I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed from check-in to check-out. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, walking distance to shops/restaurants/public transport. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with comfy bedding, a well-designed layout, and amenities that included [list: e.g. espresso machine, high-speed Wi-fi, luxurious toiletries]. What really stood out was the staff service — everyone was warm, attentive and professional. From welcome greetings to helpful recommendations and prompt responses to requests, it made a big difference. The food and dining experience were also excellent: the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and dinner at their onsite restaurant was memorable. loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it.

I brought my grandmother, my mother, and my son for a short vacation, and I must say that without choosing this hotel, our trip might not have been so memorable. My grandmother is a wheelchair user, and I was truly surprised to find the hotel to be almost 99% wheelchair accessible. All the hotel staff were extremely helpful, always assisting us with pushing my grandmother. We nearly missed the chance to enjoy the beautiful seaside near the hotel, but thanks to the kind assistance of the staff, they helped us bring my grandmother there. We deeply appreciated their thoughtfulness and support. I will definitely back to Double Tree by Hilton Damai Laut Resort !

Overall, it was a pleasant stay the room was comfortable and service was good. However, the parking area could use more space, and the water heater needs improvement as the water turns from hot to warm after some time.

Stayed at this as hotel it use to be the best hotel in Ipoh when I was young. Over the years a lot of new hotel in ipoh. Impiana hotel is not like it use to be. Very bad staff management. Room that I book I wasn’t sure it was a premier room as some of other family members book a normal room look exactly the same as my room. The rooms also very outdated and only 1 lift was working out of 3 lift.

We stayed at Bedrock Hotel for two nights and had a wonderful time. The warmest of welcomes and on being shown to our room. Bed is clean and comfortable. Aircon was cold. They have water filter on every room. The hotel is centrally located with walking distance to many places. Limited designated carparks for guests. When we drove back with heavy. rain pouring, they were ready to welcome us with umbrellas in hand, which was very much appreciated. Highly recommended.

We had our own natural hot spring tub… soaking in warm water under the trees, just talking, laughing, and sometimes saying nothing at all. It felt intimate, real, and healing. 🧘♀️ The caves — Meditation cave was so quiet, we could hear our own hearts. Steam cave felt like a reset for the body. We didn’t rush anything. Everything there teaches you to slow down. 🍽️ Jeff’s Cellar dinner — This was the highlight. Fine dining in a 260-million-year-old cave — just wow. Romantic, calm, and full of little surprises from the chef. We’ll never forget it. 🌿 The overall experience? It’s not just a resort. It’s a space where two people can really reconnect — without noise, without distraction. Just you, your person, and peace. ⸻ We came here to rest. But we left with something more. A calm heart. Everything is good except they ask for deposit of RM 300 and I was told by the counter staff that the deposit require 3 months for refund. I don't think this is legit. Reply from Chatgpt: 👉 A 3-month delay for refunding a deposit is very unusual and not standard hotel practice. It could mean: The hotel is not legitimate or using your money for cash flow. They may have unclear policies (bad for customers).

Not much to expect. But for this price range, have better one around.

Cannot remember how many times we have repeat this hotel when going to Lumut. Location is strategic..breakfast got so many choices and delicious..view from our room also great..staff are also polite ang friendly..surely will repeat if we manage to come here again.
