We recently stayed at the HF Fénix Music Hotel in Lisbon and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent — centrally situated with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and popular attractions. It made getting around the city very convenient.
The hotel itself has a unique and vibrant music-themed design that adds a fun and modern vibe to the stay. Our room was clean, stylish, and well-maintained, with great attention to detail.
What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming.
Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend HF Fénix Music to anyone visiting Lisbon.

I would like to call it the king of cost-effectiveness. The room is huge, the service is very good, there is a swimming pool, the breakfast is also very good, and the parking is free. The only disadvantage is that it is far from the old town, about 10 kilometers away, which is suitable for self-driving tourists. The four of us parked the car at the hotel and called Uber to the city center for only 10 euros
Very good and nice hotel and friendly receptionist Ana.
Superb location as the mall opposite the hotel opens till midnight.
Awesome sky bar at level 16.
We booked the room with river view and it was a sight to behold.
Unfortunately it was foggy the morning we were checking out hence the foggy photo from the window.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, of good quality, the staff were nice and helpful. It was in a very good location as well in Lisbon with easy access to the city. There are a variety of food options for breakfast. There is a lot of amenities as well to use all in good condition including a gym, pool, etc. And I really enjoy the Lisbon light show @Lumen Hotel.
I was greeted by Ms. Lorena at the reception. She is very friendly and helpful, with a beautiful smile. She provided me with some good information on where to go and what to do. She is a great receptionist.

Traveling with my parents, we needed a triple room, which limited our choices, but we found this newly opened four-star hotel, part of a local chain.
**Facilities:** The room was exceptionally spacious, featuring a kitchen, living room, two TVs, a microwave, and a refrigerator. We could even cook our own meals, as they provided pots, pans, and even cleaning supplies. However, the TVs didn't support screen mirroring, and during our stay, one TV had persistent loading issues.
**Service:** It was a mixed bag. Some staff members were very friendly and welcoming, while others were quite indifferent and unresponsive. Upon checking in, we found broken glass in the bathroom, and the front desk promptly moved us to a different room.
**Location:** Excellent! There's a bus stop right downstairs, and nearby, you'll find ramen shops, BBQ restaurants, and an Auchan supermarket. It's also quite close to Liberty Avenue, and a metro station is just a 5-minute walk away.
Overall, it offers good value for money and is worth recommending.
It's all gone very well.
Very nice, the bed and super comfortable coats, the room was minimalist but well thought mt, the balcony right in front of the sea was really what caught, sleeping and waking up with the sound of the sea .... Great ...
The spa was very good, the outdoor pool also recommended.
The restaurant served a super complete and nutritive PA.
We had a lunch in the restaurant, food in certain quantities and tasty food, we had 5% discount for being guests.
Far above expectations, divine breakfast.
The hotel smelled nice and was comfortable throughout.
All the staff were very attentive.

AAnonymous UserI really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, of good quality, the staff were nice and helpful. SSalopian125The Masa Hotel and Spa is in an excellent location and easily reached by the metro station about 10 minutes walk away.
The room was exceptionally clean and the room had a mini bar, safe and was supplied with bath robes and disposable slippers. Also a litre bottle of water was a welcome addition.
In regards to the breakfast. The first morning was perfect and the selection was very good. However the second morning I went earlier and it is best described as a chaotic mess. There was a large party of travellers who all descended the dining room at the same time and there was simply too many in at the same time. Maybe somone should have staggered the amount allowed in at once and allowed people to get their breakfast choice in a relaxed fashion rather than it resembling feeding time at the zoo!
I stayed over the weekend the clocks went back and was reliably informed by reception staff that in Portugal the clocks went back on the Sunday night going into Monday which was proven to be completely inaccurate and could have caused problems for ongoing travel if they had been believed!
It must be mentioned that the major disadvantage of this hotel is that it lies directly under the flight path of Lisbon Airport and from early morning there are plane after plane coming very frequently into land. Even with the windows closed it's still very noticeable.
It's obviously not the hotels fault where it's situated, but if you want a peaceful stay then this hotel really isn't going to give you that.
The spa and swimming pool I can not comment on as never used. Neither did I use the dining room for an evening meal.
Despite the negative comments it is a lovely hotel simply spoiled by being under the flight path of the main airport.
GGuest UserThe service was good and there was free breakfast with coffee, cereal, toast and cake. However, the first room we were in was extremely noisy since we were on the second floor and we could hear everyone coming in the middle of the night from parties.
GGuest UserVery nice hotel!! We spent our vacation there 4 nights. Clean and good amenities, good for photos. Nice service with everyday room cleaning.Staff are mostly friendly. We received a little presents because of my boyfriend’s birthday. A little improvement is the room view it is blocked by wire. Would be better if they have the airport shuttle service as mentioned. The spa was the best part of this hotel 😆 We have been there twice and its free of charge! This hotel is a great deal in my point.
KkukIt’s such a lovey hotel to be staying at. Friendly staffs and can accommodate any requests we asked. As our departure to the airport was at 4:45am early in the morning, I requested to have some sandwiches and drinks to pick up before we left the hotel, instead, they had prepared a big box of food consisted of cheese and ham sandwich, apple, banana, juice and water for us. We heartfelt for what they have done to us. Indeed everyday, we have full breakfast delivered to our room n the food was decent. Also, one night there was a movie night by the pool side, and I found it amazingly care and trying their best to fulfill everyone’s needs. The hotel room is clean and very high standard. I will highly recommend people to stay in this hotel/ serviced apartment ( as it come with an open kitchen). And we happened to stay at their hotel on their 1st anniversary, and celebrated with us and with a delicious cake! 😜
JJaniceThe hotel is just a 5-7mins walk away from the metro, Marques de Pombal, making it extremely accessible. There are also nearby buses as an alternative transport. The station itself is also in a central spot of the metro network hence it’s convenient getting from one attraction to another.
The room itself is amazing too. Love the strong water pressure from the shower head, the drying rack with heater and of cos, the washing machine(!!!). The check-in and check-out were a breeze and housekeeping service for additional amenities were super prompt too.
Only con perhaps is the mattress that felt rather sunken in. Oh and do note that housekeeping service is only available for stays beyond 7 days.
GGuest UserBeautiful hotel close to Oriente station. Bad smell on the street, the public services should take more care about the area around and properly support this excellent 5* place. Easy check-in and out procedure. Nice view on the gulf from the windows and silent rooms for good sleeping. Kudos to the receptionist, Thiago, who was very welcoming and gave much support describing the map of the city
