GGuest UserThe entire hotel has a fantastic ambiance, feeling warm and healing everywhere. The cleanliness was good, and there was plenty of stable hot water. The service was thoughtful and attentive, with no noise or crowds. Overall, it was a good stay with decent value for money. The views were also quite nice.
Xxdeng0219The staff and manager were incredibly warm and welcoming. Since my wife is a foreigner, the staff proactively reminded us and helped us with some visa-related matters, which was a huge help. The room itself was clean and tidy, though some facilities showed a bit of age due to the hotel's construction time. Overall, our stay was quite good. The breakfast spread, along with the NIO fast-charging station, were definite highlights. We also visited Huancai Mountain in Golmud, which was absolutely stunning!
GGuest UserI am a little disappointed. Advertising said English speaking staff. One lady spoke some English but mainly used translator - which is fine - but communication was very difficult. I experienced the following issues:
The room was extremely hot and it seems it’s centrally controlled. When I said it was too hot they didn’t adjust it but gave me a humidifier which didn’t help with temperature. When I was checking out I asked to help to call the taxi - their initial response was to walk - 15min. I have 3 heavy bags and am also feeling sick so I didn’t want to walk. I asked again later - they just said hi to the bus stop and get a taxi. I was surprised that they couldn’t be bothered to down with me and get one for me - knowing that I can’t speak Chinese - it’s few minutes of their time. They were standing around not doing anything anyway. So very disappointed overall.
One positive is that they packed me a small takeaway breakfast for fist morning when I had to leave early.
Please try to help your guests - small gestures of care makes a big difference!
GGuest UserMy overall stay completely exceeded expectations. The lobby fragrance was sophisticated and pleasant, not overpowering, and the decor was simple yet grand. The room was spacious with excellent natural light and a fantastic view from the window. The zero-pressure pillows were incredibly comfortable, and room service was prompt. They even thoughtfully provided drinking water. The 24-hour front desk gave a great sense of security, and there was ample parking, making it stress-free for those traveling by car. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I genuinely recommend it to everyone.
GGuest UserGirls, you HAVE to book this hotel! I've stayed in all kinds of hotels around the world, and this one is absolutely incredible value for money. If you can, go straight for a villa! I recommend checking in a bit early and spending more time at the hotel, because the experience there is truly amazing, surrounded by Danxia landforms. Even for someone like me who only cares about the experience, I took so many pictures here – you can tell how photogenic it is. The butler was super, super attentive, and as someone from Hunan, I can confirm the hotel breakfast was great. I'm so glad I stopped for a night at this hotel on the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop. The last picture shows how much I didn't want to leave my room 🥲🥲 Finally, a big heart for my butler sis ❤️
GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star review! The entire place is impeccably clean and well-maintained, feeling fresh and comfortable from the moment you walk in. Straight ahead from the lobby entrance is the lounge, where afternoon tea is also available. The recreational facilities are comprehensive; the mahjong/card room has excellent soundproofing, allowing us to have a great time with friends. The self-service laundry room comes with a dryer and even a garment steamer, making it easy to manage clothes during our trip. The staff, especially Xiao Maoniu (the little yak), were incredibly enthusiastic, proactively helping with luggage and recommending local attractions. They even offered free ******* clothing for photos, and helped us put them on. The restaurant offers a fresh and diverse menu with delicious food. The service is meticulous, the facilities are complete, and the hygiene is top-notch. An excellent choice for accommodation and travel!
GGuest UserThe front desk service was very enthusiastic. When I checked in, I was given cookies, which were delicious and hot. The front desk lady patiently introduced the hotel and the swimming pool and gym. I also went to experience them. The service of the swimming pool staff was also very good and warm. The room was clean and tidy. I will continue to choose this hotel next time.
GGuest UserThe hotel lobby's decor was luxurious and grand, and the front desk staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, their smiles were truly heartwarming. I had originally booked a standard room, but the front desk agent thoroughly explained the benefits of a view room. After upgrading, the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an absolutely stunning view. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the mattress was perfectly firm yet comfortable. It was quiet at night, not noisy at all, making for an overall perfect experience.
LLeach 077I booked this hotel through Trip.com right before the Dragon Boat Festival for 393 yuan per night.
After checking in, I found the room facilities and everything else to be mostly good. On the evening of my arrival, I received a welcome gift of yogurt and some snacks.
I used my Trip.com points to redeem breakfast. The breakfast spread was extensive, but mostly consisted of carbs, with relatively fewer protein options (though there were fried eggs, shredded lamb tripe, and bacon; and some stir-fried meat slices in the vegetable dishes).
The hotel has a swimming pool, and I had high hopes for it, but the actual experience was quite poor: the pool on the sixth floor didn't provide towels or slippers, and the pool itself had an unpleasant odor (like a sewage backup). Even more absurd, the shower rooms in the changing rooms didn't even have body wash or shampoo. It was, frankly, ridiculous.
