AAbhitkIt was clean and the price was very reasonable for a double bed room in the city centre.
There was no lift but it was mentioned earlier my deluxe double bed room was in the 3rd floor was quite a walk.
Clean bed , toiletries, towels etc
Btw they mentioned as City view while booking but the window was facing a wall so there was no view at all.

VVadim ZahharovPlace was exactly as advertised. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth staying if your trip is short.
As for downsides, hostel has limited number of bathrooms and showers - this can cause issues if you have to leave quickly. The ventilation in rooms is basically non-existent, and rooms house up to 10 people, so I’ll leave the air quality to your imagination. Sound isolation is not great, so if somebody has a good time in the kitchen you’ll going to hear that. Bring earplugs if you are light sleeper. Cleanliness is subjective, I’m not that picky, but having crumbs in my bed was disconcerting. Some sinks have filters with hair in them. Haven’t seen anything that would be actually harmful like mold or hygiene products, so that is good.
Location is good. Liverpool is not that big and you’ll get to city centre in under an hour even with most leisurely pace. Do visit the cathedral on your way there. I haven’t seen any shops in immediate vicinity though, but I didn’t need them, so maybe you find some if you look. Bus stop for airport is fairly close, so that is a plus as well.
Overall, this is a hostel. You can sleep there, store your stuff and maybe have a chat with interesting people. Price is fair for experience.

SSpenceryoujiThe room is quite big, the hotel decoration is very british, the facilities are very old, the sprinkler is slow, and the sprinkler chain in my room is rotten. This hotel is in the village, quite far from the city center, and it takes about 25 minutes to take a taxi to the center of Liverpool. The room facilities are old, the front desk is strong, the kitchen and restaurant waiter, breakfast must go down half an hour in advance or it will take a long time to eat. Overall, it is barely possible.

GGuest UserGreat place for an overnight stay. Basic facilities but clean and comfortable. Easy check in and friendly staff. Very close to the city centre with a cheap car park across the road (£6 for 24 hours) Would definitely stay here again

LLimbo81Location is great 👍🏼 but room was tired and needs refurbishing, Huge hole in bathroom door where it looks like someone punched it, hotel tried filling it in with filler, looks awful, shower is good 👍🏼 cobwebs everywhere, didn’t really want to have a cup of tea with the kettle provided as it wasn’t very clean. Wall lights have never had a polish and duster near them, and net curtains on window ripped and dirty. Carpet throughout the hotel looked as though its seen better days.
Service was ok, for a mid week stay I thought it was quite noisy later on in evening with doors banging etc.
Bed was hard and pillows were flat, felt abit nippy so had the heating on most of the night.
Probably won’t stay here again unless they have a refurbishment.

Stayed a few times here and the room was great with a terrace onto the garden so ideal for us with my 2 grandchildren and to have a coffee in the morning outside
Will always pick this hotel on vacation to Southport

GGuest UserOur stay at Cozy Place Apartments couldn’t have been more perfect. We can’t thank Julie and Paul enough, they went above and beyond. The apartment was immaculately clean, the choice of snacks and breakfast were amazing and the bed was so comfortable. We also used Tony’s Taxi, (whose number is in the kitchen!) and he was just a pure gentleman. Check in was straight forward and close to the centre. Cozy Place Apartments deserves more than a 10* rating. This will be our only choice for future trips to Liverpool. Thank you SO much.

The staff are lovely and friendly. Our private en suite room and bathroom was spacious, clean and tidy, the reception area modern and welcoming too. Car parking available if you need it. The staff even made us a pizza at 11pm as we arrived back tired, wet and cold from being at the match.
The best bit was the breakfast, it was amazing and in a separate dinjng area. Full choice of traditional hot English breakfast or continental. Fresh coffee and tea and juices too.

Although the space is compact, it is thoughtfully designed to be both functional and cozy, minimalist experience. If you are looking for a clean, efficient, and hassle-free place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel.
