So many good memories at this place. After years I still vividly remember sitting at one of the cafeterias drinking a coconut and a male peacock walked right up to my table and opened its feathers, and other birds literally jumping on my table to hang out with me. It was a total immersion experience. I loved it
Where is the Children's Day? KL bird park:
Located in the downtown area of Kuala Lumpur, it takes only 10 minutes by taxi from the hotel where I live, The Gardens Hotel, which is a rare worldly paradise in the downtown area. It is very suitable for bringing children to watch all kinds of rare birds. After entering the park, all kinds of birds of all sizes are flying around and no one is afraid of human beings. Children will like this feeling very much. Some of the most precious birds are caged, and the park's logos are available in English and Chinese, which can be understood.
The greening work of this bird park is very good, and the design is also very focused on the sunshade design, very cool. It is close to the National Mosque, Petaling Street, Deer Park, Dahonghua Park, National Museum, Butterfly Park, National Art Museum, National Islamic Museum, etc., and everyone can go there.

Introduction
Established in 1991, Kuala Lumpur Bird Park is one of Asia's largest bird parks with more than 5,000 species of birds. The park is divided into four zones. The first and second zones allow the birds to fly freely, while the third zone is for hornbills and the fourth is for caged and miniature birds. There are ostriches, rhinoceros hornbills, flamingos and parrots among the numerous species throughout the park. Visitors are even treated to a variety of parrot stunts and presentations during feeding and performance times.

i could write this review in one word....WOW! This was an amazing experience. Walking around while the birds crossed your path. Having ice cream while a bird shared your table. A fantastic way to spend an afternoon. Be prepared to spend the afternoon. There is food and water for purchase inside the park.
ocationKuala Lumpur, Malaysia, its within the centre of the city,by taxi if will take 20-35 minutes depending on the traffic.Experience Entrance ticket is around 20-30 dollars. Which I will say worth it once you get in. The place is maintained and created very well. Natural environment river forests for the birds, beautiful birds and you will hear all the birds around you. Some rare species are also there. You can find the birds in open also some of them are on the pathways and they are big just stay your kids away from them, as they might like them. A separate section to click pictures with the parrots they will all sit on you as you can see in my picture. Really good place to visit.Service Refreshment area are inside so you can buy some food and beverage. Resting areas are also there to sit and relax for a while.Hope this will be helpful
The Bird Park is probably my favourite spot in KL, which is a city I love and has many great things to do, but the Bird Park is unique as the world’s largest free-flying tropical bird aviary. I loved the Victoria Crowned Pigeons, which I’d never seen before: giant, gentle pigeons. We also had photos taken with the parrots at the parrot booth – where you can have macaws, African Greys and cockatoos perching on you.
