain about everything you can think of.
The most important thing that made me furious was leaving for the day. He said to make sure we had snacks. Since I'm not in the habit of eating snacks in restaurants, I thought there shouldn't be any, but then he said yes, so I was sure my boyfriend had some. Told me a bunch of stuff. I heard chocolate,,,, and two bottles of water. I asked him if water doesn’t cost money? He said the two bottles in the refrigerator were charged. I really don’t think that’s how business works. He said he wanted 190 Turkish dollars. I directly gave him 200 yuan, and he pretended that there was no change for ten yuan at the counter. I asked him to keep it because the driver outside was waiting for us to go to the airport.
Really, really, really don’t book this room. Because once you order, you are guaranteed to regret it.
The scenery and people in Türkiye are really great. But the service quality of this hotel really deducted points for Türkiye. It's simply embarrassing.

CClaire MOne of the best - if not THE best - hotel experience/s we ever had!!! ❤️
This small and cute hotel is something like a jewel! The one staff we met was adorable and so kind and caring that we felt right at home and even felt sorry that after only one night we had to leave for our next spot to visit! The hotel is gorgeous, the service impeccable, the breakfast!!! OMG!!! Just look at the pictures and you'll know what I mean! The breakfast was a piece of art made with love 💕
But, originally, the hotel is called Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery, because all the sculptures you can see on the pictures were made by the owner - it vibes so well with the whole Ephesus area and it's beautiful ancient buildings, ruins, ...
We got a nice upgrade to a bigger room that we could directly leave through a door to the inner courtyard where breakfast was served - super convenient! The courtyard was so peaceful that we felt like hearing ancient whispers coming from all around us... So much history!!! So much to see and having this wonderful hotel as the base to discover from was the best choice we could make! No need to mention that the room was simple but very nice and clean, comfy and big bed, nice lighting, spacey bathroom with very modern standard. Aircon as well, but we preferred to use the big fan on the ceiling instead ... There was a little fridge in the room and the beverages inside were free to take, so we were happy about the water after a hot and sunny day ... ☀️ Also, whenever we were on the way in or out, we were offered coffee, tea, water, juice, fruits ... you can see the fruit plate that we happily enjoyed as a mid-day snack ...
If you ever visit Selçuk and Ephesus Ancient Town - and you should because it's ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - you should definitely book one, or even better two or three days at Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery!!!
Btw, it's also in easily walkable distance to the Ephesus Archeological Museum, the İsa Bey Mosque, St. Jean Church, the Ayasuluk Citadel, ...
Another great plus was the fact that we could park the car right in front of the hotel.
Last but not least, we received a beautiful little gift from the hotel employee who was taking care of us so kindly - she had sculptured the little elephant that you can see on the last picture by herself! A very special gift for us! 🎁 ❤️
MMadjid MogharyLocation is very good . 100 meters to Basmane metro station. Staff where polite and helpful . Room was good in compare with the price . The only negative thing was breakfast . Breakfast was very poor . They had only tea . Not coffee . Not milk .
GGuest UserLocation: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards.
Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly.
Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great.
Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.
GGuest UserComfortable accommodations, but serious concerns about guest relations. During checkout, we were called repeatedly (10+ times within 20 minutes, from 12:00 to 12:20) even after confirming multiple times we were heading down. When we complained, staff responded defensively and continued escalating rather than resolving the issue or accepting our feedback. While one female staff member was pleasant, two male staff members were unprofessional and disruptive throughout the situation.
RReza_AzadiPositive Points:
1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı.
2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel.
3. Free breakfast is provided.
4. The hotel is clean.
5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing.
Negative Points:
1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited.
2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests.
3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons.
4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool.
5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked.
6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests.
all in all I will choose it again.

GGuest UserWe had the deluxe room, the room was luxurious, except for the smart tv which was not a deal breaker because we were there to enjoy the nearby historical attractions and the city itself. It’s walking distance to the downtown Selçuk where you can find various restaurants and cafes. The included breakfast buffet was great. The staff were nice and easygoing. There were two problems: the room’s entrance was not lit properly and the toilet flush was faulty. But they came when we reported the problem and fixed it. Its a family owned business, and although it is very difficult to find a hotel in this price range with an off street parking space, they still guide you to the street next to the hotel that the staff watches 24/7 and you park your car there.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend you to stay here.
GGuest UserHas a lovely stay, the staff are very friendly and the pool area is beautiful. We had a nice meal in the restaurant also. Would recommend to others.
杞杞人途聞The hotel, which we booked on the spot, was more like a guesthouse, but it was better than expected. The two rooms we booked were very clean, though not very spacious. The decor was warm and elegant, and the kitten was adorable and affectionate. Located in the old town, it wasn't far from the attractions. Parking was available near the guesthouse, and we were lucky enough to find a spot when we arrived in the evening. The guesthouse had its own restaurant; the prices were similar to other restaurants, but the food was better. Dinner in the garden was very atmospheric. I would have deducted one point for the service, as we booked a triple room (actually a quadruple room), but they only provided a double room because they were full. Everyone knows that different room types have different prices, and this was a bit annoying, but I believe the owner didn't mean it that way.
GGuest UserVery nice hotel, authentic, clean. It is located in a quiet part of the town. There are ancient ruins within a couple of minutes' walk. Across the street (5 minutes walk) — noise, cafes and shops. The hosts were very hospitable. The breakfasts are plentiful and hearty. There are a couple of parking spaces near the hotel. The room is large and cozy, there are two large and comfortable beds, the air conditioners worked perfectly and saved us in the heat of 42 degrees Celsius. The bathroom is clean, there were no problems with hot water. Wi-Fi is very slow.
