The hotel's location is quite close to the South Railway Station, about a 15-minute taxi ride away. The room is also relatively spacious and bright, over 30 square meters, and kept very clean. The front desk staff were really nice 😊. There's also a gym and a laundry room. Overall, it's pretty good!

A wonderful stay with exceptional service We had a very enjoyable stay at Crowne Plaza Xiamen Jimei Seaview. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed and very comfortable, with lovely sea views and excellent facilities. Our room was fantastic, and we were very grateful for the generous upgrade. The hotel also prepared a lovely anniversary surprise for us, which was a genuinely thoughtful touch. We particularly enjoyed the evening turndown service, something we do not encounter very often and which added a nice five-star touch to the stay. The dinner buffet was another highlight. We were impressed by both the quality and variety of the food. The 22nd-floor Executive Lounge also deserves a special mention. It is a beautiful space with wonderful views and a very relaxing atmosphere. We took quite a few photos because we enjoyed the setting so much, and it is definitely somewhere we would recommend other guests experience. Most importantly, we would like to specifically recognise Merry. She was exceptional throughout our stay — warm, professional, patient and genuinely attentive. From helping with our room arrangements to checking on us throughout the stay, we always felt that she sincerely cared about our experience. Service like this makes a significant difference and is one of the main things we will remember about this hotel. The only area that fell short for us was the Level 5 swimming pool and health club. During our stay, the pool was extremely crowded due to external swimming activities, which unfortunately made it difficult for us to use. This was particularly disappointing as the swimming pool, gym and sauna were among the reasons we specifically chose this hotel for a stay during several rainy days. However, after we shared our experience with the hotel, our feedback was received with genuine concern and handled extremely professionally. We appreciated that very much and hope management can improve this aspect, because the quality of the leisure facilities should match the otherwise excellent standard of the hotel. Overall, despite this one area for improvement, we leave with very positive memories of our stay. The modern rooms, sea views, excellent food, beautiful Executive Lounge and, above all, the outstanding hospitality we received made this a hotel we would happily consider returning to. Initially, I thought it was just an average hotel, nothing spectacular. However, the service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. Check-in was fast and efficient. When they heard we were tourists, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. After completing the check-in process, the front desk manager personally escorted us to the guest room elevators, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Upon entering the room, there was a plate of welcome fruit on the table. Taking a bite, it was sweet to the taste and warmed my heart. When I requested a few extra bottles of water, a robot promptly delivered them. Throughout the hallways, lobby, and restaurant, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. Before check-out, Ms. He at the front desk kindly asked if our stay was satisfactory and offered us several bottles of mineral water, suggesting we take them for our journey due to the hot weather. You could truly feel their genuine care. From check-in to check-out, I consistently experienced the warmth of the staff. Although I hadn't heard of this hotel before, after staying here, I genuinely felt that staying at a Junlan Hotel gives you a wonderful sense of home!

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

From the moment we booked the room, a dedicated butler group was created for us. They bought our round-trip ferry tickets, and upon disembarking, a butler was waiting at the pier to help with our luggage—we didn't have to carry anything ourselves. Our butler, Isak, was incredibly thoughtful. He not only planned a route to Gulangyu Island that avoided the crowds, but also went out to buy me medicine when he knew I wasn't feeling well. This friend-like care was so heartwarming. The room's details were impeccable: Aesop toiletries, a Wenxian turndown fragrance, a handwritten welcome note, a complimentary minibar, and even a different set of Gulangyu poems on gold-flecked paper by the bedside each day. The turndown service drew the curtains, lit the aromatherapy, and even prepared a meditation chair—truly taking ”natural healing” to the extreme.

Our family stay with the kids was fantastic! They even upgraded us for free, which was a nice surprise. The room was really spacious, and the bed was huge. Plus, the hotel thoughtfully provided children's amenities. There are supermarkets and snack stalls nearby, making it super convenient for getting around with little ones. The staff were also very friendly towards the kids. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and definitely our top choice for family travel!

The environment is beautiful, right next to the scenic area. You open the door to a stunning mountain view, which is both visually pleasing and calming for the soul. The facilities are complete, and the hygiene is spotless. The service is attentive, polite, and thoughtful. Next time I visit, I'll definitely choose this place again!

Her reception of guests was warm and thorough, and her demeanor was gentle and friendly. I had several questions that needed answering, and she didn't just brush them off; instead, she explained each one in detail and even proactively offered thoughtful reminders about various considerations. She handled tasks in an organized and swift manner, resolving issues without guests needing to constantly follow up. She treated every guest equally, maintaining a patient and kind service attitude at all times. Her service was both professional and empathetic. It's rare to find such an outstanding and thoughtful staff member; I truly felt her dedication. Highly recommended, full marks!

I chose InterContinental Hotels QUANZHOU by IHG for my trip to Quanzhou, as there weren't many good hotels near West Street. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride from West Street. The highlight is definitely the stunning views of the Jinjiang River and the Ferris wheel, especially the sparkling water during the day. I booked a river-view room. Room facilities: The room was quite spacious and the facilities were very new. They provided complimentary fruit, Mooncake lottery coupons, ice cream coupons, and drink coupons. Breakfast: On Mid-Autumn Festival, breakfast was served until 11 am. I recommend the Mianxian paste – it's a local specialty. Other options weren't very extensive, and the variety of snacks was limited. I would still choose to stay here again next time. Ms. Erin was particularly excellent! Thumbs up!

We received excellent service throughout our stay. Alex at the from desk was especially helpful and even gave us a complimentary upgrade to a spacious sea-view room in the middle section of the hotel. The room was very large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, within walking distance of Bashi Food Street and Zhongshan Road. We had some trouble purchasing ferry tickets to Gulangyu Island online, the hotel staff Jimmy kindly helped us purchase the tickets.
