I absolutely love this hotel! I first discovered it ten years ago during my initial visit to Cangzhou, and ever since, whenever I pass through, I always choose to stay here. After all these years, the hotel is still so well-maintained, which really shows their high standards. The lobby is grand, bright, and features cultural elements, offering complimentary drinks and snacks to guests. The front desk staff are warm, professional, and patient, and the lobby manager is very friendly, proactively engaging with guests and introducing local attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with windows for ventilation and humidifiers. The facilities are meticulously maintained, especially the bathroom and shower, which have grab bars for safety – a thoughtful touch. The toiletries are also high-quality. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and plentiful, with good quality. They deliver drinks, yogurt, and fruit to the room, and phone requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The parking lot is large enough, and the attendants are polite and courteous. The hotel's location is convenient, right off the Beijing-Taiwan Expressway, with beautiful surroundings and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The attention to detail in their service truly reflects how much they value the customer experience. Highly recommended!

My stay at the R&F Intercontinental was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, right downstairs you have the night market and a shopping mall. Bella provided exceptional service throughout my stay, she was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to meet all my needs. The room was spotless, free of any unpleasant smells, and fully equipped with all the amenities. It made getting around and shopping incredibly convenient.
The location is excellent, right next to the Hebei Provincial Museum. It was my child's birthday, and the hotel decorated the room and even gave us a mini cake. We had lunch at the hotel and later went to the pool, which made my child very happy. For breakfast, there were plenty of dim sum options, but it would be great to add a few more stir-fried dishes. Also, the hotel's pastries are excellent; I tried them for both lunch and breakfast. The staff at the pastry counter were very enthusiastic. The service, cleanliness, and bedding were all great. Finally, I suggest adding a shoehorn to the room.

As foreign travellers, we ran into some difficulties purchasing attraction tickets and bus transfer due to lack of a local phone number. We met David at the concierge and asked if we could get some help to purchase. Without hesitation, he offered to purchase on our behalf and even followed up with the attraction to confirm the arrangement. Thanks to his help, we were able to visit the attraction smoothly the next day without any issues. He made us feel very welcome, and his help left us with a wonderful impression of Handan☺️ Thanks David!
True to its reputation as the first InterContinental hotel in Xingtai, the quality is undeniable. The room was spacious, and the decor followed the brand's signature style. The bellhop proactively helped with our luggage, and Rea at the front desk processed our check-in with a smile, very efficiently, and even provided details about breakfast times and location. Any issues we had were met with quick and positive responses. Manager Lucas was also incredibly helpful, assisting us promptly with any travel questions or minor hiccups we encountered, showcasing both professionalism and genuine enthusiasm. These two individuals, in particular, made our stay so enjoyable. I will continue to choose InterContinental Group hotels in the future.

180° Cloud Sea View Executive Benefits: The afternoon tea selection was a bit limited, and the desserts were just okay, but the ability to enter and exit multiple times was a plus. Dinner consisted of six dishes with a good mix of meat and vegetables, hot and cold, which was perfect for us who prefer smaller, more frequent meals and enjoy tea and coffee. The room had a large balcony with an expansive view from a high floor, but you couldn't see the sunrise or sunset from there; you had to go out to the beach. The hotel is very close to the beach, which was clean, crystal clear, and had beautiful layers of different colored water. Since the swimming area wasn't officially open yet, the hotel wasn't too crowded, and they kindly extended my check-out time until 4 PM, which I really appreciated! The pool water was warm, but it wasn't a standard lap pool. The treadmills in the gym were good.
Arrived on the afternoon of Chinese New Year's Day. Both counters were busy during check-in, but Cathy proactively directed us to the third one. Since we were two adults with two young children, it was a bit of a struggle. Cathy thoughtfully gave the kids small horses to comfort them, which was very sweet. For the rest of our stay, everything perfectly matched our booking requests: a bed rail was installed, and child-friendly toiletries and a toilet seat were provided.
The housekeeping staff never slacked off, even though the kids made quite a mess. Our room was always spotless when we returned.
We'll definitely be back!

The InterContinental is in a great location, right by the lake, and close to the high-speed rail station, Olympic Village, and Thaiwoo Ski Resort, yet far enough away that none of them disturb the peace. Everything is within a five-minute drive, which is super convenient when you're traveling with kids.
The sofa was perfect for our child, who is over 1.3 meters tall. She slept comfortably on it without needing an extra bed.
Kerry was amazing! Not only did she arrange a walk for our 'fat but cute' dog, 'Er Zhu' (which is hilarious, by the way), but she also helped us promptly send back clothes we left behind after check-out. And Anning from 'Hengyi Travel Photography' inside the hotel was fantastic – she delivered photos quickly and edited them beautifully. Five-star ratings for both of them! Other staff members were also very friendly, always greeting us with a smile.
Aside from the breakfast rush on Sunday and the pool being a bit chilly, we were very satisfied overall. We'll definitely be staying here again.

The shower was clogged (completely, the water didn't drain), so I tried to use the bath, and there the showerhead didn't work, so we couldn't do the most basic thing of taking a shower in our room. We didn't try to change rooms because we found out after midnight and were too tired to deal with complaining and packing and moving to a different room. However, this is not acceptable. I would expect this thing in a cheap hostel, not in a fancy hotel.

