Atendimento de excelência, limpeza impecável, excelente localização e ótimos quartos. Gostaria de ressaltar meus elogios a funcionária ROSA, extremamente atenciosa, dedicada e organizada com a limpeza. Também o sub gerente Roberto (acho que esse é o nome) que nos recepcionou maravilhosamente bem no café da manhã. Com certeza voltaremos em breve! Casal Simone e Fernando Guimarães e Miguel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is good, the cleanliness was also okay, and the service was excellent. The food is nice and, overall, I had a good experience. However, what I didn't like was the elevator—it's quite old, very noisy, and doesn't have the technical specifications displayed, such as the date of the last inspection, which made me feel unsafe, especially since I was staying on the 12th floor. Apart from that, I really liked the service and other amenities of the hotel.

GGuest UserMy stay was for a couple. We arrived in the room and there was a blanket that was basically a single blanket and 2 very low pillows that looked like they could only fit one person. I called to ask for another pillow and they told me they didn't have any more. As a result, I didn't sleep very well.
The service was very good, the hotel was well located and clean. The only thing that left something to be desired was this detail.

GGuest UserA única coisa que tenho a reclamar foi que pela amanhã estava tocando musicas evangélicas no café da manhã, e a televisão estava desligada. Sugiro orientar aos colaboradores ou a quem de direito que não convém música ambiente ser de orientação religiosa, ou músicas agitadas, uma música clássica ou bossa nova, ou instrumental é muito mais coerente com a diversidade do ambiente (especialmente porque vocês recebem também estrangeiros). Já sobre a televisão, sugiro estar ligada no noticiário para que as pessoas possam se informar dos acontecimentos do dia que ainda não tiveram acesso. No mais, o café da amanhã é excelente, espero que mantenham sempre esse padrão, para mim o melhor de Linhares. Limpeza e conforto do quarto e o atendimento dos colaboradores também estão acima da média, só tenho elogios.
