YYeva_shineExcellent hotel and location, but disappointing check-in experience.
The hotel itself is beautiful, very comfortable and perfectly located. The facilities are excellent, the room was lovely, and overall the property definitely lives up to the InterContinental standard.
Unfortunately, my impression was affected by the check-in experience. Check-in only starts at 3 PM, yet there was a very long queue and the process was surprisingly slow. After travelling, having to spend so much time waiting just to receive the room key was frustrating and not what I would expect from a five-star hotel of this level.
Apart from this, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return — I just hope the arrival experience can be better organized in the future

KKylieLukWonderful location, just few mins walk from old town. Hotel is neat and clean. Although have a tiny problem of the bathroom, staff are super helpful and offer instant solution and arrangement without any delay. A pleasant stay in this hotel!

HhuzimiximamaExcellent service and a fantastic breakfast. The hotel is well-located, within walking distance of the Royal Route, and a stroll around the area gives you a sense of the vibrant energy of young people and the middle class.
It's great to have a gym, though I'd suggest adding a rowing machine.
Our room wasn't facing the main street, but there was still some noise at night; however, it wasn't enough to significantly disrupt our sleep.
All the staff were enthusiastic and professional. Thank you for making our Warsaw experience even better!
Overall, a highly recommended hotel.

JJu&LinThe stay was nice overall. The staff tried their best to accommodate our requests, and the housekeepers were friendly despite having some difficulty communicating in English.
However, there are some points that disappointed us:
- There was bottled water labeled ”still water” in the room, but it was in fact sparkling. We had to call the front desk every day to get actual still water.
-The kettle wasn’t working and actually gave my partner an electric shock. It could have ended very badly.
-The shower water was either boiling hot or ice cold; there was no in-between, so we couldn’t enjoy a relaxing shower.
- I know that the hotel values sustainability; however, I accidentally spilled some ketchup on the bed. I placed the card stating ”if you want the bedding changed, put this note on the bed,” but to my surprise, the sheets were not changed after housekeeping, and the stain was still there.
- The heater/AC was VERY LOUD
- And our biggest deception was the fact that the pool was closed and we didn’t get notified at all about it, we chose this hotel over another one because we wanted to try it.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was good, and the service was nice. However, the bathtub was broken, and it took the hotel engineer a while to fix it. My room wasn't cleaned until 3 PM; it still hadn't been cleaned when I came back. Doesn't cleaning usually get done before 2 PM?
It's very close to the park, so you can spend a long time exploring and interacting with the animals.

DDayanpipikadenanrenThis hotel is super convenient, right outside the terminal and across the road – so easy to find! The room was spacious, and I was really happy with how comfortable the mattress and pillows were. Plenty of hot water too, which made for a really satisfying shower.
The hotel breakfast was delicious with a great variety of drinks, and the service was excellent!
I even planned an extra day during my Warsaw layover just to explore this city, rebuilt from its ruins.

XXiaojia guThe hotel isn't far from the airport, a taxi ride costs about 30 PLN (approx. €7). They don't offer airport pick-up, but there's a free drop-off service (just inform the front desk in advance, and a taxi will be waiting outside the next day; just tell them your room number when you get in).
Remember to bring your own toiletries and slippers (none are provided in the room, though you can probably get them from the front desk if you ask). Also, bring a travel adapter. There's no bottled water in the room, but you can ask the front desk for some – be specific about what you want, otherwise, they might give you sparkling water (perhaps that's what locals drink more often).
The breakfast selection is plentiful, with lots of dairy products, and you can even make your own fresh juice. The in-room facilities are decent and meet expectations. Recommended! 👍

GGuest UserThe front desk staff were professional and friendly, and you can store your luggage for free (both early check-in and after check-out). We stayed on the 36th floor, which offered great views. The hotel's location right next to the central station is incredibly convenient for transportation. We were a party of two but were given two double beds, which made for a very comfortable sleep. There's a mini-bar in the room that costs extra (they pre-authorize 200 PLN at check-in, which is refunded if unused). If we ever visit Warsaw again, this will definitely be our top choice. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserA successful stay – however, it's very clear that time has taken its toll on this hotel. Additionally, the young recruits in hotel service (especially the foreign ones) are not on the same level as the 'old' generation. The old guard brings experience, calmness, and intuition, which the young recruits still need to learn through trial and error – I hope.
