3-Star Hotels in Krasnodar, Russia

A disgusting receptionist named Alexandra couldn't resolve the issue the hotel created with incorrect placement. She constantly claimed, ”It's the booking website's fault, or anyone else's, but not us.” I booked a room with a view during the January holidays, hoping to see Krasnodar in all its glory, as I'm a regular guest here. I paid more than for a standard room without a view. But the booking department made a mistake and gave me a room without a view. They offered no apology, and kept telling me to ”deal with the booking department.” They brought me an A4 sheet with a confirmation number that wasn't mine, not my booking date, but my personal information, clarifying that it was ”not their problem.” I was able to relax peacefully at the hotel and use the spa services. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but the reception staff leaves much to be desired. I recommend the manager improve their staffing or adjust their scripts. I liked the hotel itself, as well as the entire Marriott chain.

This was our second stay, from May 2-4, 2025, with a family of three. We really liked the hotel's location: a three-minute walk from the train station and a leisurely five-minute walk to the seaport. Despite its location in the busiest part of Sochi (Navaginskaya Street), the room was always quiet and peaceful, as the windows overlooked the courtyard. The hotel was clean and cozy; the room had everything we needed, even a kitchen! Our 17-year-old daughter slept in a sofa bed that folded out easily. Towels were changed and housekeeping was provided daily. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay! We are very happy and will come again!

Все очень нравится , но есть буквально пару моментов , которые можно улучшить : 1. Чашки для чая ну очень маленькие в номере, хотелось бы побрльше 2. Все время скатывается матрас с кровати и кровать прижата к стене близко, и туда же скатывается матрас, выползать сбоку не совсем комфортно. А так хороший спа, хорошее питание!

We stayed for two nights. The room on the last floor. The hotel is good. Clean, everything is neat. Good bed linen, it's always important for me. Until Navaginskaya 15 minutes walk. The hotel is on the mountain, but walking is not tired. I want to celebrate delicious breakfasts. Very good fragrance coffee. We'll be happy to come back.

Большой номер с балконом, вид на море. Есть лифт, кулер с водой на 1 этаже, гладильная доска на этаже. Собственной парковки нет, но есть городская и сбоку платная охраняемая. Персонал-огонь👍🏻.

Плюсы: Приветливый администратор. Чисто, тепло (включают кондиционер на обогрев). Окна открываются . Дали номер на первом этаже и не пришлось тащить чемоданы. Можно постирать вещи за 450 рублей. Есть подогреваемый бассейн на улице . Есть баня за доп плату. В номере холодильник, мини бар, тапки. Можно оставить чемоданы на хранение бесплатно. Минусы: за ребенка в сутки берут + 1000 р. Моя мама сказала , что пыльно , но я не почувствовала.

Отель впечатлил высоким уровнем сервиса: вежливый персонал, чистые номера и вкусные завтраки. Территория ухоженная, с бассейном и детской площадкой. Пляж с шезлонгами, но галечный и рядом с ЖД путями, что не всем удобно. Из минусов — удалённость от центра и высокие цены в ресторане.
