"My stay at Atlantis Sanya was a perfect and healing vacation experience, exceeding all expectations. Both the facilities and the attentive service were incredibly delightful, making it an absolute pinnacle for family holidays in Sanya! The Imperial Ocean View Room we stayed in offered breathtaking views, with the blue sea and sky stretching as far as the eye could see. The room was full of thoughtful touches; the complimentary mini-bar drinks and snacks were refilled daily and unlimited, and the fresh, exquisite welcome fruits were both thoughtful and refreshing. These details truly showcased high-end quality, making for a very comfortable stay. Coinciding with the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel thoughtfully organized fun lantern riddle activities. The atmosphere was rich, and solving riddles allowed us to win many adorable marine animal plush toy prizes. The children had a blast, immersing themselves in the joy of the festival. The hotel's buffet breakfast offered an incredibly wide variety, with both Chinese and Western dishes available. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was superb! I must especially praise the Vietnamese beef pho – its rich and flavorful broth, smooth rice noodles, and ample, authentic ingredients made it a must-have every morning, truly a signature breakfast item. A special thanks to our dedicated butler, Patrick (派大星), whose service was meticulous and responsive to every request. He proactively followed up on our needs throughout our stay, responding promptly with patience and thoughtfulness. Countless warm details made the entire trip exceptionally hassle-free and comfortable. He is the best butler I've encountered in all my years of staying at hotels, truly meeting international first-class standards. (And he's quite handsome too!) The most commendable aspect was the Atlantis Sanya Waterpark's Fast Pass, which offered incredible value for money! Unlike Disney's single-entry limitations, here all attractions could be enjoyed unlimited times on the same day, eliminating the need for repeated queuing. This allowed us to freely explore various water activities, maximizing our freedom of play, and ensuring both adults and children had a fantastic time. Overall, the experience was impeccable. The stunning sea views, thoughtful hospitality, abundant dining, perfect service, and high-value entertainment experience – every detail was amazing! The perfect Atlantis Sanya delivered an unparalleled ultimate vacation experience. Next time I visit Sanya, I'll bring the whole family, old and young, to create more beautiful memories!"

"I've been to Sanya at least once a year for the past 6 years, and I've definitely had some less-than-ideal experiences. This was my first time bringing my child, and honestly, I didn't have high hopes for the hotel initially. However, as soon as I opened the room door, all my worries disappeared. The sea view was spectacular and endless, offering a clear sight of boats going out and returning. Downstairs, there are two swimming pools, and my little one absolutely loved playing in the infinity pool. The breakfast selection was excellent. Our butler, BOBO, provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service, promptly and cheerfully assisting with directions to the beach and arranging a late check-out. Plus, there are plenty of dining options conveniently located nearby."

"Our moon-gazing flight didn't arrive until after 2 AM, but the hotel proactively offered us a free upgrade to a family room. The family room was huge and super clean, with a large and a small bed, plus a big bathtub. Even though it was late, my little one couldn't resist taking a bath before bed, which really helped us unwind after a long day. The best part was the zoned air conditioning, which was perfect for kids. The warm service from the front desk made us feel right at home! ❤️❤️❤️"

"Staying at this hotel felt like incredible value for money. The check-in process was fantastic, and the front desk staff, Robert, deserves a big thumbs up. He patiently introduced us to the surrounding shopping malls and attractions, as well as the operating hours for the hotel pool, gym, and restaurant. The room was clean and hygienic, and the bedding was especially comfortable for sleeping. The balcony features a huge bathtub, though unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use it due to the weather. Check-out was handled very efficiently by the staff, and they even gave us a small gift upon departure."

