"The breakfast is suffering, too small for the hotel size, and they could have already resolved this, given the hotel age. In addition, only two staff members did not realize the full service of table cleaning, replacement of tools and the items offered in the buffet. We understand that the hotel price is economic, but it is not for that reason an advance authorisation for this type of disorganization.Suggestion: reduce buffet options, but ensure that no shortage of minimum, such as hot coffee and salt bread."

I was on business trip to Belo Horizonte and my customer recommended this Hotel Mercure Belo Horizonte Vila da Serra. The hotel room is nice and comfortable. The staff are all friendly. The breakfast is reasonably good. Would strongly recommend business travellers to consider this hotel if destination is not very far away from this hotel.

Guest UserThe hotel is very well located. I found the service from some of the staff to be a little cold. I didn't understand the fees being charged at check-in, but I was late for an appointment and it was precisely at that time that I found the employee unwilling to explain the fees.
Furthermore, the hotel is very good, the breakfast is excellent and most of the staff are courteous and attentive.
Parking is charged separately.
I recommend the hotel and would stay/stay there again on other occasions.

JoeBurgVery good quality hotel! Staff were professional, friendly and helpful.
The food at the restaurant is probably the best food in Lagoa Santa.
Location is right next to the lake, beautiful views.
The only issues we had: the sheets were not fitted, so you wake up sleeping on the mattress sometimes.
The bikes are easy to hire from the hotel too! 🚴

Max Savassi is a great place to stay and I would really recommend it for anyone looking to stay in a popular neighborhood in Beaga. To me, the breakfast is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are nice as well, although there are few minor details here and there that I think could be improved to make the room that I had feel more luxurious / premium.

DrumondI went there on Valentine's Day and found that the whole hotel is in order, especially on such anniversaries. Very cost-effective and worth it! The rich and varied breakfast makes the daily price more valuable. The room is also very nice. I just missed a heated swimming pool because the pool area is cool, but it is impossible to get in, it's too cold! For BH hotels, heating will be a big difference.

Aysel_fI liked this hotel generally. It was quite good hotel with amazing breakfast. Location was also good. Near by was a drugstore, supermarket, a little shopping mall and good restaurants.

The location is exactly near the lake, the hostel's little balcony is beautiful, they have a pool in the backyard too, chairs and terrace where they serve breakfast in a buffet style. The staff are friendly and helpful.

A pleasant hotel, good location, clean and spacious room, comfortable mto bed.
We are generally satisfied with the hotel's breakfast, but only one point to improve is the breakfast, which is simple and restricted by the hotel's door and structure.

I enjoyed the hotel, location cleaning and service, Nelson from the very sympathetic reception. Breakfast well varied but medium, fantastic omelet. Only the q bathroom left to desire, ralo n of the account, even switching little, makes a rsrs well.
