MMelhahnIt felt like spending some time at your grandparent's place. The owner and staff are warm and attentive. The building is old but well-maintained and clean. I could keep my luggage before check in time in the receptionist area. The location is near the Basilica of Saint Claire, if you're taking the Assisi Link Bus Line C from the station, get down at V.Della M.Dell'Olivo stop and it's a 3-min walk from the stop (downloadingmoovit app will be helpful). There is a small elevator so you could take your suitcase easily to the room. The bathroom was quite slippery when it was wet so I had to be careful not to fall down. Basic amenities are provided except tooth paste, tooth brush, and hair conditioner. If you only need the basics, this hotel is sufficient.

GGuest UserI have a lovely and peaceful stay though it was only for one night. I wouldn't leave unless I had a schedule next day. It is very close to Basilica di San Francesco and you can see a beautiful scenery of Assisi with the Basilica from your room. Facilities are a bit old but very clean. All of the staff was kind. Only the customer was talking too loud in the community room and their room at night because I could hear all of their talking. You would have very simple breakfast. Having said that, this might be a good choice if you did not expect a fancy hotel. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

GGuest UserStaff very polite and helpful. He showed us and give us a map of the top city attractions and the walk itinerary to do. The hotel is quite charming, an old palace with frescoes ceiling. But you must like historic homes with their merits but also defects. Very good price for the location, in the city center, with parking (extra charge) , and only 15 minutes pleasant walk to reach the main fountain plaza.

CCharlotte555The staff are so friendly. Basically the vibe is chill and welcoming people from all over the world. You just chit chat with anybody there or you can also enjoy your own time. No AC in the summer but only fan , not sure how it feels in winter. Nice coffee and rooftop, with cold water refill 🫶🏻

PPUThe boss is enthusiastic. If you don't understand English, use a translator to solve the problem. Although there is no air conditioning, the electric fan is also very good. The room is large and the overall is good. The location is opposite the train station and it is convenient to take the scenic bus and train.
