There was a patron who was in a heated argument with front desk staff when we first arrived about them not refunding him his $50 damage deposit. The patron was belligerent with the staff. He eventually was taken away in a taxi. This all happened as we were just arriving which gave us a bit of a feeling of uneasiness on whether we had made the right decision on staying at this hotel. The staff were very professional and accommodating to us though. In the end, everything was fine.
We liked that no children are allowed. But the type of customer are young adult who acts worst than children. All of them are drunk and loud, banging on eachother's room door talking loud. We think this hotel is made for the people who wants to party and crash. There's no tv, refrigerator, microwave in the room. Only a bed and bathroom. It was clean.
Nice breakfast. Good location, the only issue was the bed, it was of poor quality and makes noise when lay down. They should not be using metal bed frames which is of low quality

I fly to Toronto from Hong Kong and then to Charlottetown from Toronto. I still choose this hotel chain. This hotel is very close to the airport. It takes 20 minutes to drive. The price in this city is high. Usually about 1300. Friday-Sunday need about 1700. The hotel is very hygienic and the environment is not. Wrong 20 minutes drive from the city center. The air outside is good. The front desk clerk is very professional and very warm. Breakfast is generally stayed for 12 days. There is nothing to change. Generally good. I will stay next time and recommend it to my friends and relatives. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

GGuest UserThe bartender we had, Baylee, was great. Food was very good. Only disappointment was being woken up at 8:00 as they were doing renovations. Felt like the banging from hammers was in my room. Front desk didn’t give a crap about it. Check out time is at 11. That’s when renovations should start!

鱼鱼羊koleosLocated in the heart of Charlottetown, the hotel is close to the Net Red Lobster Shop. The rooms are spacious and tidy, double bed rooms, comfortable beds and sleep for two adults. The hotel offers free parking, a wide variety of breakfasts, fruit and meat, and a good choice.
