The hotel is relatively close to the subway station, which is convenient for getting around, but it's too far from central Tokyo, which is quite inconvenient, and you even have to exit the station for transfers. Because of its proximity to the station, I was worried about getting a good night's sleep, so I emailed the hotel before checking in to request a room on the university side. However, upon arrival, the front desk still assigned me a room on the station side. The train noise was very loud, so I went to the front desk to ask for a room change. One of the female front desk staff actually didn't know there was a university nearby; it was infuriating! I had to open my email to show them before they finally changed my room. The hot springs on the third floor of the hotel weren't crowded, but it was a bit inconvenient to have to bring towels from the room.

The hotel offers a free airport shuttle, which is very convenient and efficient. The front desk staff are attentive, and the room is clean and tidy. The decor has a vintage feel with a minimalist style, and it offers great value for money.

This was the first hotel I stayed at after landing. There's actually a bus from the airport to the hotel, but I didn't get in touch with them initially, nor did I ask anyone at the airport. I ended up walking there. I chose a single room, and it had all the amenities – perfect for one person. Even though it's near the airport, it was surprisingly quiet.

The food selection was extensive, and the surroundings were beautiful. Our sea-view room was spacious, and the hot springs were incredibly relaxing. After a good soak, a variety of refreshing drinks were available, making for an incredibly satisfying experience.

This is a beautiful hotel right on the waterfront. It's also great that Kamogawa Sea World is within walking distance. When we arrived at Awa-Kamogawa Station, we were greeted by a minibus, left our luggage, and headed directly to Kamogawa Sea World to watch the killer whale show. We were greeted with seawater by the killer whales, and both my husband and I got soaked! It felt amazing! The building has moved from the former Yoshidaya to a location adjacent to Kamogawa Sea World. Before the move, it was a popular inn, but it has now been demolished and replaced by the modern Yoshidaya building. In the basement of the current building, there is a memory museum that brings back memories, and it was a nostalgic experience. There are many baths, including a large open-air bath, three bathtubs, and a sauna. Soaking in the open-air bath while looking out at the ocean and listening to the sounds of the waves was incredibly relaxing. For breakfast and dinner, a buffet of Japanese and Western dishes is served, with so many options that families with children can enjoy, it's almost impossible to finish them all. The food was also cooked right in front of us, so we enjoyed it piping hot. Kamogawa city has lost much of its former charm and feels a bit deserted, but there are still lots of surfers and it feels the same as it did in the past. The coffee shop is gone, but in its place there is a single konbi restaurant in front of the station. I chose Kamogawa Grand Hotel and it was a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

I stayed at the Main building, not the Garden Wing as stated by many to be poorly maintained. Rooms are small, older but functional. Complimentary Shuttle to and from the airport/ Narita city and hotel. There are many airport hotels near Narita but everyone chooses this because of its ONSEN! It is a must. In-house guest can pay a small fee of 700yen for multiple visits. Given the affordable room price, I think the onsen fee is reasonable because OMG, the onsen settings are beautiful and relaxing, especially the outdoor onsens! Male and Female sides change between the afternoon/night and morning sessions. So do yourself a favour and try out the onsens if you choose to stay here. If not, it is your loss.

23 January 2026 I chose to stay here due to the cost, shuttle buses, and restaurants on site. I stayed from 5th January to 19th January 2026. The pickup from the airport was easy. I arrived early and had to wait to check-in at 1500 hours (3:00 p.m.). They accepted my luggage and I got the free bus to Narita Square. Walked around getting the lay out of the area. Free shuttle back to Hotel. Arrived and allowed to check in. They clean the room every other day and provide fresh towels every other day. The wi-fi was strong in all areas. Multi routers & log-in for the areas. The signature restaurant was closed. They have another with limited meals. The breakfast buffet was Japanese with very limited western items. Sausage (hotdogs flavor) French fries (large steak fry cut) poorly seasoned, toast & rolls, coffee & juice. About the 6th or 7th day boiled eggs were available. I tried many of the Japanese dishes and some were favorable and others not. I ate raw tuna daily and it still needs salt, pepper, flour & hot grease. The laundry facilities were clean and worked well. I did note a few areas of concern the smoked area over the lights and HVAC grates/grills needed cleaning. They have a convenience store on premises. I used the airport shuttle to airport to take train to Tokyo.

