The room is big, new, clean and unique! The view from the balcony is beautiful, with an unobstructed sea view, super beautiful! The sea breeze is very comfortable when you open the door. The beach is just across the street downstairs. Next time I come to Yapo Cape, I will book this room again.

I decided to have a ”micro vacation” in Shenzhen on short notice. I chose this Santa Monica hotel that had been in my favorites for a long time. I didn't expect to meet the ideal life aesthetics around the corner✨ ▪️The room is a gentle cream wood style. I really like the unbeatable sea view on the balcony, very nice~ ▪️The butler service is considerate but not excessive. I received a seasonal fruit basket when I checked in. I contacted WeChat for a quick response if I needed anything. ▪️The first-floor terrace was unexpectedly photographed! The combination of white parasols + tropical green plants Order a cup of Americano and vacation in Chiang Mai~ It's more like an ideal friend's home than a hotel. There is no overly designed bustle. There is just the right amount of relaxation and freedom. It's a favorite that I want to hide secretly💛

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, truly oppose the boarder gateway and railway station with a connecting underground shopping mall and many good eateries. Free washing facility and detergents were provided. I was greeted by two very nice, courteous and helpful staff from Mr Ye and Ms Panda Chen. Mr Ye was very friendly to give tips and advice on where to go in Zhu Hai whereas Ms Panda was very attentive to my stay in the hotel. Kudos to both of them, they truly have made my stay a memorable one. Eventually, I extended for one more night stay in the hotel.

Xiao yu was very helpful, he helped carry our luggages to the room and explain everything in the room. Not only that for our checkout he makes everything very smoothly by letting him know we want to check out and help to carry all our luggages to the reception by himself👍🏻 and he even bring us to the hotel restaurant as we couldn’t find it. Very good service and we would be back to stay again. Thank you to Xiao yu and team for making our stay pleasant ✨

Our 2-day, 1-night stay in the Bubugao Family Room was a perfect holiday experience! The slide room was an instant hit with the kids! Adorable bunk beds featured a safety lock on the top bunk for extra security. Our child went absolutely wild playing for two hours the moment we stepped in! The bathroom was thoughtfully equipped with a children's vanity and parent-child bathrobes – the convenience and attention to detail were simply incredible. An Ultimate One-Stop Family Fun Destination! Just a 5-minute walk to the marine hot springs (boasting 108 pools, including a delightful kiddie duck pool), or hop on the free shuttle bus. The shuttle also provides direct access to Mystery Island Amusement Park (complete with thrilling roller coasters and an adorable petting zoo) – and your room card grants unlimited entry! Breakfast included freshly cooked seafood congee and fun cartoon buns. Even the cleaning staff were incredibly friendly, often bending down to chat and play with the little ones. The Effortless Family Getaway Formula! Floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views of a 2.7 km coastline, while the private hot tub on the balcony was perfect for evening soaks, watching the dazzling lights of Fisherman's Wharf. We even got to enjoy the entertainment facilities for the entire day after check-out, and the butler service was incredibly attentive. There was so much to do—hot springs, the amusement park, the beach—two days simply weren't enough! We finally achieved our dream of an effortlessly relaxing family vacation.

A wonderful place ! Definitely will come back to this area. Amazed by the view of the seaside. Friendly staff and manager, which assisted us in carrying luggage, constantly reminded us of the breakfast and nighttime dessert. They do offer to deliver the meals to the bedroom as well !! If you're looking for places where you can take nice photos and a romantic dinner, why not consider here ! ^^

From the moment I arrived, the helpful staff made the experience even better—they assisted with luggage and gave a detailed tour of the room, explaining all the smart features and how to use them. They also provided clear instructions on reserving the free 20-minute photography session, which was a great touch! The button-controlled smart room made adjusting the lighting, curtains, and temperature effortless. The bathtub with an ocean view was the highlight—soaking while listening to music from the built-in panel was pure relaxation. Plus, the ceiling projector turned the room into a private cinema, perfect for unwinding at night. Food was another plus! The stay included a delicious breakfast, a teatime snack, and an after-dinner dessert, all well-prepared and satisfying. Stayed here with my boyfriend for 1 night as we needed a relaxing getaway from Hong Kong. Booked the hotel very last minute (3 hours before we arrived) and it exceeded our expectations! We came during the week so the area itself was not busy (as i’ve read it can get on the weekends) so it was perfect for us to have some peace and quiet. The hotel is ON the beach and there are activities that can be done from there (kayaking, jet ski etc). There are cute little coffee shops/restaurants all within walking distance and in the evening there was entertainment on the beach including an open air cinema with beach chairs for guests. We booked a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony which was lovely in the evening. The room was very clean, the king size bed was huge and we were able to watch english movies via the projector! (Even travelling in the city at more well known hotels, we have had trouble watching english language tv/movies so this was a bonus for us) In the morning we asked for late check out (very last minute) and they let us stay for an additional hour. Also, breakfast was included but we missed the allocated time and they texted us via wechat to offer to bring up 2 plates AND coffee which they did not have to do but was so appreciated. Overall, we needed to relax and this hotel was perfect. We will definitely be returning again AND recommending to our friends.

all the staff were very friendly and helpful, made our stay pleasant and feels like home even some unexpected things happened they react quickly to them we would really wanna thank the photographer 六六, she got amazing photo taking skills the whole place is photo genic, perfect for a short getaway trip, because it gives a feeling that u went to Europe, we didn’t wanna leave at all we will definitely come back!!!

Our room was the Meili Suite, and it boasted stunning views and a generous amount of space! The suite was very tastefully designed. The in-room bathtub was a real highlight – it was large and came with disposable bath liners and bath salts, perfect for a completely relaxing soak. We also appreciated the XGIMI projector in the room, a huge plus for movie lovers like us. The bedroom and living area could be separated by a door, and the cleanliness was meticulous – absolutely spotless, full marks! We absolutely loved this guesthouse and have already recommended it to our friends for their next holiday!
