Anonymous User: I really liked this hotel. It’s simple, but it had pretty much everything I needed for a comfortable overnight stay before my early flight. I really appreciated having extra pillows already in the room, as it saved me from having to call reception and wait for them. I was also given an accessible room. I don’t use a wheelchair, but I do have a hidden disability, and I found the room very accessible. It was spacious, easy to move around, and the bed and accessible bath/shower were very easy to use. I also really liked the hand soap and the 2-in-1 body and hair wash — small things, but they made the stay more convenient. The only thing I struggled with was getting through to reception when I wanted to ask for an extra bath towel for the morning. I left the phone on speaker for about two minutes but unfortunately didn’t get an answer. As I needed to get some sleep for my early flight, I decided not to go downstairs. I also found the check-in screen for entering names and numbers quite difficult to use. I later realised that downloading the app and having the QR code ready would have made things much easier, so I’ll definitely do that next time. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely stay here again, especially for an early morning flight from Gatwick. It was comfortable, convenient and had everything I needed.
