WWilliam10008The owner is a very, very thoughtful man from Northeast China. Seeing that I was a young woman and worried I wouldn't be able to carry my luggage, he offered to help me carry it upstairs. He's available 24/7 by phone. The location is excellent; it's just a short walk to a taxi stand and very close to the Starlight Night Market, only a few turns away. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area. I mentioned I'm a light sleeper, and he kindly arranged a very quiet room for me on the far side – truly a peaceful oasis. I also rented their electric scooter, and the owner charged it for me every night, so I didn't have to worry about it at all. It was fully charged when I woke up, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Traveling with such kindness made me feel so warm and cared for. Thank you, Uncle! This experience has further enhanced my positive impression of people from Northern China.

JjukachaThis time in this hotel we got the room on the first floor and this room was quite awful. Toilet is stinky and has problems with flushing, the window outside passing all the sounds from the street and it's annoying. Other rooms aren't so bad, but on the first floor better never choose.

GGuest UserI had an absolutely incredible stay here, it was easily the best hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm and genuine welcome from the host and his family, making us feel right at home immediately. Our bedroom was impressively spacious and kept perfectly clean throughout our visit. The highlight, however, was the spectacular view; waking up to a panoramic vista of both the city and the lake was truly unforgettable. What really set this place apart was the exceptional hospitality. The host took care of us from the beginning until the very end of our stay, going above and beyond by even personally taking us to the bus stop when it was time to leave. GGuest UserThe most satisfying stay of our entire trip! The hotel environment is clean and elegant, and the public areas are well-maintained. The room is spacious, with meticulous attention to cleanliness throughout, including corners and the bathroom. The bedding is fluffy and comfortable, and the double-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation, completely blocking out noise from the hallway. The front desk staff were patient and meticulous, proactively informing us about nearby attractions and local eateries. Any items we requested were promptly delivered by room service. Parking is convenient, the toiletries are high-quality, and the breakfast offers a rich and fresh variety. It's suitable for both business and leisure travelers. I genuinely recommend it, and I'll definitely choose this hotel first when I return to the area.

LLuxiangbeibeiMy friend highly recommended this place, saying the area is fantastic and super convenient, and the shuttle service was a huge plus. The shuttle service to/from the South High-Speed Rail Station was excellent. Overall, the service was truly impeccable, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

SSem S.We stayed here for three nights whilst exploring upper Yubeng and doing some of the hikes. The location is great with some good panoramic views of the mountains. Sunset and sunrise are both amazing from here! The service was good, friendly staff and kind people. The room is fine! We had a heater which helped a lot for the cold nights. We didn't like the disposable towels, such a waste! Also the room wasn't cleaned once in our three nights and we had to keep asking for toilet paper/towels ourselves. Apart from that everything was fine. Good vegetarian food too:)

SSALSA_BILAWe really enjoyed our stay here because the owner was very kind and helpful, they always smile at us, the hotel is nice, the room was very comfortable, clean, sterile, and fragrant, they also helped carry our suitcases, the owner is a husband and wife who treated us like family, we felt like home, they also helped pick up my package from taobao which almost got lost 🥹☺️. And they have a very cute dog named taopao 😍. The location of this hotel is very strategic close to the Bo’ai Gate and the South Gate, around the hotel there are many restaurants and supermarkets. I really recommend this hotel because the facilities are complete and the price is affordable, I will stay here again if I visit dali next time ☺️☺️

GGuest UserTraveling with friends, we blindly picked this guesthouse and it was such great value for money! The owner was also super friendly, confirming our arrival plans a day in advance and even helping us with our luggage. There's also a very cute and friendly corgi at the guesthouse that you can pet. The place was very clean too. Definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Lijiang!
