The quilt, pillows, sheets, etc. in the room are very clean and have the smell of washing powder. Public areas, such as kitchens and toilets, will be cleaned every day, and the whole is very clean.
You can cook, there are pots and stoves.

It is exactly what it says on the tin! A budget hotel. We’re used to staying in Travelodge, Premier Inn and Holiday Inn but this was by far the most basic of them all.
Odd set up of bathroom facilities in room. Sink and mirror in the bedroom and then straight into the shower from the bedroom too, leading to a bit of a flood of water coming into the bedroom when getting in and out of the shower. Toilet was in a separate closet. Tight squeeze at the end of the bed to get to the other side.
Clean but small. Made our inside cruise cabin look massive in comparison.
Breakfast is included but it is a very basic continental offering. 3 cereals, bread for toasting, mini croissants and pain au chocolat, cheese, ham, jam and marmalade.

My friend and I stayed in twin room. Waa very impressed with the service given and the room itself was perfect for us staying over for one night for a Christmas get together in Portsmouth. We would definitely recommend and go back again to stay. Using this app, was quick and easy I shall be using again in the near future. Thank you :)

Digital lock on door a puzzle, took several attempts to open. Front door lock broken. Shower cubicle has several areas of no grout. Room and general areas could do with a touch up paint.

GGuest UserThe staff were very attentive and allowed us to check in early, They gave good advice on surrounding amenities, and were helpful throughout our stay. Although our room and shower room were was small, they were both clean and very well presented. The food in the pub was of a good standard and we were made to feel very welcome.

We answered that we are in the Ibis hotel in Brighton. And we would like to receive the breakfast here instead. And no answer came from the manager.

GGuest UserFriendly, lovely fresh breakfast in the morning made to feel very welcome live music in the bar on a Saturday night great blue blues band you could hear the bang quite clearly in the room but we were so tired. It didn’t matter if I hadn’t had my daughter I would’ve gone down and enjoyed the music.