I was very satisfied with the hotel I booked this time! Its location isn't in the commercial core area, but precisely because of that, the accommodation environment is very tranquil. Plus, there's a shuttle service available on demand for pick-ups and drop-offs, which is incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. It was a semi-buffet style where you could order freshly made dishes, and the beef noodles were delicious. I enjoyed spending a leisurely afternoon with a cup of coffee by the pool.
I absolutely have to commend Summer from Nuoan Yuanjin Hotel! From the booking stage, she patiently answered all my questions about room types, shuttle services, and park entry policies, responding promptly and professionally. Upon arrival, she proactively helped with my luggage, meticulously explained the hotel's canopy, public facilities, and sunrise viewing spots, and even thoughtfully provided welcome drinks and snacks. During my stay, any requests were met with immediate responses, whether it was coordinating rooms, calling a car, recommending lesser-known attractions, or even reminding me about changes in the seaside weather. Her service was thorough and heartwarming. She was incredibly genuine and enthusiastic, always with a warm smile, making me feel like she was a caring friend, which made the trip much more comfortable.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a truly wonderful surprise! The location is top-notch, super convenient for getting around, being so close to both the subway station and major attractions. The lobby is elegantly decorated and has a subtle, calming fragrance that instantly helps you relax. The front desk staff, especially the lady who assisted me, was incredibly kind. She upgraded my room for free and thoughtfully sent up fruit and a sweet soup. Service was very prompt. My room was spacious and bright, with soft, comfortable bedding, and a selection of pillows at different heights – I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation, brand-name toiletries, and excellent water pressure from the shower. Breakfast was abundant, offering both Chinese and Western options; the freshly made noodles and fried eggs were particularly delicious. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!
TTangyuxiaonazhaThe service here was a bit of a letdown. While the facilities were actually better than the InterContinental I stayed at a couple of days ago, the service didn't quite measure up. I booked connecting rooms with king beds, just like before, but when I called ahead, they made all sorts of excuses about not being able to arrange adjoining rooms. The staff's communication skills definitely need improvement. Then, at check-in, they started talking about whether our room was facing the street or not, even though our suite clearly was. High-floor rooms facing the street are bound to be noisy at night, so I'm not sure what the staff was getting at.
The biggest rip-off was the breakfast. For such an average buffet, they still charged extra for children, and rooms including breakfast were hundreds more – definitely not worth it. I strongly advise against booking a room with breakfast. I thought the InterContinental's breakfast was bad, but at least they had a wider selection of pastries. Here, the breakfast was barely on par with a budget hotel; it was so bad I almost wanted to complain. The score reflects the facilities, not the breakfast – what a scam!
On a positive note, I want to specifically commend the housekeeping department. The housekeeping staff were all incredibly dedicated and conscientious. We only stayed one night and left early the next morning, but the housekeeping attendant patiently kept asking if we needed anything. Thumbs up to them!

GGuest UserThe front desk staff were quite polite, and the room's decor felt pretty stylish. The breakfast selection was decent, and the taste was average. The surrounding scenery is quite nice, and it's pleasant to take a stroll outside. The parking lot isn't very large, so it can be tight during peak times, but access is very convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities were exceptionally clean and spacious.
The breakfast menu was diverse and delicious, and evenings spent with a beer in the balcony jacuzzi were absolutely perfect!
The special experience of interacting with deer and alpacas every morning was incredibly healing.
The resort’s free access to an amusement park, water park, and hot springs made it ideal for family trips.
The private beach was pristine and peaceful, offering a truly relaxing retreat.
Reception and housekeeping staff were all very friendly. A special shout-out to 《Joy》, the only English-speaking staff member, who provided immense help throughout our stay—making our family trip even more enjoyable!
It was a flawless resort experience. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserCame here to ski during the Chinese New Year holiday, and Genting is an old favorite of mine. I have to give it a 100-star rating this time! I happened to catch the two windiest days of the ski season, but Genting's gondola, though a bit slower, kept running as usual. Genting's ski resort has the shortest queues, and most of its slopes are south-facing with great visibility. I managed to hit all the advanced runs twice over the two days, starting the new year with full energy and passion. It was fantastic! The hotel was prompt with water delivery, the hotpot wasn't expensive, and the front desk even gave us a late check-out since we had a child with us. All in all, it's the best hotel in Chongli, absolutely loved it!

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel offers complimentary snacks, which are convenient to take when you're out and about. It's very close to tourist attractions, and a taxi to Nanchuan Old Street is only about 10 yuan. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. Nearby attractions include the museum, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, Nanchuan Old Street, and boat tours, all of which are great. There's also a snack street in the residential complex opposite the hotel. It's a really good hotel with excellent parking and great value for money.
The front office manager is truly available on call, even replying to WeChat messages at midnight. The next day, when Cangzhou's temperature dropped, they proactively contacted me to inform me about the cold weather and advised me to add more layers. This is truly personalized service. Thumbs up! LLinghunfenliqiThe hotel environment is really nice. Guests with pets stay on the first floor of zone three. The room size is good, and it's just a few minutes' walk to a large lawn. Beyond the lawn is the beach, which is very convenient. The room also had some pet supplies, but we prefer to bring our own so we didn't use them. The butler service was very attentive and answered all our questions. The Arcadia lawn is absolutely fantastic, in my opinion, it's bigger and better quality than both Aranya and Rushihai, though there's not much shade, only in a few spots.
