The best hotel in Zhangjiajie ! The room and bathroom are perfectly clean, the room I stayed in was also beautiful. The location is super convenient, 5-min walk to Tianmen mountain depart station, 10-min walk from Zhangjiajie railway station and a direct bus from Zhangjiajie West Station. The receptionist answered all of my questions regarding the bus to come, the Zhangjiajie National Park, Tianmen Mountain. She was able to book all the tickets a a discounted price for me and gave me lots of information regarding the possible itineraries. When I left for Wulingyuan, she explained to me how to get there and where exactly was the bus stop. She always answered within the next 5 minutes. I had a really good time there and would definitely stay here again if I come back on Zhangjiajie.

Amazing stay! The view was beautiful and the room was very big and spacious! The pics are the views from the room. First hotel that has been very clean. The guy at reception was very kind and helpful as well. Just an fyi, you have to walk a lot of steps and the streets are made of cobblestone so it's difficult with suitcases or heavy luggage to get to any accommodation here! Try to pack light or leave your larger luggage at a storage locker at the train station

This place is right next to Xue Bridge, just a few steps from the river. The room was huge and very clean, and I loved all the little thoughtful touches, like a full bottle of Walch hand soap and water dispensers on every floor. The fifth floor has flowers and a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the river view, and downstairs you can have tea or drinks and watch people go by. What really made it special was how incredibly nice the owner was! As soon as we arrived, she told us all the best ways to experience Fenghuang. Even after we'd checked out the next day, my clothes were still wet, and the owner was kind enough to let us borrow her hairdryer – a powerful one she uses for her dog, Million – not once, but twice that afternoon. I genuinely loved and appreciated my stay, and I wish the owner all the best with her business!

The room has a retro feeling of the 80s. Overall, the environment is good, the overall stay experience is good, the room is spacious and clean, the location is convenient, and the breakfast category is enough. The fly in the ointment is that the sound insulation is average, the footsteps in the corridor can be heard, and it does not affect the overall recommendation ～

Zhangjiajie's scenery is absolutely stunning! The guesthouse owner was incredibly warm and welcoming. The guesthouse is located very close to the East Gate, down a super convenient alley. There's a breakfast shop right downstairs that serves delicious beef rice noodles, so you can get a real taste of authentic Hunan cuisine. If you want to try something different for breakfast the next day, there's another breakfast place just a short walk away. You can also buy fruit nearby. The environment is very peaceful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. All the toiletries you need are provided in the room, and they even offer disposable bath towels! The room was clean and tidy, and it's only a 10-minute taxi ride from Wulingyuan East Gate. I highly recommend this guesthouse – it offers fantastic value for money!

This was my first time booking a B&B, and I chose this one because it had high ratings and a low price. I definitely made the right choice, kudos to myself for being brave enough to try something new! The landlady was incredibly kind and her service attitude was superb. She was also very thoughtful and patiently helped us plan our itinerary for Tianmen Mountain by circling routes on a map. Following her recommendations, our trip was hassle-free and we didn't miss any of the must-see attractions. This experience was much better than staying in a hotel; you can truly feel that the landlady puts her heart into running this B&B.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was really nice here. Short walk to the cable car which made things super easy. The room was super tidy and was comfortable to stay in. Would really recommend staying here if you are on a budget :)

This trip to Nanyue, stay at Hiyou Hotel (Hengyang Nanyue Hengshan Scenic Area), experience full marks! ✨ The location is too good: just near the Nanyue Temple, a few minutes walk away, save running, it is very convenient to pray in the morning and evening. Blessing is super intimate: there is a service in the hotel, the category is complete, there is no need to find a store everywhere, directly in the hotel, too intimate. The room is clean and comfortable: as a brand of Huazhu, health is guaranteed. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft, the bathroom is dry and wet, the hot water is sufficient, and the living is very safe. Warm and thoughtful service: the front desk lady is super good, check-in is fast, the hotel is quiet and safe overall, and the price is full. Come to Nanyue to play, choose this one is right, really recommend!

This stay exceeded my expectations; overall, I'm extremely satisfied. The hotel's location is super convenient, making travel easy, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's perfect whether you're here for business or leisure. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and tidy everything was. The public areas are spacious and bright, with a minimalist yet elegant design, and no unpleasant odors – it instantly put me at ease. The room was meticulously cleaned. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a great night's sleep. All facilities like the air conditioning, hot water, and internet worked perfectly. The lighting was appropriate, and the toiletries were comprehensive and of good quality. The bathroom had a convenient wet/dry separation. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient with check-in and check-out. They patiently answered my questions and provided thoughtful, attentive service. The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent soundproofing, so my rest was completely undisturbed. The cleanliness was top-notch, and it was clear that great care is taken with maintenance, showing very high standards. It offers excellent value for money; the environment, facilities, and service all justify the price. My entire stay was pleasant and seamless, without any inconveniences. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel next time I'm in the area, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to stay.

The owner Ms Liu is very friendly and knowledgeable. She makes our stay more meaningful and interesting. I like that she is upfront with providing the information about the accommodation so that it help to manage our expectations. Any shortcoming with the room amenities such as poor heating and cold bathroom is offset by her warmth service. They do provide electrical blankets. The night view is amazing and they are located right next to the Feng Bridge for the watershow. She also provided us with complimentary use of Miao costume which is an added experience.
