3-Star Hotels in Ningxia, China

The bathroom had state of the art facilities. The room was comfortable and well designed. Having a translucent window worked well for me as the room was quiet. The front office and housekeeping staff were competent and polite. Location is superb. It's on the corner of the Gulou Pedestrian Mall and Xinhua Road. Only the tinu lobby is on the ground floor and the exact entry is not evident. Look for the overhead crossing, the escalators and the Sony shop. There are many places to eat: on the mall, off the mall and all the small lanes.

We stayed at Shenhua Hotel again after our trip to Zhongwei. We booked a triple room, which featured a master bedroom and a smaller second bedroom. The smaller room didn't have AC, but with the recent mild evenings, it wasn't an issue at all. The service here is also top-notch: the buffet breakfast on the second floor was plentiful, offering not just standard fare but also a noodle station and freshly ground coffee. What truly surprised us was the presence of a well-equipped laundry room (as pictured) – it felt like a branded hotel chain such as Huazhu or Home Inn, just without the prominent branding. While parking can be a bit limited, there's usually an attendant to help guide you. You can also request the hotel to reserve a spot beforehand. If all hotel parking is taken, there's street parking just 50 meters away, and the hotel will reimburse the fees. As for its prime location: it's just a hundred meters from Gulou Pedestrian Street, right in the Yuhuangge area. This means you're surrounded by fantastic local eateries (like Lao Mao Shou Zhua, Tongxin Chun, etc.), which we found to be more authentic and reliable than some of the 'internet-famous' spots nearby (though there are plenty of those too!). There's also a vibrant night market at the end of the street, where the Xinjiang kebabs are absolutely delicious, and you can find a great selection of other local Ningxia specialties. All in all, it's incredibly convenient. It will definitely be my first choice when I visit Ningxia again. It's the kind of place where you can save your budget for experiences like the Zhongwei desert, making it a true hidden gem. Oh, and they even provide a complimentary welcome fruit platter!

The hotel environment is in a good location, belonging to the prime location of the city center, the front desk lady is super gentle, go out at night next to the night market and snack street, there is a sweet-scented osmanthus fragrance next to the hotel, the noodles are very delicious, near the Drum Tower, very recommended

The hotel is conveniently located, quiet, and comfortable. It's just a 15-minute walk from Yinchuan Station, and there's a large shopping mall a short walk south. The front desk was very friendly and made us two cups of coffee while we were waiting to check in, which was a very warm gesture. The elevator requires a card to access the floors, which is very secure. The room was spacious, well-designed, clean, and tidy. The bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. It was a great stay. Thank you to the staff for their hard work!

Excellent! I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. The front desk upgraded me to a family room when they saw I had a child with me 😊 **Sleep:** ① What I really want to commend is the mattress. It's a Mlily, I specifically checked it out 😅. It's truly extremely comfortable to sleep on, not too soft. Many hotel beds give me back pain. The pillows are also very comfortable, made of memory foam – neither too hard nor too soft, just right. They even provided two types, which was a thoughtful touch. ② **Quietness:** Located next to a residential area and tucked away in a small alley, the location isn't super prominent, but it's incredibly quiet. There wasn't any noise all night, and I had a great sleep 😴. **Convenience:** ① It's situated at the junction of Jinfeng District and Xixia District, making it very convenient to get to various places in Yinchuan. It's right next to the high-speed train station, which is super handy – you can just pick up and go, reaching the station in a 5-minute drive; you can even take the high-speed train to the airport. ② There are plenty of dining options nearby, with a food street right next door offering all kinds of cuisine. ③ The owner recommended watching the sunset at Lanshan Park, which was fantastic! ④ It's not too far from places like Huaiyuan Night Market and Zhenbeibu Western Film Studio. I remember it's Zhenbeibu (bu), learned something new! **Service** was very welcoming, and breakfast until 10 AM is quite humane. The only minor drawback is that the breakfast quality could be improved. However, considering the price, it offers great value for money, and the hygiene is also very good. Definitely worth a thumbs up.

It's so worry-free to live here on business trips! The hotel lobby is simple and atmospheric, you don't have to wait for check-in, and the front desk also helped print the meeting information. The brightness of the room lighting is just suitable for processing work, the WiFi network speed is super fast, and the video conference is not stuck at all. There is a convenience store downstairs, very convenient, all necessary for business trips, must give full marks!

If the health is good or the hotel is very cost-effective, it is very close to the highway entrance and exit, quite suitable as a city for transit accommodation, the room is also very large.
