⭐️ (Strongly Not Recommended) My stay at A Coral Reefs Resort from 21–23 March started off acceptable, but what happened after check-out was deeply disappointing and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s professionalism and integrity. After I had already left the property and arrived at the airport, I received a call accusing me of being involved in a missing RM1200 reported by three foreign guests. This accusation was based solely on a vague CCTV clip showing me sitting in the lobby and putting something into my pocket. Let me be absolutely clear: such an allegation, made without concrete evidence, is irresponsible and unacceptable. The hotel’s account of the incident was inconsistent and unreliable. I was first told the money was left on a table, and later it was claimed to be inside a pair of pants. The inability to establish even the most basic facts seriously calls into question the credibility of the entire claim. Even more concerning is the timeline. If the alleged incident took place on 21 March, why was I only contacted on 23 March, after I had already checked out and reached the airport? This delay reflects either poor internal handling or a lack of proper investigation. The CCTV clip provided was incomplete and unclear. It merely shows me placing my own personal belongings (my phone and medicated oil) into my pocket. There is absolutely no evidence that I handled or took any cash. Relying on such selective and inconclusive footage to imply wrongdoing is not only unprofessional, but also unfairly damaging to a guest’s reputation. We have formally requested the full CCTV footage to ensure transparency and proper verification of facts. Failure to provide complete and unedited recordings will only further undermine the credibility of this accusation. If this matter is not handled appropriately, we will not hesitate to escalate it through formal complaint channels. Guests should be aware that without clear evidence, this establishment is willing to cast suspicion based on assumptions rather than facts.

A truly cozy, home-away-from-home hotel! The location is superb, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and a night market nearby! There's also convenient parking for your car! The hotel staff are incredibly sweet, helpful, beautiful, smiley, and pleasant!!! A huge thank you to them for a wonderful stay!!! They know all the guests and their preferences!!! For breakfast, they even showed live broadcasts of FIFA 2026, which added a special touch to the mornings!!! The breakfasts are diverse (and I have something to compare it to, as we stayed in a 5-star hotel on Langkawi where the breakfasts were much worse than in this modest hotel). Hot waffles and pastries, delicious coffee, plenty of meat, vegetables, and fruits. The room is small but convenient and cozy! It has everything you need and even more – free snacks and chips :)) Extremely convenient location! Conclusion: I highly recommend it, because if I ever return to the island, it will only be to this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The grounds are well-kept, but not very cozy. It was sparsely populated, the pool was small and green, and our child really wanted to splash around in the pool. We'd chosen a room with a pool, but we didn't get to use it. The location is good, close to the aquarium and Chenang Square. There's an excellent warung nearby; we only ate there, and people we met recommended it, and we often met there. The hotel is okay for 1-2 nights, but nothing more.

This hotel has great potential, but it's really lacking in maintenance, both in the rooms and common areas. The beach and water color aren't very inviting for swimming. The pool, however, is nice and very large. For the price, you can find better quality hotels in Langkawi.

Lovely Stay – Great Value, Super Comfortable and Friendly Staff! 🥰🥰 We stayed here for one night and had such a great experience! We booked the family of four room even though it was just the two of us — we wanted a big bed each, haha — and it was perfect. The beds were king-size and super comfy, so we both slept really well. The room was clean, spacious and very affordable — great value for money. A kettle and tea were provided, which was a nice touch. There weren’t many amenities, though — just a wall-mounted body wash (no separate shampoo or conditioner) — but for the price, it was still excellent. The staff at reception were so kind and helpful. We asked for a hair dryer and they brought one right away. There’s also a refillable water station between the rooms with both hot and cold water, which was really convenient. We liked the outdoor seating area too and they kindly ask that smokers sit outside with doors and windows closed — which keeps everything fresh inside. We took a Grab to Tengah Beach in the evening — it was quick and cheap both ways. The only small thing to note is that there aren’t many shops within walking distance, but taxis and Grab rides are very affordable. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again! The hotel and room are a bit seasoned but still in an acceptable condition for you to enjoy your lovely holidays at Langawi sandy beach which is right in front of the hotel. There was no parking available at the hotel but you can park your car for free at the near by Langgura Baron hotel which is ab 400 m away. Overall, I would say that the room price with amenities & 2 complimentary breakfast was just the best bargain that you can get.

I recently visited Langapuri Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel offers a comfortable and welcoming environment, making it suitable for both short stays and casual dining. The food was one of the highlights. The dishes were flavorful, freshly prepared, and offered a good variety, especially for those who enjoy local and traditional cuisine. The portion sizes were satisfying, and the pricing was fair for the quality provided. The ambiance of the hotel was simple yet cozy, making it a good place to relax and enjoy a meal with family or friends. Overall, Langapuri Hotel is a reliable choice if you are looking for good food, decent service, and a comfortable dining experience. I would recommend it and consider visiting again. Very near to beach and also enjoy all the water sports activities. And couples can enjoy your candle night dinner .

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute gem – the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Baba Boutique House Langkawi is, without exaggeration, the best hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment I stepped in, it didn’t feel like a hotel — it felt like a warm, stylish home that genuinely cares about its guests. The lobby itself is amazing: beautifully designed, cosy, and full of life. There’s a pool table, board games, and plenty of comfortable seating areas where you can just relax, chill, and enjoy the atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you actually want to hang out instead of rushing back to your room. One of my favourite highlights has to be the three adorable resident cats 🐱. Every morning when I stepped out of my room and every time I came back from my outings, they were there — playful, calm, and an absolute joy to be around. It added such a personal, homely touch to the entire stay. Another huge plus: all drinks at the bar are complimentary, and breakfast is complimentary too — something you rarely see, and it makes the stay feel incredibly generous and thoughtful. But what truly sets Baba Boutique House apart is the staff. Their service is nothing short of impeccable. Every single staff member made me feel genuinely warm and welcome, not in a forced way, but in a sincere, caring manner. They anticipated my needs, checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and went the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect. If you’re looking for a place in Langkawi that feels personal, welcoming, relaxing, and truly special — this is it. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to stay here again, and I’ll be recommending Baba Boutique House Langkawi to everyone I know.

Amazing stay. Hotel has everything you need, including a prayer mat for Muslim guests, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. The view is absolutely beautiful, really on the sea. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Its a nice resort tucked away in between Cenang and Kuah town… the entire resort is furnished with Ikea furniture and fittings so if you are a fan of Ikea you would feel right at home. There are generally 2 type of accommodation, 1 villa style with 2 bedroom, ensuite bathroom, living room, kitchen, garden access to the pool and a private doorstep car park, this unit can sleep up to 8 people according to the hotel. Another type of room is a standard hotel room style with direct pool access.
