This is my second stay here; I also stayed last year. The price is reasonable. The room with one large and one small bed was just right and didn't feel cramped, though it might be a bit small for two adults. It's super convenient, right outside Sakae Subway Station Exit 2. The hotel is new and clean! Right outside, there's a famous Nagoya chicken wing restaurant, and a tonkatsu restaurant is also very close by. Nagoya TV Tower is also nearby. All in all, the location is quite convenient. One minor point: I'm not sure why my room was always on the fourth or fifth floor. I wonder if this is common for Ctrip bookings, as I noticed other Korean tourists and guests from different countries were assigned higher floors.

A fantastic stay with a prime location! The hotel is conveniently close to the subway, making it easy to explore the city. Plenty of dining options nearby. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I appreciated the relaxing lounge area where I could rest before the official check-in at 3 PM. The Onsen is excellent, the breakfast is delightful, and the rooms are clean and spacious enough—not too cramped. A great choice for travelers!

1. Regarding the size, that's my fault. Maybe I don't even have a rough idea of what 11 square meters is, which makes it feel cramped and uncomfortable once I get in.
2. If the size is my fault, then how do you use the windows? Especially during the day, to let in light and air, you have to open the sliding windows. Once opened, the sunlight is incredibly glaring, and there's no shielding from the room. White gauze curtains are especially important to someone like me.
3. How do you cover yourself with such a thick blanket in such a hot summer? I know some people will say, ”Just turn on the air conditioning.” As long as you like it, I'll never go back.
4. The sink lid is broken and won't lift. When you use water, it doesn't drain away, but instead accumulates in the basin, which is very troublesome. You can confirm room 606.
After checking in, I immediately went to the front desk to cancel my reservation, and I understand they didn't agree. Ctrip is really responsible and helpful.

For everyone who is booking this hotel, you can access escalator through exit 13 at Sakae station! Don’t take exit 12 carrying luggage 🧳
pros: relatively affordable, mattress & pillow are relatively decent cons: somehow dusty in the room (e.g. dust on the hangers, remote control, digital clock ⏰)

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Walkable from nagoya station. Slightly longer walk compared to other hotels, but it is not difficult to get there. Breakfast was decent, and the breakfast area was open to guests with water and tea after breakfast. Many places to eat and shop nearby, convenience store is also near. The area is not noisy, and room temperature can be self controlled. Only gripe is the extremely flat pillow. Overall, I would stay here again.
The hotel is located at the best area, only 5 minutes walk from the airport. Soooo convenient. The common area and the room are clean and well-equipped with necessary stuffs.

The room was reasonably spacious, didn't feel cramped at all, and the front desk staff were very friendly. However, when I booked on Ctrip, there was an option for one adult and one child. Since my daughter is under 18, I selected that option. To my surprise, when I clicked, it somehow changed to a child under one year old. Upon arrival, the hotel asked me to pay an additional ¥3,000. I checked, and the walk-in rate for that day was actually cheaper than what I had originally paid, so adding ¥3,000 made it even more expensive. I tried to negotiate with the hotel, but they refused and told me to contact Ctrip. Ctrip also said there was nothing they could do, and I couldn't cancel the booking. It felt truly unfair, but I had no choice but to accept it. This option system is incredibly misleading; I clearly selected the correct one! I strongly advise anyone in a similar situation to double-check carefully to avoid making the same mistake.
On another note, the address is very close to the train station, but there's road construction happening right now. Plus, it was very sunny and hot in Nagoya, so walking to the hotel was still a bit tiring. Nagoya isn't really that exciting of a city.

Very pleasantly surprised with how vibrant and new with this hotel. It’s a great location for those driving with many nearby parking options. Having a big Donki shop right besides was a huge plus point for shopping! Our twin bed room size (good for 3 bedded) was also much bigger compared to others. We had a great stay and looking forward to experiencing future stays in other prefectures!

Hotel Forza is conveniently located in a quieter street off the main shopping street in Sakae. A 5-minute walk takes you to Parco, Matsuzakaya and Don Quijote. There is lots of good food nearby too. Osu is a 15-minute walk away.
We booked a room for three pax with a double bed and a sofa bed. The room looked bigger in pictures but was still sufficient to open two big suitcases and still had space to walk.
As mentioned in some reviews on Google, there was a musty smell when we first entered the room but after that, we probably got used to it and were not too bothered by it. The room is quite dusty though. There was a layer of dust on the top of the cupboard after our 5-day stay.
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I was looking for a doctor as my child was unwell and they were helpful to call the doctors I have searched and helped look for clinics/hospitals I could take my child to.
Would definitely stay here again because of its good location!

Very convenient location, near the station, from where it is convenient to get to all the sights. Magnificent Japanese bath . The rooms are very small, cramped. We specially took the corner number so that there was more light. The carpet on the floor is dirty. Every morning we found mouse litter on the carpet. We didn't see the mice themselves, but every morning, lowering our feet from the bed, we stepped on small black poops. The staff is friendly and speaking English.

