We had a very comfortable stay in this unit. The place is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel at ease throughout our visit. It's conveniently located within walking distance to the mall and perfect for all the errands we had planned. Overall, our stay was smooth and relaxing ā it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Very close to the airport. Free shuttle to & from the airport šš Room was clean, not too big but just nice for me. The washroom was very convenience as the toilet's separated.
Every staff was nice. They let me check-in as early as 6am for an extra charge. They also let u order for takeaway in case u cannot stay for breakfast.
The only downside was the aircond- it's too loud for me n leaked a bit. But I was too tired to do anything about it š other than that, it's a lovely n pleasant stay with reasonable price š«°

The place was clean and nice, good location and view!
The stay was good, comfortable bed and I had all necessities.
Just to know:
The pool is not goodā¦super cold, nobody rests there.
Gym seemed ok.
I couldnāt order breakfast (trip.com had info that breakfast is available for additional payment).
And there is no storage room for a luggage.

The room is clean and has lot to offer especially if you are staying with friends or family. There are things that u can use for your comfort, like those in need for cooking. 100+ smile factor for the owner's kindness and responsiveness.
The location is good and calming to mind. The photo attached is taken in the balcony of unit.

Though A TINY BIT hard to find/accesss, the staff (including gate guards) and host went far beyond expectations to accomodate my arrival and check-in. The faciity is lovely and secluded from nearby busy streets, and the unit is charming, well appointed, and immaculately clean. Hostess Dwainne is a 5-star host. A definite re-book

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was really nice ā clean, modern, and comfy. But, there were a couple of things that weren't so great. First, we waited an hour outside their receiving area located beside their parking garage to check in! I get that things happen, but an hour is a long time to wait, and considering the weather outside that time was too hot! We badly need our room since we've just arrived from our long flight. They really need to speed up their check-in process. Second, the Lavatory in our room was clogged. That's definitely not ideal, especially when the rest of the room was spotless. It was a bit inconvenient. Even with those two issues, though, we still had a pretty good stay. I really hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes things better for future guests.

Aannaleah lacotoOverall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel has a nice pool and bar area with videoke. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay feel welcoming.
One of the best features is the room sizeāit's really spacious, which is perfect for guests like me who are claustrophobic. I appreciated the open space and simple layout.
However, the hotel could really improve by adding basic amenities. There was no mini-fridge, no bath mat, and no slippers provided. The room setup is very minimalājust the bed and bathroom, nothing extra.
If you're looking for a no-frills, spacious room with good staff and access to a pool and bar, Arzo Hotel is a decent option. Just donāt expect full hotel amenities.

PROS:
1. Great location Ā very close to shops, 7-Eleven, and even a nearby casino if you're into that.
2. Exceptional cleanliness Ā big compliments to the Housekeeping team!
3. Comfortable bed and pillows Ā very cozy.
4.Nice amenities provided: 2 bottled waters, dental kits (toothpaste and 2 toothbrushes), a comb, 1 shampoo sachet, and a small bar of soap.
5. Front desk security is excellent. Every time my partner left the hotel, they confirmed who was with me. Great job on ensuring guest safety.
6. Affordable choices of food from hotel menu and it was really taste great. š
CONS:
1. The front desk staff who checked me in didnāt seem very hospitable honestly, it was my first time experiencing that. I requested a room not near the elevator, but she still placed me next to it. The first room we were given had a non-functioning AC. I didnāt catch her name, but I think she could benefit from additional training in customer service.
2. Not ideal for light sleepers like me the walls are wooden, so you can clearly hear people in the next room talking, and unfortunately, even groaning and moaning during *** (yes, really!). š©
3. The first room we were given was on the third floor, and it was terrible you could hear people singing karaoke in another room, which made it really hard to relax.
OVERALL:
The stay was just satisfactory. Iām glad I brought my earplugs they helped reduce the noise around me. Big thanks to the manager who helped us move to a new room on the 4th floor and even extended our checkout time, since the front desk didnāt check us in properly at first but still you can hear noise to the next room but not really loud unlike the first room we had.
I didnāt catch the managerās name because I was so exhausted and just wanted to sleep after our long trip from the north to Manila. We waited around 10ā15 minutes for the new room to be ready because housekeeping was still cleaning it, but that was okay. Thanks to him the manager for the assistance!Ā

GGladNesWe stayed at GemstoneBR Nordic style bedroom facing CBD for 6 nights. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The unit was spacious and clean. The view on the window was entertaining especially at night. When we arrived, there were clean towels, tolet paper and toiletries for each guest to use. There were cooking wares and eating utensils. There were hair dryer and automatic washing machine in the bathroom. The host was also responsive with our queries.
I just wish there was a flat iron to iron our clothes, and perhaps an additional tool to hang our newly washed clothes. I also hope for the host to prioritize pest control and cleanliness on the unit as I have seen cockroaches roaming around. Also, please do change your kitchen knife as it was too dull we couldn't cut some stuff. Please also fix your bathroom door knob as it was already broken.
With few improvements and more efforts from the host, provided the unit is at a convenient location and the building amenities are great, I would recommend this airBNB to friends and probably will personally come back again.
