The price of the well-regulated room type is nothing to be scornful. After all, I only stayed for one night and passed the overnight, but the bathroom was too small. I had to refuel. The whole hotel was old.

Although it was a weekday, I'm sure many of you have come across it, but I happened to hear some loud snoring in the lower room of the capsule hotel, so I tried to put up with it, but it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep, so I told the staff. He changed it for me. I slept well thanks to you. Thank you 😊
If it's crowded, I guess I'll just have to be patient.

There is a direct bus from Kawagoe Station. The hotel is very close to Taisho Romantic Street and not far from Koedo Ichiban Street, which directly saves the cost of the tour bus. There is a sink in the single room which is very convenient!

If you want save money and can allow noise from neighbor, that's good hotel to you. Cheap price , good onsen, anyway near from station(less than 5 minutes)
Remember you must get noises from your neighbours. This is more hotel just private Hostel !

離車站步行約10分鐘，櫃檯服務親切，有腳踏車可以借，這間大廳屬於安靜型的，不像另一間大廳有小酒吧，比較熱鬧，房間乾淨整齊、這次是雙人房、坪數不大，傳統日式鋪床墊的房型、兩個行李箱打開整理是沒問題，有冰箱吹風機，插座也蠻多的，整體來講算不錯

GGuest User4 Senior backpackers in Japan ”stumbled” onto this gem of a Japanese inn next to the Arakawa River. Less than 10 minute walk from the Kami-Nagatoro station and 10 minute walk to Nagatoro Station. We chose location due to proximity to river and start of river boat downstream river ride-sites. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality shown throughout our two-day stay. We were late in coming out of the mountains of Gunma prefecture (2 hour plus train ride away) and called the inn to notify and were subsequently told that this was no problem for check-in and supper. Fortunately we made up time lost and got to the inn earlier that expected and enjoyed the serene tree-lined river and men's and women's communal furo (shower/bath also in rooms) with outdoor views before dining. Then...we were overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of the dinner! A real treat to get a 7+ course Japanese meal featuring the specialty vegetables and protein of the region! Upon departure we chose to walk with packs back to Kami-Nagatoro Station, along the river, but the proprietor had the Inn van ready and waiting to take us to the train station. The included breakfast's were also multi-course Japanese style, with regional specialties.
Granted, the hotel is somewhat time-worn, probably seeing its zenith in the 80's and 90's but all the facilities were cleaning, usable and safe. All staff went made a great effort to ensure that we were enjoying the locale and the Inn. This location, in our opinion is much more serene and ”touristy” than the main area surrounding Nagatoro station but is only 10 minutes walking from that action. If opportunity arises, we will return. The Saitama Museum of Natural is just across the street but this large and modern facility was not open on our late arrival and on Monday. We left on Tuesday morning, but wanted to visit this place also.

GGuest UserI stayed here for two nights during my solo trip through rural Japan. The location is great — right near the center of Chichibu and within walking distance from local attractions and the train station.
The check-in process was a bit tricky since there’s no front desk or English signage, but luckily the owner happened to walk by and helped me check in. Otherwise, it might have been hard to figure out.
The room was clean and functional, with shared facilities that were well-maintained. The hostel itself was very quiet — I barely saw any other guests during my stay. I shared a room with one other traveler who mostly kept to himself.
One big plus: there’s a gym right next door, and the hostel gives you two free entries. That was a really nice bonus.
Overall, it’s a simple and peaceful place to stay if you’re looking for something low-key and local in Chichibu. Just be aware that English is not widely spoken, so having Google Translate helps!

GGuest UserThe environment is relatively good. The boss speaks Chinese. There are two beds, one of which should be a tatami. There is a projection inside. I booked this hotel with my friends. The location is very good. The prices in a small supermarket nearby are very cost-effective. I bought two large bottles. The drinks are actually the same price as the vending machine. The space is not big but it is very cozy and the price is reasonable.
