The most spacious hotel I've stayed at in Tokyo; it's clean, comfortable, and even has a natural hot spring. It's a bit far from the city center, but the TX line gets you there directly in 42 minutes. Plus, there's an airport bus that goes straight to the airport, and the price is great! The surrounding area is also very relaxing. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.
For us the hotel was grea and clean. Near the temple, close to the supermarket, 15min from the station on foot. Free shuttle bus provided, but you need to book 3 days in advance. First bus is at 5.30
The new and old buildings are right next to each other, and the hotel is very close to the airport. There's a dedicated Toyoko Inn shuttle bus with frequent service. Even though it's right by the airport, separated by just a wall, it's surprisingly quiet in the rooms. The only restaurant around seems to be a Yoshinoya, so dining options are a bit limited.
The food selection was extensive, and the surroundings were beautiful. Our sea-view room was spacious, and the hot springs were incredibly relaxing. After a good soak, a variety of refreshing drinks were available, making for an incredibly satisfying experience.
The hotel is newly decorated and clean, the room has enough space and offers endless sea views. We chose a room with an open-air bath. It was very relaxing to enjoy the private bath while admiring the sea and sky. The staff at the counter were very polite. Although they couldn't communicate in English very well, they tried their best to help using translation software. We paid extra to enjoy the Ama-no-Yu, the scenery was just as beautiful. The purpose of vacation is to treat yourself well!

We booked this hotel due to our flight was cancelled. It’s very affordable considering a free shuttle bus is provided to and fro Narita Airport Terminal 1-3. Also they provide free shuttle bus to the city train station. For approximate USD 50-60 / night I would say it’s a great bargain. Although the room I booked it’s kinda dated and looks all, the bed was comfy but the pillow kinda small in size and can be improved. Room service can be improved too as we waited for 30mins after our first call to request for an additional pillow and we needed to call again. There’s a bath tub which surprised me for the room cost. The hotel amenities are great and surroundings are zen and beautiful. Overall it’s a good stay and a great bargain for what I paid.
I booked this hotel quite early, so the price was pretty reasonable. Its location is near the airport, or more precisely, it's situated between the airport and Narita JR Station. There's a shuttle bus service, which makes it fairly convenient. Although I was mentally prepared for the hotel's outdated facilities, my actual stay revealed that the most significant concern might be its cleanliness.
On the plus side, it's rare to find a hotel with a gym, especially one as spacious as this, likely due to its Narita location. The hotel also features a small Japanese garden, and I particularly enjoyed watching the koi carp in the pond; they were all plump and adorable.
The hotel is conveniently located on the west side of Chiba Central Park, very close to the Yoshikawa Park monorail station. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Chiba-Chuo Station.
The room I had was only partially renovated, and the bathroom fixtures felt quite old-fashioned, though the bedding was decent. The room itself was pretty spacious, but not as large as stated on Trip.com; I'd estimate it to be around 20-22 square meters. It came with two single beds, two chairs, and a tea table.
Dining options nearby are plentiful, but if you're looking for shopping, I'd recommend SOGO and BIC CAMERA near Chiba-Chuo Station for a wider selection.
Breakfast is a buffet, costing 1980 JPY per person. It offers both Japanese and Western options, providing good value for money with a wide variety and tasty dishes. You can even try Chiba's local specialty, the Rakka Peanuts Monaka.
Nearby attractions include Chiba Port, Inohana Castle Ruins, and Kisarazu Outlet Park. Getting to Makuhari Messe is also quite convenient from here.
Had a great stay here and a wonderful overall experience. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. I booked this hotel to relax for two days, and it was perfect for that. The rooms are a bit outdated, but they’re clean and comfortable. The location is a little far from the city, but the free hourly shuttle buses to both the airport and downtown definitely make up for it. The food in the restaurants is good, and the hotel also has a gym and spa, which is great.
Didn't enjoy my stay here due to the poor sound proofing. I could hear my neighbours in the middle of the night for both nights I was there (up to 1am and 3am respectively). Had to call the front desk to stop but it didn't help. People were laughing loudly and talking loudly in Japanese. Seems like they gathering there for some party.
Breakfast was really bad too. This is the worst hotel breakfast I ever had. Only the view (21F sky lounge venue) was nice. Don't pay extra for this.
Room is quite run down and the toilet bathroom as well. Didn't use it but go to the onsen instead.
Parking is 1000yen per night and you are allowed to enter and exit many times.
Pros:
Next building there's a Donki and lawson
Opp is a 7-11
Onsen is nice

