There is no staff at the reception. You can check-in with the staff by phone in English. If you can check in early, you can reserve paid parking at the hotel parking lot, but there may be a limited parking space. If you can go to the hotel, there is a free parking lot 11 minutes away. The room is clean, wide and quiet
Although the location is a bit remote, there is free parking, which is suitable for people who rent their own cars. The room was clean, but the heater was broken when we went there and it was a bit cold. You need to ask the front desk for a password when you park your car~
There were no slippers in the room. There was a gap in the room door. It was scary while sleeping because the door was constantly vibrating in the void. there is a locked door which connects next hotel room, all the sound from the next room came to me. but the facility was clean. It's an average place, not a very nice place in my opinion.
The hotel is near the airport and has connection to Brussels. The rooms are dark and that makes them appear not clean.
Entrance is at what I call back of the building and reception doubles as bar. Breakfast and dinner are available but I didn't try as €14 for breakfast is too much.
As long as price is low it is a good budget stay would not want to pay above €60 (another €5,50 per person is due at check in for local tourist tax) per night but below that level it is fine.
Zou hier volgende keer zeker weer verblijven.
The hotel has an elevator, but the soundproofing is not very good. It is close to the airport and train station. The room does not have air conditioning, but fortunately the weather was good and it was a bit cool at night, but with a fan it was acceptable.

GGermano Brasileiro PinheiroLocation is great, service is very good too. The hotel, despite being quite new, already shows signs of wear and tear. One of the lifts was not working during my stay and I found the soap container in the bathroom on the floor (it had fallen off the wall). A bit of attention to detail and this place will be unbeatable for a quick stop in Brussels. I'd book it again.
GGuest UserGood room, a decent selection of TV channels though not exhaustive.
Bathroom door closes out to form an extra barrier between the bedroom and the corridor.
Good food, mainly Italian, with a decent bar and sports channels on.
LLAW KIN KEI喜欢 · private parking place in front of hotel. The room is not small, it does not look modern but has everything for you to stay OK.
不喜欢 · I had the room towards the street, it was really loud due to the traffic. I couldn´t sleep well due to the vehicle noise. I tried to close the window and switch on air conditioner, but there is no remote controller and staff does not find a backup.

MMimi1990I spent 4 nights, the location of the hotel was great 2min walk from the train station and 17min to the tourist area.
The room was spacious and clean.
No slippers or shower cap , hand gel and shampoo were almost empty, no refill of paper towel. the water was provided only for the first day
The hotel accepts only payment with card
TTiensDoncThe lady that received us was very friendly.
We had the whole building to us, as we were the only customers (there are only a handful of Suites). This was pleasant.
They asked us at what time we wanted to have breakfast.
The room was very spacious and VERY clean.
Can only recommend !
