After a full refurbishment Quayside is being offered as a holiday cottage for the first time from the end of May 2021, it is ideally situated within a stones throw to the harbour, Golden Hind and local Restaurant’s.The property benefits from three bedrooms, master bedroom with sea glimpses, 2 king & 1 twin bedroom all with smart televisions, two en-suites, and a family bathroom, Open plan lounge diner, kitchen and enclosed level rear garden.Please note the top bedroom has a steeper than normal staircase and slightly narrower than modern standards and could be unsuitable for some young children or the elderly.Very few houses in the harbour area have their own parking but the fantastic location of the house more than makes up for the parking.
