Excellent service, very well attended, its staff is well prepared for guest service. Clean room. It offers a beach 50 meters away but currently there is no beach. They are under construction, so you must travel more than 500 meters to have access to one. The prices of minibar products are very high. I rate it overall 4.5/5

Casa Santa Clara: Sofitel Legend under Accor. It is also the largest of the three luxury brands in the city. The picture shows the garden. It is also a historical site where you can have breakfast surrounded by lush tropical plants and mottled ancient walls with columns. It is wonderful! I am also very grateful for the recommendation of netizens this time. I am also an Accor member, so I chose it. The service is as warm and sophisticated as expected, and it is the first hotel I have encountered that gives a welcome gift - a big bag of Colombian coffee powder! It feels very thoughtful! Excellent hotel and staff. Brand new with some amazing art work and decor. The view and ambience is simply beautiful. The only one problem I have which I know is being addressed is the last 1/2 drive to the hotel is literally thru some rough unpaved road which can make you car sick if you suffer from motion sickness. Besides that which I said is being addressed a must visit to relax and be one with nature if you are in Cartagena

The old 5 star hotel that stayed when I first came to CARTAGENA 10 years ago, was very impressed, especially for the courtyard layout, the swimming pool and the restaurant on the side. It arrived at around 10:00 am. It has been 28 hours flight and transfer from Beijing. It is really tired and I don’t want to wait until 3 pm (on the Intercontinental, I’ve received $50 for early check-in). The plan to stay; the front desk said that the room was ready to live, and agreed to advance the breakfast on the last day to the day, it is very rare, thank you! The front desk, restaurant and various services are very thoughtful, although the room looks old, still feel things Great value!

The rooms are very comfortable and big. Unfortunately ours had a very strong smell of humidity. No info in the rooms about services or the hotel, nothing. Breakfast was good, however too many fried things Service ok in general, very slow check in process (seems to be in all the country though) Very nice beach club

The location is good and the service is good. The hotel is quite lively, with different organizations holding activities indoors and outdoors on weekends and weekdays. The downside is that the sound insulation is really poor, and you can hear your neighbors sneezing and coughing, as well as the TV sound. We did encounter a power outage at night, which lasted about a minute.

The hotel is excellent for families and couples. It has a variety of games for children. You can also use the pools of Torres del Mar, which is the hotel next door and belongs to the same owners. There is also an infinity pool on the 10th floor of Torres del Mar, highly recommended. The service is spectacular, from the lobby staff, waiters, cooks, gardeners. It was a wonderful experience. For the beach, the hotel provides chairs and umbrellas but you must pay a fee of 50,000 COP per day for it (12 USD Approx). Everything very clean. It is in a quiet area of Cartagena if you want to relax and enjoy the pools, the sun and the beach. The buffet-style breakfast was also spectacular with wide options of Colombian and foreign food. I would definitely go back again.