FFeixiangdehelantuThe front desk service at the hotel was decent; a gentleman with glasses thoughtfully asked if I preferred service in Japanese or English. After checking in, he kindly reminded me to pick up disposable toiletries in the lobby. However, the twin room in the West Wing wasn't as large as I'd imagined. Still, for a hotel in the Tokyo area, the room size is actually above average, and I could easily lay out a large suitcase. It's clean and comfortable, making it perfect for a temporary layover. For a longer stay, though, the location is a bit too remote and inconvenient for getting around. The hotel is indeed right next to Narita Terminal 3, but walking there isn't straightforward due to the winding roads. I'd recommend waiting for the hotel shuttle bus at stop 25 outside T2 or stop 16 at T1; the bus schedule is posted, and the bus itself will have 'Tobu Hotel' written on the side.
GGuest User10/10. Couldn’t stop raving about this hotel. It’s perfect in so many aspects. I’d gladly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for accommodation near Disneyland & DisneySea. The shuttle bus is super reliable every 10 mins. Please do get the hotel breakfast too. It’s so yummy with variety of spread. The quality is amazing beyond words! The room is big as well. I’m a family of 5 and it fits us very comfortably.
Okay, 1 thing that I need to highlight is the hairdryer! Ladies, please use their ReFa hairdryer and hair straightener. They are game changers! I came across this brand after staying here and I’m a convert. If you’ve used dyson before, ReFa is a super strong contender and dare I say, even better! Your hair just dries so much smoother and they just fall into places nicely.
The amenities provided are just high quality. As a guest, I could feel thoughts were taken into consideration when they plan it. They have facial wash, skin milk, down to hair serum/oil (like what). They are free for you to take as you need, btw. So, what more can i say? The staffs were amazing beyond words too.
BBudget Solo TravelerOne of the most peaceful place I’ve been and there’s a seven eleven shop inside the hotel. They gave me a good room that I can look at Japan. I love the free sauna and transportation they provide. I have a free taxi ride also when they don’t have car going to hotel. Everything in my room is clean and the amenities were refill everyday. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and impeccably clean. The welcome wreath at the entrance added a lovely, ceremonial touch. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Stepping into the room and seeing the beautiful, distant view of Tokyo Bay instantly lifted my spirits. For added convenience, a shuttle service is available during morning and evening peak hours to Disneyland, DisneySea, and Shin-Urayasu Station. While Shin-Urayasu Station is about a 1.3 km walk from the hotel, it's also just a two-stop bus ride away.

BBendeyingzhengThe room was excellent, very clean and quite spacious. The hotel staff were very attentive and even upgraded our room for free, accommodating my two daughters and me.
The location is convenient, with a free shuttle bus to the subway.
Within a 10-minute walk, there are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants near the hotel.
Tokyo Bay is just a 5-minute walk away.
The outdoor scenery is beautiful.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.
FfyukmingIt is located very closely to Tokyo DisneySea and Maihama train station. You can walk to Tokyo DisneySea or Maihama station in 10 minutes. Staying this hotel allows you to sleep a bit more and wake up a bit late before going to the entrance of Tokyo DisneySea to join the queue to enter DisneySea at 06:30-07:00 in the early morning. It is not close to Tokyo Disneyland so, if you are going to Disneyland, you have to take the monorail or taxi. The rooms we stayed in were spacious and clean. We love that they have two types of pillows already placed on the beds for our selection - one is soft and rectangular (the common one) and the other one is harder and shaped to support your neck.
