Self checkin was easy and simple. No fuss. We arrived a couple hours early. Phoned the Mob No @ unmanned reception desk. Mgr gave us access code to our unit. Lovely cleaning lady arrived to complete finishing touches cleaning our unit but not expecting we had arrived early. No problem at all. Finished off her task. Our self contained unit no.2 was clean, warm & fresh. Parking space for our vehicle was great. Great value for money. Will definitely recommend staying there. Cheers

The motel is located a bit away from the main wharf and from all the main stores in town but still within walkable distance. The room was really clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. There's also an outdoor seating from our room which was nice for having breakfast.

Like a model set for crime watch. So smoke-infused we walked inside and felt like we’d replaced someone who’d just left after staying inside for 5 years chain smoking darts. Lacking basics like milk, clean dish cloths, dish rack, etc. The bed linen and towels were clean.

Suitable for taking children. Our room sleeps 5 people, 3 single beds and 1 double bed. There is a kitchen in the room, the pots and pans are all complete, and there is a refrigerator for your own simple dishes. The hotel is very close to the city centre. Remember to bring toiletries, shower gel, shampoo.

The room is very clean and tidy. It should be noted that the check-in office is at the intersection opposite the house. When checking in late, it will indicate which room the guest will stay in. The door is unlocked and you can go in directly. The room also has a small courtyard, which is suitable for drinking beer and chatting! There is also a fireplace in the house for drying towels. The Motel is very close to the popular breakfast restaurant Fairlie Barkey. You can buy breakfast and set off the next day. Their pancakes are very solid and filled with fillings and meat. What is a little unpleasant is that I paid the reservation fee for 2 adults and 1 child. When checking out, the landlord saw the three of us coming out and said that we only paid for one person, but it was considered for the sake of us taking care of the children. . We feel wronged. It was explained at the time that it might be a problem with the agent. My order was paid by 3 people normally. After we left, we asked the Ctrip housekeeper to communicate clearly with the landlord. The agent asked her to confirm that we had paid the three people. Therefore, families with children should pay attention, because a room for 2 people and a room for 3 people may have the same room type, but the price will definitely be different, because overseas, the cost of cleaning the bed and cleaning will be included. Maybe it was a misunderstanding, but the room was really nice anyway! Ctrip customer service is also reliable.

Located just opposite the sea is great. Free laundry room is the motivating point for me to return. Room is clean and spacious.

The rooms are clean and welcoming. Hotel facilities can meet the daily needs of travelers. Sleeping at night does not feel the sound of cars on the road. It is convenient and punctual to pick up and drop off at the airport.

The owner is lovely and welcoming. Thank you for a great stay.

Booked this last minute in our way from the airport to Arthur’s Pass. The room was great with all we needed in the kitchen as well. There is a small gas station not far away where you can buy some food to cook. Other than that there really isn’t much at the town. But we loved it. Also the owner was super sweet and welcoming. Great to be able to park right in front of your own room.
