GGuest UserIt was a good location, nice and clean, with a balcony, nice staff and they upgraded my room, so the bathroom was in our room, which was good. The only thing is that there wasn't any events, even though they were advertised.

GGuest UserMy overall stay at this hotel in Lisbon was excellent. The room was spacious and newly renovated, and the front desk staff provided exceptionally high-quality service. A major bonus was the unlimited complimentary bottled water available upon request, which is a rare find in Europe where most hotels only offer one free bottle. Another highlight was being able to watch the light show directly from my room every evening. Although the hotel isn't in the absolute city center, it's conveniently located right next to bus and metro stations, making getting around incredibly easy.
The only minor drawback was that the room cleaning wasn't always as thorough as it could be. Occasionally, there were lingering stains or residue on towels, cutlery, or bed linen. I'd recommend checking these items upon arrival and simply calling the front desk for replacements if needed. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and I'd highly recommend this hotel; its service quality is top-notch in Lisbon.

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful, and the amenities were great. We really had a good time. But I have to be honest about a few things that were negative.
We booked a room called the lovers room which was ~600 euros per night and the photos advertised were showing a room that was not the one we got. The room we got was still amazing, with many amenities, spaceous, great design, but it was not what was advertised. We even hired a photographer because it was our 1 year anniversary assuming we would get the room advertised which was two floors and had great views. We also called to mention that it was our anniversary the day before and the only thing they could offer was a wine bottle or a cake which is ok, but the service didn't make anything special about it. I think they have to be trained better for these things, because at the dinner, they sat us in a pretty bad table and we had to ask to be changed to a better one, but they should know this since I called in to tell them it was our anniversary. The dinner was also very slow. We sat for 1 hour with only bread. And the food was ok, not bad, not great, we paid 200 euros for an ok meal. And we had to wait hours because they were under staffed. One lady was serving near 10 tables. It was not a good experience. Finally, a boutique hotel that opens the sauna at 11am feels not well thought of. I think they have to figure out how to make the recovery amenities open from very early around 6/7am to very late around 10/11pm to accommodate for all guests. The final thing was that there was no butler and guests are expected to carry bags from the the parking to the lobby. I think they need to hire a butler at the entrance. Thats basically my feedback for this hotel given the price which is what you pay per night at the best 5 star hotels. Apart from that, again, the service was kind and helpful, the hotel design is beautiful and the location is insanely gorgeous. The rooms are also very well done.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious. Clean and has good amenities. It smelled bad inside the elevator all the time. The lobby isn't very present with dirty floors. Breakfast was average. The location was good for me, but a few metro stops away from the touristy spots. But it's a safe location w plenty of other hotel chains, office buildings and restaurants.

GGuest UserWe were originally scheduled to fly home on the same morning as our son, but on different flights. Around 5 AM that day, we found out our son's flight was canceled, while ours was still on schedule, leaving us with very little time. Our son wanted to stay an extra day at this hotel to use their gym (we had stayed there for a night two days prior). In my haste to book, I accidentally put my husband's name instead of my son's as the guest. We quickly checked on it after our flight landed, and thankfully, our son successfully checked in. So grateful! 😊 The Uber ride from the hotel to the airport was only CAD$6.

GGuest UserBreakfast was great with a wide selection. The beds were good too. In the bathroom, there was only a shower in the bathtub… The spa area, including the sauna and steam bath, really needs an upgrade; both are extremely small and old. The rooftop pool could be used if it weren't so windy.

GGuest UserExcellent location and amazing sauna!I highly recommend this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient. It is right next to a commercial center with lots of food options, and the nearby restaurants serve high-quality food. The area is also very safe. Plus, there is a bus stop and a subway station right in front of the hotel, making it super easy to travel around.My absolute favorite part was the 24-hour sauna. It features floor-to-ceiling windows with a beautiful view. It was so relaxing to enjoy the view and melt away my fatigue after a long day of sightseeing.The room was also great. The bed was huge—I thought it would be a standard double bed, but it turned out to be a spacious king-size bed! I had a wonderful stay.

AAnonymous UserThis is a great hotel right by the sea. It's within walking distance to the aquarium and very close to the airport. The breakfast was good. The room carpet was a bit dirty, and the shower was in the middle of the bathroom, which felt a bit unusual.
