The hotel is located on the side of the station that's full of bars. On Friday nights, there are a lot of working people and teenagers drinking, some of them drunk until morning. The hotel is in a dark alley, but it doesn't feel dangerous because they didn't bother us. The room is small, typical of typical Japanese hotels. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, so you can walk to buy food. Given the location compared to the room rate, I think it's very good value. There's a 2nd street store nearby that closes at 10 p.m. where you can buy secondhand clothes. But if you want to go shopping, I recommend walking across Omiya Station to the other side, which is more civilized.

Although my carry-on suitcase was small, there was enough space to open it. There was also a long counter and chairs, and there was a full-length mirror and a smaller mirror on the wall that could be used for applying makeup, which was very nice. I always use this hotel whenever I go on a business trip. The sleeping area is always clean and tidy. The bath is never too crowded, so I can use it whenever I want.