Great
KKeaiaimeishaodexiaoxingVery good overall! There's a really delicious tempura restaurant downstairs, located right off the lobby. A supermarket is conveniently located next door. You can also pick up a 5% discount coupon in the hotel lobby.
The facilities are quite new and excellent. Service is decent, although there's no Chinese-speaking staff.
Each guest can receive a complimentary face mask and a small sunscreen sample daily. Complimentary facial cleanser, makeup remover, toner, and lotion are also available for guests to use. Toothbrushes and other basic toiletries are provided. There's a coffee machine in the lobby, but the coffee quality is pretty average.
The location is excellent – it's right at Exit 6 of Jinshan Metro Station. Plus, there's an elevator available if you prefer not to take the stairs.
KKorananThe receptionist is very healthy, clean 10/10, near the subway station, delicious food, especially miso soup. It is next to the restaurant. Recommended to stay.
FFajriahThe location is very close to nagoya station. Only 5 minutes on food. The room is very convenient. What is more, the bathroom is very great. The breakfast is nice with many options.
ZZHI JIE LENCEDisappointed by Inflexible and Unempathetic Service on Arrival
We had high hopes for our stay at this hotel from 28 June to 5 July, especially after reading so many positive reviews. Unfortunately, our very first interaction left us extremely disappointed.
On 28 June at around 2:20 PM, we approached Ms. Puja, an English-speaking staff member at the front desk, to request an early check-in. We explained that we had a baby who was asleep and hoped the hotel could extend some flexibility or understanding in our situation. However, instead of any empathy or effort to assist, we were told flatly that we would have to pay extra if we wanted to check in earlier than 3 PM.
We understand that hotel policies exist, and we chose not to argue or cause a scene. We waited patiently in the hotel lobby until check-in time. Still, we were taken aback by the lack of compassion and unwillingness to even explore options for a family traveling with a young child.
This is not the level of hospitality we expected in Japan, and certainly not from a hotel with such seemingly glowing reviews. Sadly, this experience has tainted the start of our trip, and we can’t recommend this hotel to travelers who value genuine customer service and flexibility, especially for families with young children.
GGuest UserGreat room with standard room and amenities with great price. Keycard is so cute. Near shopping area about 500m
I stayed one night before flying back tomorrow but breakfast start at 7.00, which I can not catch the flight on time if we had breakfast at hotel. So, we grabed a sandwich to had it on the way.
This hotel has no parking. I can find a carpark near hotel in 200m with 600 yen all night after 8pm at NPC https://maps.app.goo.gl/DoJHMkvz71JhCZez8
GGuest UserWe went as a group of 3, got a room with 2 large beds and comfortable pillows. A bit cramped with my daughter, but still comfortable.
There was enough space to put my luggage.
I liked that there was a garden with a separate bathroom from the toilet.
Very clean. No breakfast.
Very convenient to get from the station.
CCharDougThe Comfort hotel is in a convenient location, not far from the JR lines, Shinkansen and bus terminal. Conbinis and restaurants are all close by too. If you prefer to, the bus stop for buses to the train station is only about 3mins away. The breakfast is the usual standard for all Comfort hotels in Japan, which is tasty, sufficient and filling!
Yyy90131Strategic location with easy access to most places (Lawson at next door/ 5mins to Big Camera / 10mins to Taikori Entrance, Nagoya Station/ 15mins to AEON Max Value Supermarket/ 15mins to Noritake Garden..)
Thanks hotel team to accommodate my room request at 18 floor with nice view (subject to availability upon check-in).
Spacious room with comfy bed, chiller and a humidifier!! The bathroom is attached with bathtub and you can get the toiletries at Reception area!!
There are plenty of restaurants/ Izakaya nearby.
This 3 star hotel is super value for money and reception staffs can speak good English !!
QQi HUILocation wise it’s around 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Wouldn’t say far but definitely not near either. Rating I would give is 3.8/5. Not exactly at the most bustling district but there’s this main shopping district - Osu which is within walkable distance! Do head to take a look!
Else everything is definitely satisfactory. I love the breakfast buffet (served 6am to 9am) everyday. Selection of proteins is not bad. Free flow eggs… The menu differs slightly everyday.
Hot bath from 630am - 4:00pm and at evenings till the midnight. Feels great! (Didn’t take pics due other users’ privacy) It’s empty and there’s no one else whenever I went, so it feels exactly like a private space to relax.
Housekeepers are super friendly too. Toiletries are placed at the public areas in front of the receptionist. Do remember to take before you set into the hotel!
Makes up good experience in japan.
Recommend hehe ~
PPoohExcellenlt location which near Nagoya amd bus stn. However, the hotel area looks so different in daytime and night time. During night time the youngsters will stand all over the places which outside the shops and approach the people whike walking there.. I don't feel good. The hotel location is located inside the food area (not at the main road) simply could find food during night time. Unfortunately daytime all closed. 5 mins walk to Nagoya Station. The hotel is clean and neat with newly facilities. And the room got many USB provided. However, the room NO window view amd window itself had pasted sticker on at the room 703. SAD!
