The water in the sink does not drain properly and tends to get stuck in the basin, which can be very inconvenient.
Please note that you need to prepare your own essentials, such as towels, a toothbrush, toothpaste, flip-flops, and similar items...
Breakfast options are quite limited. Among them, the omelet was probably the best choice.
The hotel has a free airport transfer service and is very convenient. The room is large. The restaurant is very positive and the price is not expensive.
My sister and I stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk and concierge team, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay.
We had a room on the 18th floor, which offered a beautiful view of the ocean and the mosque—such a peaceful and scenic spot.
A special shoutout to Youssef from the concierge team, who truly went above and beyond. He was always checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay, offering great recommendations for places to eat, and helped us with booking a taxi on our last day. We’re so grateful for his kindness and helpfulness. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.
We will definitely be back again soon!
The shuttle bus service between the airport and the hotel is excellent, especially if you have an early morning or very late-night flight—it’s extremely convenient.
Restaurants are not very close to the hotel. You’ll need to walk at least around 10 minutes to find good food options.
To be honest, the room is not really worth the price. It is quite small, and the shower sprayer in the bathroom is fixed, which makes it less comfortable to use.
The room was very clean. Pretty spacious. Proper hot water running in the bathroom. Front desk staff was polite and helpful with queries. Hotel is walkable distance to old city and tourist attractions.
On the other hand, the listing should remove facilities that are not available like gym, free iron etc etc
Also, for the breakfast, for what you would be paying, it didn't look it worth what you would be paying for. . I did not go for it after having the chance to look at the breakfast spread.
This is my second time staying here. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast and dinner are plentiful, especially the bread 🍰! They provide a free 500ml bottle of water daily. It would be even better if they could provide two bottles and also offer free water with dinner; I would give it a full 5 stars! There's an APIA nearby where you can buy argan oil, and it's also very close to the beach and Hassan Mosque!
The room was beautiful and the pool very nice. The breakfast was good but we asked for an omelet 2 times and they gave us a very wet fried egg and after that a very wet scrambled egg, which we did not enjoy at all but the breakfast had enough other options so it was fine.
The room was clean but the bathroom shower floor could be a bit more clean. The room had a stove and quite a big fridge with a small freezer. There was a microwave and water cooker.
The location is good but the only downside is that you have to walk around a very long wall, even when there’s a short way to get from the hotel to the beach but you can not use it because it’s from a residence and you will get denied from going in. This is very annoying and time consuming. They should arrange something with the residence
It was very good.
The only thing I regret was that
I was able to enter the casino in my training suit and slippers on the first night, but I was unable to do so the next day due to the dress code. I was on a winter vacation and was resting at a resort... It's too bad. Next time, I'll bring a suit!!
The location is relatively in the new development area, and the breakfast is quite rich. The hotel front desk is not very professional and enthusiastic, which may be due to ethnic and religious differences. The room has a balcony, but opposite is a very * building, and there is no mood to sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery

Great location near the tram station close to restaurants and coffee shops a good money to value with a satisfying breakfast
The room was quite nice. My friend said it's the best hotel in the area. The breakfast was plentiful. There are also many restaurants nearby. I recommend Little Mamma near the hotel; their pizza is delicious.
The Hyatt was the perfect place to end my stay in Morocco. The staff and facilities were outstanding. Perfectly located to enable easy access attractions in Casablanca. Exactly what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.
This is a beautiful hotel and very luxurious : our goal was to relax and have a hammam and spa day with was perfect and we loved it. It wasted end of our 12 day trip across Morroco so we were tired and ordered room service twice . Attention to detail was on point , the hotel staff even gave us an anniversary cake because we mentionned it at check in. - the hotel situated steps from the beach so it’s nice for a stroll, but the beach is NOT IT. (It is NOT run buy the hotel) is very dirty and didn’t seem to be for tourist. There aren’t any good dining options that are walkable (their are fast-foods!) there is a mall too.

Impeccable service, especially from the server Abderrazak, who was remarkably kind and professional. He was very attentive to our needs throughout the meal. The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff friendly, and the food delicious. We had a great time with family, and we will be happy to come back. Thank you again for this wonderful experience!
Nice hotel, clean rooms, everything like on pictures. So welcoming. Also we made late check out from hotel, because had late flight. They let us stay till 18:00, for 75euro which is really so cool! Thank you. Also has online check in, it’s so comfortable))
