The hotel views are absolutely stunning! You get beautiful scenery outside the window, with snow-capped mountains visible from both the front and back, plus a nearby stream. It's incredibly therapeutic to just relax and take in the views. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive throughout my stay, always quick to respond to any requests. Their service was both thoughtful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable too. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

Every time I visit Mianyang, I stay at this hotel. I truly, truly, truly love it! The rooms are large and clean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view of the sunrise. The lighting in the room is soft and easy on the eyes, and the layout is simple and cozy. The bathroom facilities are in perfect condition and smart – the temperature-controlled toilet seat is super comfortable, the shower provides a steady stream, and hot water is fast and plentiful. Lexi and her team provide professional and efficient service, promptly resolving any issues guests might have, making for a worry-free and pleasant stay. Their 31st floor is also lovely; you can grab a coffee there. In the afternoons when I have free time, I enjoy going up to sit quietly and sip coffee while admiring the high-rise night view. I've recommended it to my friends, and they all said it was great. I'll definitely be back!

Service: Extremely satisfied! Before checking in, I communicated that I was traveling with a child and hoped for some kid-friendly arrangements. The staff responded promptly and meticulously decorated the room with balloons and a small astronaut lamp, which my child adored. They also gifted a chestnut children's picture book and a little lion fridge magnet, and had child amenities, plus two cute rubber duckies, ready in advance. My child was thrilled, and we, the adults, were equally pleased! 👍 When my child wandered to the front desk, a staff member proactively gave them a puzzle. During check-in and check-out, they were very helpful with inquiries and directions, and assisted with luggage, demonstrating excellent service. Daily Double Ritz-Carlton Executive Lounge Benefits: Five meals a day truly filled us up! The main courses were cooked fresh by a chef on-site, and other dishes, though not numerous, were exquisite. I particularly loved the wide selection of salads! There was a great variety of alcoholic beverages, and you could even mix your own cocktails in the evening. All the staff were wonderful and thoughtful. Although the late-night meal was primarily for drinks and children couldn't dine, they brought back several hash browns and chocolates for my child, which was super satisfying. For breakfast, we went downstairs for a wider selection. The panda latte art was adorable, and they even offered lunchboxes for kids to take food with them, very kid-friendly! 👍 Hygien: The room was very clean, amenities were promptly replaced, and turn-down service was proactively offered. Coming back to a clean and tidy room after a day out truly lifts your spirits! 👍

We stayed for two nights in a suite at the Hyatt Regency Chengdu (the review mistakenly says Chongqing), and since we were on vacation, we really indulged in food and drinks – a big thanks to the housekeeping staff! The dining table in the suite was large and very convenient, and the staff were incredibly patient, bringing us plates and glasses whenever we needed them. The living room was also super spacious. The hotel's overall design is simple yet refined, blending modernity with comfort. Every detail showcased quality and thoughtfulness. The bedding, in particular, was exceptionally comfortable; we slept wonderfully and didn't want to leave. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, but this one definitely has the most comfortable bedding. We were on a high floor, room 3336, which offered panoramic views of the bustling city. The view was expansive during the day and dazzling at night, truly invigorating. The hotel's location is excellent, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. What's even more commendable is the hotel staff's warm and professional service; their attention to detail made us feel right at home from check-in to check-out. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Chengdu!

Five out of five stars, I highly recommend the JW Marriott Hotel Chengdu! The hotel is located in the heart of Tianfu Square, making it incredibly convenient to get to Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley. The rooms are clean, spacious, and offer expansive views. The facilities are very well maintained, making for an extremely comfortable stay. A special thank you to Ella and Michelle from the Guest Relations team this time! I asked them in advance to help deliver flowers and gifts to the room, and they were incredibly gentle and patient throughout the communication, carefully confirming the delivery time, and even adding thoughtful and delicate decorations. Stepping into the room was a moment filled with delightful surprise and a sense of occasion. Their service was professional and meticulous, always considering the guest's perspective, both gentle and considerate, truly embodying the warm hospitality of JW Marriott. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the Sichuanese snacks are authentic. The entire staff's service attitude was excellent. I will definitely choose the JW Marriott Hotel Chengdu again on my next visit to the city, and a big thank you once more to Ella and Michelle!

The dedicated butler service was meticulous yet discreet. They were never intrusive but always responded instantly to any request. Before arrival, they thoughtfully confirmed my preferences and assisted with a speedy check-in upon arrival. Fresh welcome fruits were waiting in the room, and they proactively asked if I needed a latex pillow. Since I was traveling with a child, a full set of children's amenities was provided. Luggage storage, itinerary inquiries, and invoice processing at checkout were all handled seamlessly. The butler was gentle and patient throughout, making the entire experience excellent – thoughtful and professional. If you're staying in Chengdu, choosing this butler is a must!

My stay at The St. Regis Chengdu was a fantastic experience. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the St. Regis Suite. The suite was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable…a true home away from home. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a great variety of quality options. The highlight for me was the dinner seafood buffet, the spread was really impressive and the addition of hotpot made it even more special. Absolutely delicious. Service throughout the hotel was outstanding. From the warm welcome at check-in to the seamless check-out, every staff member we encountered was attentive and professional. Gym team who took the time to walk us through the facilities personally was a small gesture that made a big difference. Highly recommend The St. Regis Chengdu for anyone looking for luxury, comfort and genuine hospitality.

想來川西很久了，看到這家關注了很久的野奢帳篷酒店開業，找了一個週末果斷出發了。 先説説服務吧，下預訂了當天就有酒店專屬我的管家聯繫我，為安排接下來的一切行程，人還沒到酒店，服務已經到位了！表揚👍 帳篷就是用的頂級高端品牌，內部設施也是非常的貼心！地暖、空調、電熱毯等等一應俱全，根據個人習慣去調節，住起來特別舒服啊。住過很多酒店，他們家的床墊睡起來絕對可以排前三了，衞浴用起來也是舒服的。 酒店活動也很豐富，嚮導帶我們去了七藏溝徒步紅星海子，風景真的太美了。如果不想徒步酒店裡也有豐富體驗，可以體驗畫唐卡、製作藏香。還可以在酒店周邊挖蟲草！！酒店小姐姐非常有經驗，耐心告訴我該怎麼找蟲草。把自己完完全全交給大自然，探索自然的感覺太棒了。酒店生態特別好，運氣好可以偶遇梅花鹿和高原雪兔！ 最後誇誇酒店的餐飲，既有暖乎乎的湯鍋、也有也有西餐菜系，當然開胃下飯菜也是必不可少，都很好吃，出餐水準是在線的，早餐選擇也很豐富，特別推薦土生烏雞米線和黑松露牛油果三明治。 給力的酒店、完美的旅程，準備下次再來看雪山。

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

First and foremost, a special thank you to Xiaoling at the front desk! My stay was just a regular booking, but Xiaoling not only greeted us warmly but also thoughtfully upgraded our room for free. The new room offered a fantastic view overlooking the beautiful Jinjiang River, instantly brightening up our entire trip. What moved me even more was an incident during checkout. I accidentally left an important item in the room and was extremely anxious. I contacted the hotel with a glimmer of hope, and again, it was Xiaoling who immediately calmed my nerves and quickly coordinated with housekeeping and concierge to search for it. Thanks to her efficient communication and the hotel staff's sense of responsibility, my lost item was found quickly and returned to me in perfect condition. This level of professionalism, addressing guests' urgent needs, is truly invaluable! From the delightful room upgrade to the smooth recovery of my lost item, Shangri-La Chengdu truly delivered top-notch service. Next time I'm in Chengdu, this will definitely be my first choice again.
