Overall, my stay was okay, but there are a few areas for improvement. The variety of food was quite limited, and desserts were especially lacking, with no real choices available. I stayed on the 1st floor, and around 4–5 AM I heard scratching sounds from above the ceiling, which felt like there might be rats above the cornice ceiling (not the roof, as there is another floor above). I recommend the management look into this issue promptly.

Had a mini heart attack to receive an email the night before our booking saying about the cancellation of our atay, good thing Trip.com was quick enough to respond and confirm that there were no changes made.
The hotel has a perfect location, close to everything. Just a short walk to the beach, few steps to a variety of restaurants and spas, easy access to pick-up/drop-off of Grab or tours. Breakfast needs more variety to choose from especially if you are staying for more than 3days. Staff are helpful though others may be a bit shy or reluctant to respond when being asked. Pretty much responsive through WhatsApp mainly.
There were a lot of renovations done during our stay but we were not in any way affected by it. Rooms were cozy and gives off Bali feels away from the noise of the center. It was a relaxing accommodation to stay at though when we asked to extend our check-out time, extra fees were too expensive. So we ended up not staying longer.
Best hidden Jem in Langkawi. Went with family. Best if you go with car as they have their own driveway for each villa. Beautiful pool and kids facilities were our kids favourite. Will definitely come again in our next visit.
Hotel is clean with minimalist interior. Checkin process is very smooth. We checked in late at night due to traffic jam but the staff is very friendly. They provided smart tv, we watched YouTube for kids there. Aircond functioned well, water heater also. Toilet is very clean. Worth every penny. Will repeat again in the future. Thanks!

Love the vibes of the hotel, the only bad thing I can say is they don’t provide hand towels.
Facilities are good and they do provide pool and beach towels.

I am pleasantly surprised at the location - near to MAHA Tower, surrounded by makan shops like Old Town Coffee, seafood restaurants, mamak restaurant and a pharmacy next door. One can easily get a Grab to Langkawi Fair Mall , HIG Complex , pasar malam on Wed night nearby.
Showers are a bit slow, no hair shampoo or bath gel provided, only 2 small soap bars per day. Perhaps the hotel should take note of this and improve.
Nice experience. I will choose to come back to stay.
We booked a Premier King Bed room which is located on Ground Floor.
Other rooms which need to climb up stairs, I will skip.
Overall this stay wasn’t the best. On check in the boys who helped carry our luggage in made us quite uncomfortable, winking at us while we checked in, and as women travelling alone we found this quite off putting, so much so that we almost left the first night. Other than that the stay was okay, rooms were clean enough and the beds were comfortable. However, there are no shower curtains or covering so when showering the water splashes all over the bathroom.
It is also in quite a remote and out of the way location quite far from the main tourist things, it seems like a nice stay for a couple who plan to just lounge at the pool, but I wouldn’t recommend really for those who want to venture near the normal tourist locations unless you can drive. To get into the hotel you have to be driven up and down by hotel staff, as it is located up a hill. The drivers for

The location is super convenient, with plenty of milk tea shops, cafes, and food options right downstairs. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. Overall, it was a good experience, though the toilet looked a bit old and I hope this can be improved.

A great experience. The room is very good. It feels like a small duplex villa. There is also a mini yard. The bathroom is large and ventilated. The food in the restaurant is very delicious. Guests staying in other places will come here to eat.

AAnonymous UserHonestly not bad. The location is 10/10 near everything. Beach is just in front of the hotel. Everything is just next to each other from the duty free chocolate store in front of the hotel, to the mall being 3 minutes away by walking. I like it here if you’re trying to save on grab money. All picture below is only 1 minute walk from the hotel or safe to say “outside” of the hotel.
SShataz HoThe inn is located in the middle of 3 major roads. 5 stars. It is kind of scary walking at night because it's not super lighted so 4 stars. Easy way finding and central location. It's about 5 mins to cenang beach and I recommend going to the Temonyoung night market when it opens.(short walks everywhere).
The inn itself comes with a mini fridge and kettle, some complimentary tea, do bring along some adapters and extension wires if you require. The heater for the shower is warm and the Aircon is adjustable and that's super awesome for what I'm paying for. The staff are the highlight there and are really awesome , 5 star service. The inn does get a bit noisy, which is not suitable for light sleepers with the natural surround sounds (frogs, ducks, roosters coming alive at night) and it's good to bring along noise cancelling headphones or plugs. Especially when it rains when the nature surround sound pairs with the rain hitting the metal roof. I borrowed an umbrella from the staff. Otherwise, for this amount (SGD96) for 5 nights , I am more than satisfied with my stay.
Towels are clean and neatly setup upon arrival, clothing racks(both fixed and movable), bring your own toiletries. Thick blanket, great shower heater and great air conditioning. Switch the Aircon off to save electricity when you are not in. (Eco-tip). You need to pay an admin fee of 5 ringgit upon check-in. Otherwise, fabulous stay.

AAlireza JThe hotel is situated in a quiet area of the island. You'll need a car or taxi to go to more lively parts of Langkawi. The breakfast at the hotel is just average and not very tasty. The room is spacious but it's old. The tv is small, the iron is old and half burnt and the bathroom smells bad. The AC is noisy at night. The staff are friendly but they're not trained well in hospitality. They can't even make the bed properly as you see in the pictures. The room description says there's shampoo and soap and body wash but there's only one washing liquid as shown in the picture.
RRidzwan MahmudWe stayed here as a couple and overall, the experience was okay. The location is strategic with easy access to shops and eateries. The room was decent—clean and had the basic amenities, but don’t expect luxury. Service was average, and while it met our needs, there’s definitely room for improvement. A good place if you’re looking for something simple and affordable for a short stay.
SSoen KeetThe hotel really nice and highly recommended. About ten minutes drive from airport. Plenty of free parking and convenience stores within walking distance. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Will revisit the hotel in next trip to Langkawi.
LLois ShantzWe had a very good stay at Bella Vista Hotel in Langkawi! The front desk staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location is great, especially for those who want to stay in Kuah, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The pool bar was a fantastic spot to relax, offering great drinks at reasonable prices. The food was also good, making it convenient to dine in.
The only downside was that the pool was closed for several days, which was a bit disappointing. However, despite this, we still had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Kuah.
