An old luxury hotel with a very good location, right by the lake. It is very convenient to eat, drink and shop around. The room facilities are also well maintained. The hotel is RIGHT IN FRONT of the main Central Train station. Behind the hotel is the shopping belt and the old town where you can walk to see the various architectural buildings. The staff there were helpful especially in the early morning getting me a taxi to the airport. Cleaning staff replenishes the toiletries daily without fail. Is a great hotel location and place to stay in Zurich.

Found a pair of sneakers under the bed which makes me question cleaning standards. Separate we to shower which wasn’t shown in the photos. For a big named hotel, a bit disappointing.
