Normal apartments near the beach. The view is simply mind-blowing, very beautiful. The proximity to the sea and eateries is pleasing. Otherwise, the room has seen some views, not the first freshness, but you can live and the condition is acceptable. They cleaned only if there was a scandal, otherwise they ignored it. It's a pity that you can't smoke. The presence of a refrigerator and all the other necessary equipment is pleasing. It's far from the center.

Отличное место для нескольких ночей, мне достался спокойный этаж, так что было минимум шума, спала замечательно. Вся мебель новая, чистая, уборка на 5+ Хорошие шторы, достаточное количество розеток и неплохая скорость wi-fi Минусы: рядом с комплексом находится парк развлечений и ночной клуб, так что вечерами там довольно шумно, но если закрыты двери - то едва различимо. Мой номер был посередине этажа.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2025 and would like to share our impressions. First, the hospitality is incredible. We arrived at the hotel at 10:45, the owner is a very welcoming and hospitable host. We were offered to hurry up for breakfast, which ended at 11:00, although check-in is at 14:00 and we only have breakfast the next day!!   Second, they allowed us to check in early, which was very nice.   Third, the breakfast menu is very varied: coffee, juice, wine, salads, pastries, jam, sliced ​​meats, scrambled eggs, fruits. Very satisfying and tasty. Fourth, the hotel staff shows genuine concern for their guests. They ask if the room is warm, clean, and also offer various activities, play billiards on the upper terrace, which offers a view of the tower on Europe Square, the embankment, or drink coffee. Special thanks to Irina! Our chef! A very nice lady, creating a homely atmosphere.  Fifth - The hotel rooms are clean and cozy, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Among the amenities - Wi-Fi, drinking water, shampoos, soap (both in the shower and at the sink), hair dryer, slippers, hygienic shower, a set of towels. Heated floors. There is heating, which is important for the cold season. Also in the room there is a TV with channels in Russian.   Sixth - the hotel is located 5-7 minutes walk from the Batumi embankment, the sea, Europe Square and the Argo cable car.   We will definitely return to this hotel again and will recommend it to our friends and acquaintances. Great place to stay. Very Cody room with a stunning city view. A bit hard to find so it’s worth calling the owner when you arrive. He is super nice and will come to pick you up. He was also super helpful, providing all kinds of information about the city

The apartments are located in the Orbi City complex, block D. A very pleasant owner answered all questions at the reservation stage. Communication in English at Whats App. Ask for a room higher and with a good view on the sea - he provided it. On the 40th floor with excellent view on the sea, city and mountains. The room itself is in good condition, everything works, nothing falls off. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a fan, clean towels and a pair of sets of shampoo+gel for shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi in the room works without complaints - the Internet is fast. Also in the room there is a small tile, a teapot and a tug. In general, everything for comfortable accommodation. Of the shortcomings I can note only the absence of a yursik. Otherwise, wonderful apartments with a wonderful owner. I definitely recommend.

酒店距離土耳其邊境口岸衹有6公里左右，非常適合從格魯吉亞🇬🇪陸路口岸入境土耳其的朋友，從酒店出發到16路公交車站，刷卡上車票價0.8拉里，酒店衞生設施齊全，客人要看清楚酒店地址，所謂到市中心

Отличный семейный отель в самом центре старого Батуми. До набережной минут 10 пешком спокойным шагом. В отеле есть тапочки, фен, зубная щетка. Холодильник. Рядом много супермаркетов. 7 минут на такси до железнодорожного вокзала. 3 минуты пешком до остановки маршруток, на которых можно уехать до границы с Турцией.
