The hotel has a great location close to the wonderful beach, Dolphin Lagoon site, supermarket, small shops, and numerous cafes. Interesting facilities with indoor pool and jacuzzi, free parking, spacious rooms, when some with good enough equipped kitchen. I liked the staff's attention from the first minute I entered and great thanks to all of them. Even though the hotel is far from being brand new its maintenance is definitely on the proper level and I didn't have any reasons to complain at all. Eventually, I'm grateful to myself for making the right choice.

The room was great, although I didn't get a river view room; it faced the parking lot instead. But as soon as I entered, I saw the complimentary water, which was a nice touch. Just one minor thing: the wine glasses were particularly dirty, with many stains on them. This could use some improvement.

The room was quite spacious, but like most Australian hotels, it didn't offer any amenities. The location was fantastic, right in the city center, making it super convenient to walk to the shopping center and many restaurants! Parking was available at the adjacent Wilson's, which was pretty convenient. We got a daily pass from the front desk for $20, which is half the price of places like Pan Pacific. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it.

Picked this location for the nearby scenic visits (lake cave, mammoth cave, surfer point etc). Stayed in room 106 (2 bedrooms apartment),a block behind the reception block, the wifi signal kept dropping out. Feedbacks but without much help. Recommended that you’ve own huge datas. One of the rooms facing the mountain view is colder than the other, having heater in the living room doesnt help at all. Bed firmness is weak so sharing couple may not have the good rest. Comes with washer and dryer, great for longer stay.

Our favorite two nights out of nine in Western Australia were definitely at Monkey Mia! The hotel environment is fantastic. However, a crucial tip: avoid booking rooms with shared bathrooms. They're cramped and the soundproofing is terrible! The best way to experience Monkey Mia is by staying in a room with a scenic view. The hotel's restaurant is also excellent. We stayed for three days and two nights, and every meal we had there was satisfying. The dishes are clearly prepared with care; the seasoning and ingredient pairings were superb every time. Emus are everywhere around the hotel, and you can observe dolphins up close too.

I am writing this to warn other travelers about a major security and privacy failure we experienced at Duxton Hotel WA. Upon returning to our room at 8:55 PM, we were shocked to find our room door fully open and propped up with a wooden door wedge. Our room was located near the elevator, meaning our personal belongings and privacy were completely exposed to every passerby for nearly 5 hours (housekeeping finished at 4:30 PM). The most disappointing part was the management's response. They admitted the mistake but refused a refund, justifying it by saying ”CCTV showed no one entered” and ”nothing was stolen.” This logic is absurd. Security is about prevention, not just reporting after a crime occurs. Whether or not someone entered is a matter of LUCK, but leaving the door open was a total failure of their ”Duty of Care.” They offered a bottle of wine and breakfast, which we declined as it felt like a dismissive gesture for such a serious security issue. If you value your privacy and safety, think twice before staying here. A 5-star hotel should not have a 0-star security protocol.

A little hideaway in the Perth suburbs. It was a lovely stay with very friendly staff. The only let down was the bathroom, it wasn't an enjoyable shower first thing in the morning being scalded and then then chilled continuously. The mirror is so old that it's been cleaned so much that the reflective surface is getting rubbed off.

Cons: parking a bit limited, unsecure. Elevator is functional but a bit scary for my partner. A microwave or similar would have been nice? Or even just cutlery? In places, property is showing age but within reason. Noise through floors/walls from other guests, even closing doors a floor above is very audible let alone TV/etc Shower head needed descaling and was a bit erratic Pros: On beachfront, although our view was a bit obstructed. Dining next door has always been excellent, great food. Room was large, functional, and quite clean and pleasant. Bed was comfortable, pillows pleasant and linen clean. Check in and out was easy and simple. Overall, I'd stay here again and plan to book a room again in December. Our 2 nights here were great, and watching the water from our table having dinner in the rain was fantastic. If you're expecting a 5-star resort, you'll be dissapointed. If you want a clean, large, comfortable room, in a good location and easy access to good food (recommend the fish and chip shop 5 mins away), and just a pleasant beach front stay? Book here.

This hotel is located in the heart of Perth, right by the river, surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, shops, a shopping mall, and upscale apartments, making for a beautiful environment. It's also not far from Chinatown, about a 15-minute walk. The hotel rooms are well-equipped, and our room offered lovely views of the river and the surrounding area. Both the bedding and the toiletries, including bath towels, were excellent and generously replenished each day. We especially appreciated the unlimited bottled water, which was a huge plus for us as we drink a lot of water. The bathroom even had a spacious clothes rack, perfect for hanging several items. The service was good, and the room was always kept very clean. The only issue was that the shower area didn't have a door, so water tended to splash out easily.

TTisna IskPerfect location for us. Close to cafes/eateries, St. Mary Cathedral, quiet at night... Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would be much better if the lighting in the corridor is brighter, also in the room. We found it a bit too dark. We did not have any meals at the hotel. What I find disappointing about Marriott Bonvoy's hotels : internet. the message that it is insecure and the complicated process to get access have been quite annoying. I tried to book via Marriott Bonvoy's apps, but rate is significantly higher than OTA. Love Westin's architecture and surrounding (spacious walkway). Could be better with heated pool.

Amazing
GGuest UserA distinctive hotel with a minimalist aesthetic, one that strives to have personalized service but perhaps overstretches what it can accomplish. Very spacious rooms, almost too spacious given the design features, unless one plans to entertain, and limitations in practical design—the one small table in my room was nearly three meters from a power outlet, making it a burden to keep a computer charged. I had an oddly unhelpful exchange with the concierge before arrival (as if I didn’t know how to use Google) and little subsequent support. On the pro side, the room was spotless and truly refreshed twice a day, and the breakfast was quite generous, the quality excellent. Indeed the restaurants were the real highlight—the beetroot risotto was wonderfully rich and flavorful, sweetness tempered by a generous addition of parmigiana. Yet overall, I think if I return to Perth I will try the Ritz Carleton.

Ssophianeo89We had a wonderful experience at Mercure Bunbury Sanctuary Golf Resort. The place was clean and the customer service was great. The only thing that we were not satisfied was the low water pressure for shower at the bathroom. It took us some time to get a good shower.

GGuest UserThe check-in process was very simple, and the information provided to us covered everything that we needed to know. There was adequate room for us to park our SUV, and the surrounding area was nicely covered in suitable plants. While our chalet was adjacent to others, there was good privacy and sound isolation - we were never disturbed by any sounds of other people staying. Being adjacent to the beach, there was a pleasant background sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Beach access was available nearby. WiFi Internet access was included, and worked seamlessly. The chalet had a well-equiped kitchen, a full-sized fridge and good cooking facilities. When it was time to checkout, this process was equally simple. In summary, we enjoyed everything provided and found nothing lacking that we needed.

IIlia MA pleasant hotel with discreet service. The breakfast restaurant is excellent. However, the amenities in the rooms, especially the bathroom, are poorly designed: the showerhead is fixed to the wall, and there's no door to close the shower cabin.
