2-Star Hotels in Community Of Madrid, Spain

Mixed feelings about services as some of the staff were friendly, while some of them weren't. Amenities wise there isn't anything to speak about, it's a very basic hotel but generally clean except some stains on the blankets which can be overlooked

I went with a friend for a four day visit to Madrid and needed a hotel that did single rooms and was central. This hotel is located perfectly with nearby access to Atocha rail station  and the express bus from the airport, and with Estación de Artes the Metro line also nearby and only 3 stops from Sol. The reception is staffed with very helpful individuals with infinite patience, which we nearly tested whilst trying to get out. Larding cards into a format that could be printed. We arrived bonfire our rooms were ready and after checking in they were whisked away to a secure room whilst we went to explore the Prado The rooms are very well appointed with a mini  fridge, many electricity outlets at waist height, reasonable lighting, a large wardrobe with secure safe inside, and sufficient hangers The en suite was small but sufficient, the shower was powerful and hot, and the complimentary shower gel pleasant The bed was comfy, a spare blanket available if needed, and the bed linen and towels changed frequently during our short stay. Both rooms had small balconies, sadly due to the constant rain we didn’t use them  We will be back!  

Clean and good. The check-out time is 12 noon when booking, and the day before check-in is changed to 10am, which affects the itinerary a little bit.

The hotel's location is excellent, right on the heart of Madrid's main street, making it a quick walk to all the attractions. The hotel is housed in a historic building with high, comfortable ceilings. The windows facing the street offer a wide view, offering a glimpse of the bustling and vibrant streets and the diverse historical buildings that line the street. The kitchen is spacious and convenient, and the bathroom and laundry room are both excellent. The value for money is quite good, and I highly recommend it.

Everything at the hotel is very good, free parking is available at the door. The only problem is that when checking in, take out the hotel reservation form. The front desk of the hotel said that there is this reservation form but it is not my name and ID information. This is a problem with the platform, not a problem with the hotel. I tossed for more than ten and twenty minutes at the front desk.

Near the city center and all sightseeing spots, I just walk to all places I want to go. The room is clean and nice, facing the street but not too noisy if close the window. Got shampoo in the bathroom. Staffs are friendly. Very nice experience overall.

Excellent room and personal attention fabulous hotel. I recommend it for those who need a weekend and can rest like at home.

Although the price is for mixed rooms, the girls-only dormitory was actually assigned to me. The other girls I met in the same dormitory were also very friendly. The main entrance is a bit difficult to find. It is actually opposite the entrance of Zara, mixed in the front of a group of small shops. You need to enter the password to enter the main entrance. After going upstairs, you will find the front desk, and then you can store your luggage for free, which is quite good. It is about 1.5 kilometers away from the Gaudi three-piece suit. The location is perfect. There are food and commercial centers everywhere. The decoration style is very American. The lights are automatically turned off at 23:00. There will be a party downstairs before 23:00. There is a kind of excitement of queuing in the university, which is a bit challenging for those who like to go to bed early🤣. Another disadvantage is that the bathroom on the first floor of the front desk smells a bit strong. The sheets and quilts are from IKEA and have pilled🤣. But in fact, the bed is still soft. It is not bad to sleep for one night at this price. You can only go there. The cost performance is really high. Free tea and breakfast Spanish dough sticks are provided, which are unexpectedly delicious hahaha.

Great hostel! Really clean. Lots of nice features that made it better - doors that close quietly, powerful shower, towels on the beds, big lockers for suitcases (but no way to lock them). I had to get a €20 taxi from the airport because I landed late and don’t think there is a bus at night, but bus back to the airport the next day was only €1.50 and a short walk from the hostel. Great staff who were very helpful. I would definitely stay again!
