Chaozhou Fengqi Building is located on the top of the main peak of Hulu Mountain in Chaozhou West Lake Park, and above the Siwang Building is a statue of Phoenix. It is an artistic statue integrating the function of the building and the sculpture art, and is a symbol of Fengcheng Chaozhou.