The hotel is conveniently located on the west side of Chiba Central Park, very close to the Yoshikawa Park monorail station. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Chiba-Chuo Station. The room I had was only partially renovated, and the bathroom fixtures felt quite old-fashioned, though the bedding was decent. The room itself was pretty spacious, but not as large as stated on Trip.com; I'd estimate it to be around 20-22 square meters. It came with two single beds, two chairs, and a tea table. Dining options nearby are plentiful, but if you're looking for shopping, I'd recommend SOGO and BIC CAMERA near Chiba-Chuo Station for a wider selection. Breakfast is a buffet, costing 1980 JPY per person. It offers both Japanese and Western options, providing good value for money with a wide variety and tasty dishes. You can even try Chiba's local specialty, the Rakka Peanuts Monaka. Nearby attractions include Chiba Port, Inohana Castle Ruins, and Kisarazu Outlet Park. Getting to Makuhari Messe is also quite convenient from here.

Pleasantly Spacious Rooms, Stunning Breakfast Views, but Bus Stop Location Needs Improvement This hotel offers surprisingly spacious rooms for the price point, which was a definite plus. While my room on a lower floor didn't have the sea view mentioned in some descriptions, I found it comfortable and well-sized. A true highlight was the breakfast on the 21st floor. The panoramic views were absolutely beautiful and made for a delightful start to the day. The sauna was adequate, though not particularly memorable. The one significant drawback was the difficulty in locating the bus shuttle. The absence of a clearly marked location or a QR code made finding it quite frustrating. This is an area the hotel should definitely address to improve the guest experience.

MMeimaoheituziOur stay at the Tokyo Bay Oriental Hotel was absolutely fantastic – it truly felt like the perfect base for our Disneyland trip! As an official Disney partner hotel, their free shuttle service was incredibly convenient. Shuttles ran frequently, saving us the hassle of navigating complicated subway transfers. We just hopped on right outside the hotel, and in about 15 minutes, we were directly at the park gates. This was especially great for getting to early entry, avoiding the crowded trains and instantly improving our mood with that exclusive feeling. The hotel's location is also superb, right next to an AEON supermarket, which was a lifesaver for us tourists. The supermarket had an amazing selection of groceries and snacks. We'd grab sushi and bento boxes in the evening, which saved us money and was super convenient to bring into the park the next day. Plus, there were other malls and drugstores nearby, so food and shopping were never an issue. What I absolutely can't stop thinking about is the complimentary snack bar on the hotel's 2nd floor, open from 2 PM to 11 PM. It was pure joy! While there were many drinks and snacks, the honey scones were the absolute highlight – freshly baked, incredibly fragrant, sweet but not cloying. Paired with free ice cream and coffee, spending an afternoon there was just delightful. This stay perfectly sorted out both our dining and transportation needs. Next time we visit Tokyo Disney, we'll definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

GGuest Userrecently spent five days at this hotel, and overall, my experience was good. While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

SSecaiweilan[Transportation] From Haneda Airport, you can take Bus No. 6 directly to the hotel entrance. You need to buy tickets first at the self-service machine. Our 6:30 PM bus was full, so we had to wait for the 7:30 PM one. From the hotel to AEON Mall, there's a free shuttle bus service (the drop-off point is directly opposite the mall). You can eat, visit the supermarket, and there's also a small tax-free pharmacy, which is very convenient. The hotel front desk provides a timetable. It includes schedules for going to Land and Sea. There's also a timetable for buses from the hotel to the airport; just snap a photo of it in the lobby, make an online reservation in advance, and then simply scan the QR code to board the airport bus the next day – very convenient. [Hotel] The room was very quiet. The hotel has its own restaurant. We checked in at 9:30 PM on our first night, and the restaurant still accommodated us and prepared four set meals. The service was excellent, and the food tasted good too. Great value for money, no need to stay in the expensive city center. I'll definitely come again next time!

FfyukmingIt is located very closely to Tokyo DisneySea and Maihama train station. You can walk to Tokyo DisneySea or Maihama station in 10 minutes. Staying this hotel allows you to sleep a bit more and wake up a bit late before going to the entrance of Tokyo DisneySea to join the queue to enter DisneySea at 06:30-07:00 in the early morning. It is not close to Tokyo Disneyland so, if you are going to Disneyland, you have to take the monorail or taxi. The rooms we stayed in were spacious and clean. We love that they have two types of pillows already placed on the beds for our selection - one is soft and rectangular (the common one) and the other one is harder and shaped to support your neck.