"Opened in 2005, the Swissôtel, despite being an older hotel, remains perfectly functional. The facilities are complete, and it's clean and tidy. The location is fantastic, just a 3-5 minute walk from the beach. The beach offers towel service and pre-booked sun loungers 🏖️. The Forest Park is nearby, and there are many night markets in the vicinity, including Bohou Night Market a few kilometers away, and an outlet mall. It's highly recommended for those who prioritize value for money and convenience! The staff are also very warm and attentive. If you need any assistance during your stay, a staff member is always available by phone and problems are resolved very quickly. Check-out is also fast; it takes less than three minutes to complete the formalities, and you can even store your luggage 🧳 after checking out. A perfect experience!"

"Out of 10, the hotel's hardware facilities are 8 points. They are a bit old, but the sheets are clean and tidy, and the towels are beautifully folded. Paid parking is eight points convenient. The geographical location is very good. Walk to the beach for swimming within 10 minutes. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area, and it is very convenient to eat in the surrounding streets. Hotel service 20 points. The boss and his wife are very nice people. They help to hang out clothes and look after the dog. I will stay here again next time I come back to Sanya."

"This hotel was originally just a one-night stopover, but the overall facilities, lounge, and room type turned out to be a pleasant surprise. In China, you probably won't find a JW Marriott at this price again. The hotel is located on a rocky beach in Dadonghai, without sand, but offering a different experience: mudflats foraging and swimming in the sea (there's a recessed, shallow area on the rocky beach in front of the hotel that's safer at low tide). The overall sea view isn't bad at all; one side offers a view of the curved Dadonghai beach, while the other faces the lighthouse. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, with a long family pool and a shallow children's pool. Armbands and full-body swimming life jackets are provided free of charge, and there are even cylindrical holders for shoes. There are numerous lifeguards, strategically placed so that every blind spot of one lifeguard is covered by another. This is completely different from the setup at other five-star hotels in Sanya, and the pool closes at 10 PM, which received unanimous praise from my family. The outdoor open-air children's playground is similar; for younger children, the playground staff will even follow behind to supervise, truly demonstrating JW's high standards. We booked an executive sea-view room in the East Wing, a room type that directly faces the sunrise over Rabbit Tail Ridge. Plus, it has a huge balcony, instantly eliminating any feeling of a small room. Since we only stayed for one day, we couldn't experience many of the dining options. However, seeing the hotel selling egg pancakes for 15 RMB and refreshing Qingshubiang for 20 RMB, I immediately felt that the prices were accessible to the general public. The executive lounge's food could only be described as average Marriott quality (I suspect this might be due to the hotel's price point), but it's one of the few resort hotels that even has an executive lounge. The breakfast experience was excellent, with stewed soups, JW noodles, numerous egg preparations, fermented grain vinegar, sour noodles, Hou'an noodles, and various fresh juices. Among the three hotels we stayed at in Sanya, this was the lowest-priced hotel, yet it had the highest breakfast standards. The service was excellent overall. Whether it was the lounge attendant helping us with a last-minute room change (and getting us a room with a large balcony), or the front desk staff running out to find the mini-train because my child wanted to ride it when it was almost closing time, or the proactive luggage service and reminders from our butler Una, it all truly met the high standards of a luxury five-star hotel! Some suggestions: 1. The open space on the large balcony could really benefit from some decorations and lounge chairs; I think it would enhance the resort feel. 2. Stronger signage is needed from the East Wing to the West Wing breakfast area. It's quite hard to find since you have to take an elevator. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Aside from the lack of a sandy beach, this is a high-standard, high-value-for-money resort hotel!"

"We had a fantastic stay at this villa. The interior is spacious, open, and impeccably clean. The private infinity pool offers stunning views and is incredibly photogenic, creating the ultimate vacation vibe. The resort provides a shuttle service, making getting around completely hassle-free. The hotel is in a prime location, very convenient for visiting the nearby night market—we especially recommend the local Zhaopo vinegar hot pot. Coming back to the villa after a night of eating and exploring was so relaxing. Service requests were handled promptly. Overall, it's a great place for a vacation and unwinding. Highly recommended!"
